I do have trouble editing the resume once I have down loaded the form, however I believe I have it at the point where I think it is presentable.

I needed a template for a cover letter that i only used once. I was only on the website once. I paid the $2.95 and we were squared away. Lo and behold, i have a $24.95 charge on my credit card that i was not expecting. When I contacted them, the only thing they would do about it was cancel my subscription. Do not use this company. It is a waste of money and time. You can find free templates off google.

This resume site works well and is very easy to use. It looks professional and is easy to email to prospective employers. Recommend! The lady I spoke to when I cancelled was extremely helpful and a great suggestive seller.

I had difficulty with several features on the system and Sal took the time to assist me step-by-step with addressing my issues. He went over and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. MyPerfectResume was the best way I could have possibly created my resume. I am a student applying at a fast food place and this couldn't have been better. It was quick and easy, it looked modern and official, and it helped me write concisely. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs a great resume or CV.

The product is unusually good at parsing my existing resume in Word format. However I was under the assumption that this was the system provided by my potential employer. I am unsure if my resume will be submitted to my potential employer or if I have to transfer it in some other.

This site is great! I'm terrible at writing a resume and this site helped me tremendously. It helped me describe each job that I've had better than I ever could have. It made me feel confident that I could find a job quickly and made me feel confident about my current and past work history. I was hesitant at first to pay money to download my resume I created, but after I thought about it, it's the best resume I've ever had.

Started out as easy then asked for another $. 45 for cover letter. Front page split my e-mail address leaving one letter on another line. Last line of last part of work history only printed half of the line. When printing, had to choose large or the resume printed to tiny to actually read.

Love that you can create your resume here. Not so found that you have to pay upfront and then have a subscription to your credit card.

Additionally what would be good if you can download it while your working and make edits and then when you want your final then do the subscription.

I am grateful to the help of this website to sharpen my resume to obtain a job across country. I have been in the same job for 20 years so I did not have a resume handy. This website also has suggestions for different professions when you need them.

It would be good to be able to change or create "titles" of your job to get more suggestions or add more details to your job on all pages. My job was specialized so I had many different responsibilities.

The ad says this is free and it allows you to edit and create the perfect resume. Then when you finalize your resume, you find out it is not free, and there is no way you can download it without paying. It was a waste of time for people who are trying to get a job quickly.

Good service. The fact that you have to pay for your resume at the end was not advertised when I started making the resume which was annoying because I could access the thing I spent 30 minutes making unless I paid.

This came up as a free template, and after I paid for the resume it did not download. The link came up with an error message as "Bad Request". So I did not receive any services, and this was a time sensitive issue.

I built an excellent resume using this site, and then when I tried to print it the entire document shifted. It was no longer cohesive and everytime I would try to print it, it would not print in the format that I had made it in. I then tried to cancel my account, and the cancellation didn't go through. So, I was charged for two months when I was never able to use the resume I made. After talking with customer service I was able to get my money back, and they informed me that the site works best on Google Chrome, so me using Microsoft edge was probably the problem. All in all customer service was very helpful, but the site just didn't work out for me.

When I called in to customer service... I received a lot of help with my resume. Junior was patient with me and offered some really good advice. It was a really pleasant experience. I will definitely return to My Perfect Resume Site when I need it in the Future.
