I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.
This website is a joke. They are very h clear about the fact that if you don't opt out after the initial trial you will be charged $50. I was charged the full amount and NEVER received a product. When I went to customer service, they refused to give me my resume OR refund my money. I am a student and this comes from student loans, and they are a massive company. Such a disappointment, I sincerely hope no one goes through what I did with them.
As a business student, this was my very first time creating a professional resume. I spent an extended amount of time with Jonathon on the line and we went over every question I had.He guided me through the process, corrected my errors, and provided advice for a more professional/polish look. Honestly, I'd give it a five star but I don't have any experience with any other online company. I am blue collar and was needing a resume for a remote job application. The website is very easy to use. It could benefit from an upgrade on the skills feature when you edit the info but other than that I was very pleased. Mr. C. Delgado was great! He helped me with everything I needed in a respectful and fast manner. A lot of places give you the run around instead of just assisting in what you need. Myperfectresume assistants know what they are doing and do it well. I have no complaints.
I paid for a single resume in September ( its cost was 1.95) since then Myperfectresume has been charging my debit card for 23 dollars every month. I did not authorize this money to be taken from my account. Myperfectresume is a scam and they should be avoided at all cost.

I was getting concerned that if I continued through the process before I could see my product a charge would be introduced. And voila! It was answered by your reviews. This is NOT FREE! I'm glad I did not finish the process. Companies need to be forthright and not scam individuals after they have put hard work into getting the info into the template.
I'd give it no stars but it would not post my review unless I marked at least one star.

It was extremely easy and fast, all templates are wonderful and have a lot to choose from. I would never have come up with a resume like this without the help of the many 'prompted' suggested descriptions and titles. The numerous templates provided after completing my resume was brilliant... being able to 'place' my completed resume into different options to see the outcome helped me decide on the perfect one for my purposes.

I signed up for their resume service but have been attempting to cancel their service for over 5 months now. When I write to customer service I am told that they can't find my email address associated with an account even though it shows under their general settings. I recently filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals office in an attempt to get money reimbursed and to have them stop billing my credit card. DO NOT sign up for this service. They will not stop billing you once they have your credit card information.

I created an Account with my perfect resume almost 2 years ago. It help me get the job I currently still have. But me being young, and oblivious, I didn't realize I had signed up for a monthly subscription I just checked my bank statements and realized I have been being charge for the last two years. I called to cancel my account with hopes of possibly getting some kind of compensation. Alex, was more than helpful and reassuring in my situation and helped me to get a few hundred dollars back and refund money. I signed up for this account years ago and cancelled my subscription. All of a sudden they start charging my credit card again. I called and the first person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I saw ONE refund, but no others. After the two weeks they told me I would see my refunds. Nothing. I called again and I got the run around saying a "ticket" was already entered, but he could not give me a status as to when I would see my refund. I ask for "corporates" info so I can call them. Apparently "corporate" has no number because he said there was nothing more he could do. So we are going to dispute the charges as fraudulent since they were not authorized o charge it. Stay away from them! There are other resume services that are better and more honest...

My credit card was charged an unneeded yearly subscription. They never notified me of that happening. They never sent me any link with which I could have cancelled within the allotted time span. That company scams people.
