I purchased 3 of the queen sized firm fills from Bed Bath and Beyond 3 years ago in BOXES. They lasted a long time. The new one I purchased from their site a few weeks ago came all shrunk up. After following their directions, the pillow puffed up with ZERO support. Mike has done a horrible job of quality control. The whole pillow shrunk to the size of a regular, not the queen I ordered. I sent them a complaint, no response. Don't waste your money.

One of the worst products I've ever purchased, as well as a scam business when trying to deal with them. Their ad stated buy one, get another free. I only received one and they refused to comply with their advertisements. Later I contacted them wanting to return the item, they refused & hung up on me. Horrible, cheap product that I ended up throwing out. Terrible customer service. Their ad is a lie.

Worse Pillow Ever
November 21, 2020

I tried both the pillow types offered. With each one I had a terrible stiff neck and headache. It took days to recover. Very overpriced and provides very poor sleep. I found out two of my friends had the same issue. My pillows are now used in my dog kennel.

I am giving a zero rating. Terrible product they didn't hold up at all. Called to complain about the pillows and they did sent me 2 new pillows that where not the quality of the first pillows I perished. Very poor quality and I will never ever buy anything from this company again.

Love LOVE

I was gifted 2 firm standard/queen pillows 5.5 yrs ago, I love how they wash & dry. I was buying pillows every 3-4 months, having said that, these pillows never go flat! I've slept better with these pillows than with any other! Best pillows I've ever laid my head on! The 10 yr warranty is great. I've discovered other products on their site & so far I'm happy with every purchase! The customer service is great, quick & knowledgeable!

The my pillow mattress!

I bought 2 XL twin size mattresses from them. In order to sleep better, I had to buy foam toppers to be comfortable! They are NOT 10" thick mattresses and not worth the money. Customer service was the worst! Too bad Mike, I had faith in you!

When she passed we took them all. We figured these might be nice pillows. Two were brand new and still rolled up as they are shipped. These pillows are garbage in my opinion. There are chunks of stuffing in one side while the rest of the pillow has zippo stuffing. If you turn it over it just moves and the rest has no support at all. This is the worst piece of garbage I have ever seen in a pillow. Would not buy this for $1.99. For someone to post a good rating on this means they might not have bought a really good pillow, at least as I see it. I hate these pillows, the garbage you buy in Walmart in my opinion is better than this. My wife and I have 4 bamboo pillows that we bought at a customer demo in Costco and man they blow these away, I mean it is not even close.

What in the world?

My husband bought a My Pillow from Shop HQ. He was buying it for me because I get frequent headaches and neck soreness. When the pillow arrived I was kind of shock how small they were able to compress it, but we followed the instructions and let it inflate on its own. We fluffed it, turned it and whatever else to try to make it feel like a real pillow. It felt like it had 5 cotton balls and 3 feathers in the pillow. This was the worst pillow I ever slept on. There was no support or anything. I thought for $50 it should be a good pillow. I was angry and told my husband to take it back, but he doesn't like the hassle of taking things back and so now we are stuck (well he is). They should be ashamed. FYI The $10 travel to go pillow works so much better.

Slept like a baby
October 19, 2020

Just got my pillow at a local store... I love it. It cradled my head perfectly, stayed cool, no tossing and turning and flipping all night. Also, I usually sleep with 2 or 3 pillows, not anymore. One pillow is all you need.

Ordered two king sized pillows following neck surgery. The ordering process was frustrating because "deals" kept popping up with codes to be used to trigger discounts. The codes seldom worked and were labelled as "invalid."
I was willing to forgo a $10 discount just to get it over with but the website just kept hounding me about it. From the time I ordered the pillows (9-16-2021) up until the time they were to be delivered (9-25-2021) I received 28 emails. Twenty five of those were promoting other "Mypillow" products that I did not search or ask for. I am not a Democrat! I can take care of myself and make my own decisions. Twenty five unsolicited emails in 9 days borders on harassment.
The USPS tracking said that the pillows were delivered on 9-25-2021 but no package was found at the stated location. Porch piracy is not the fault of MyPillow but this certainly adds to the frustration.
I will not be ordering anything in the future from MyPillow.
