My experience was excellent! Raphael was very patient with me and he gave me great customer service. I'm in customer service so I truly appreciate when I get good service. Yes, I would hire Raphael for a customer service job because he's good. Thank you great company you have!
I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.
I keep coming back to my Perfect resume for resume updates and they always have an excellent customer service. Special mention to Mr George, whose always gives me an impression of being special and happy to address my needs.
I will be a forever loyal customer of My Perfect Resume'.

The customer service was absolutely horrendous. The representative constantly tried selling me products after I told them Many times I didn't want them. In fact I even told them I didn't want to spend money on a subscription in the first place and yet they still tried to get me to keep my account active. All I wanted was to cancel my subscription, and I told them that many times. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I will never deal with this company again.

This site is so helpful! I'm looking for a new job and needed a new resume so I found these guys. The site is really easy to use and shows you all of the examples you need to complete your resume. This is the most frustrating apps I think I have ever used. I form fill applications and forms from over 30 companies. This is by far the most difficult to use and to download in any of a usable format.

I purchased the 2 week trial offer to create my resume and cover letter. It was great and very easy to use. I received a few job offers within those two weeks! I called to cancel after the 2 week trial and everything went prodessionally and smoothly. They sent me a cancellation email and number. I would definitely use them again in the future if I need help building my resume.

I called to cancel my account even though I kind of wanted to keep it just in case. The 24.95 a month was excessive in my opinion. The gentleman I spoke to offered me an option that cost less but kept me in my current account. He also asked me if I had any problems with the account in the past. He was polite, thorough and gave me a choice that I wasn't aware of. I'm not easily sold on anything but this was an easy decision. So kudos to him.

I was not satisfied with the ability to use this product. There were issues trying to download a copy to my computer. It is not as advertised. AVOID this web site if you want to build a good quality resume or cover letter that is truly "free". Very deceptive business practices in claiming develop your resume or cover letter for free. Typical bait and switch tactics.

Love the formats and the templates are very easy to use. The only user friendly portion was trying to upload my resume that was already built... I ended up just starting from scratch and copying and pasting. But the end result is great!
