I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.
Natalie Florist is the best. She is kind, respectful, and understanding. She has 5 star service. She takes of your needs, empathetic, and asks if she can you by your first name. She resolved my issue quickly, awesome job.
Entering information using the website is easy and efficient. Once information is entered, it was great to see the presentation on many different resume formats and then choose the one that works best.

The resume generator was user friendly and the customer service was great, when I called to get a refund of the yearly dues. The only think I could recommend, is to make sure that the automatic yearly fee is well understood. You should email prescribers BEFORE the auto payment to remind them to cancel if they don't want to be billed.

I spoke with Ronnie Grant, who listened to the reason for my call and provided some answers that I didn't expect. I originally called in to cancel my subscription because it was somewhat expensive and I couldn't afford it. He was able to tell me about all of the services I would be missing out on, including their resume review tool, job search tailored to my resume, and help inserting tag phrases to make my resume stand out to employers. He offered me a discount price due to my needs as I couldn't afford the full price subscription and I chose not to cancel. I am impressed with the services available as well as this customer service experience.

I think perfect resume should send out a email if you are going to be billed. I didn't see the small print that said I will be billed 35 dollars. If I wanted to be billed 35 dollars than I would have spent more with ya'll the first time not 2.95. This website site is a ripe off and I will NOT tell anyone to use ya'll website. Oh and I called ya'll today for a refund of my 35 dollars but yet I will only get 26 dollars back. So get take the rest of my money. NEVER again

I am an idiot. Takes an hour to write a simple professional email. I don't speak the professional language. Best I can do is to smile often and not cuss. My actual job doesn't involve computer skills or fancy talk, and I am passionate and very good at what I do. I just need a good resume to get my foot in the door and I can handle the rest. This site made building my resume so simple. Even I could do it. There were also a lot or personalization options that were incredibly easy to maneuver and I feel like my resume really shines now. I just had to fill in the blanks and they supplied the fancy words and eye catching format. I didn't cry once the whole process!

I didn't get refund after cancelling the membership. According to them, they will give you refund on cancellation if you would cancel within 14 days but i didn't get that. Worst service ever i had. I will not recommend anyone to make resume here.

I wouldn't actually mind paying a fee for the service, but when you state it's free, you shouldn't then charge $2.95 for ONE copy and then $23.95 per month. I will be cancelling tomorrow once my "free" $2.95 download is complete.

I was laid off on a Friday. It had been so long since having to interview for a job the resume that I wanted to update was on a computer that was far out of date and I had gotten rid of it 3 years ago. I signed up for this and when I wanted to cancel my account the man on the phone said that I had no subscription. I then got charged a month later. When I searched again on the website to try to cancel there was not even a cancel option. The only option was to email customer service. In this day in age with evolving technology I find this ridiculous. The resume help may be good, but there are plenty of others to choose from with better customer service.
