What a waste of time and a bad night's sleep. Straight out of the box, I knew I'd been had. I think this guy drives an old truck around rummaging through trash bins to find bits and pieces of old foam mattresses to shred up. Or maybe he has an agreement with a foam factory where they'll give him the pieces that fall from the machines for cents per ton. Don't fall for it. The only thing this guy spends money on is his advertising. That said, I was able to get my money back, which I hear many haven't been able to do. I think he realizes that most people won't go to the effort to return his terrible product, so that's how he gets away with it. There's nothing amazing about this product except what a bad night's sleep it will give you.

Their "amazing" towels from the TV are thin and expensive. I did a blind test with my wife and the towels that felt "way better" were from Costco.

I am trying to return them but they make it very hard so you will give up. You can't return an item online like you can for every other good ecommerce business. If you call support they say it is a two hour wait because they won't hire the necessary people and they want you to give up.

I bought one to support an American business. But it took 5 weeks to arrive. After opening it and following the instructions to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes it looked promising at first. Through the first few nights, it needs constant adjustments and goes flat waking me up several times a night. It has lumpy filling, this is far from a good pillow.

They claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee and the Website claims free returns minus shipping costs. I wanted to return my purchase and they want to charge me 9.98 processing fee. So my total purchase was $100.15 after my return I would get back $74.64. Absolutely ridiculous. There goes any future purchases from this company. The pillow was not temperature regulating at all

These pillows are so overrated. We received the pillows and followed all of the directions. The fill kept separating on one of them, I had to adjust my pillow all night and felt like I was sleeping in a hole. I honestly do not think they are worth the money. I think you could buy better pillows at a department store. We really wanted to support this company but the quality of these pillows just isn't there. We were pleased with the sheets.

Bought one pillow and loved it dont have a neck ache and sholder pain. So I bought two more one for my camper and one for a back up. I like them they dont go flat. The stuff inside could be a little softer by it still does the job. I love you Mr Lindell... You do a great job. Thanks again. I got a good discount also. For mine...

Slippers were great quality but ordered the wrong size. Have already spent a couple of hours listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace while on hold. I give up. I recommend you purchas e through Amazon instead of their website. At least Amazon handles returns. Hire some folks Mike!

I bought mypillow pillows and sheets years ago and can say these sheets and pillows are amazing. The sheets feel like your staying at a 4 star hotel and stay nice and cool! I recommend following the guide on how you sleep to get the right fill for your pillows. My step dad swore by them so I ordered exactly what he got the first time. I am a large guy so I needed the more fill so now those are in the guest room and the new ones are just right.

The company is amazing also hires ex-drug addicts giving them a second chance. Company service is great as well. I have since ordered their dog bed and slippers for this Christmas. Shop USA!

We Have purchased a number of the my pillow products over the years. Our most recent purchase was Pillows, robe, slippers and towels and sheets.
We love our firm pillows. Just got additional pillows to take to our second home. My husband has the light weight robe and slippers and he's very happy with them. We recently ordered the towels very nice quality,
I ordered the cranberry colored ones, beautiful color, but heads up make sure to wash separately at first. I forgot that red colors bleed a lot., Can't wait to try the. Sheets out.
We were happy with the customer service representative who helped us place our order and answered all our questions.

Two costly mistakes: 1-I thought my expensive down pillows would last a lifetime, 2- I thought the answer to kids with allergies was even more costly latex pillows. My wife and kids all have latex allergies too!
Only when my wife told me about one of our employees raving about MyPillow did I consider it. These are much better than all of those super-expensive pillows!

I did make the mistake of ordering some the wrong size. Customer service could not have been sweeter. I wish I needed more so that I could give them more business!

These pillows are just a bunch of foam pieces stuck into a pillowcase. I got the regular and body pillows. They are incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable and do not retain their shape. I was hoping they would get better with time and washing, but they have not. Three months in, and I just bought different ones from Bed Bath and Beyond. I am not even going to put these in my guest bedroom because I will not subject any guests to such a bad night's sleep. Total waste of money but lesson learned. They are going to the landfill.

The dish towels are being sold by "The My Pillow Store" as listed on the Amazon page. They are the same dish towels listed on My Pillow dot com, however they are more expensive on Amazon and allegedly out of stock on the company's website. I was going to purchase these dish towels until I noticed you can only purchase them for a higher price from My Pillow on Amazon and that customer service from My Pillow dot com claims - "Because amazon buys the product from us and then sells it." Direct quote from my chat with them.

My husband and I both have neck and upper back issues. Poorly made pillows can contribute to this issues. We finally found pillows that conform to us and never go flat and are extremely comfortable!
We are loyal customers who only order family's pillows through My Pillow!
We have to say we just don't get the bad reviews on here. May be false politically motivated reviews so please ignore and give the company a try and we strongly believe you will be as happy as we are!

We bought a dog bed for our Siberian husky who has inflammation and joint pain. He needs a lot of foam to relieve the pull of gravity on his joints. This seems to do the trick so we are very satisfied with the product and highly recommend.

I purchased the My Pillow slippers for a Christmas gift. It was brought to my attention that the sole was coming apart from the suede slipper (on both slippers). I called My Pillow and because it had been 12 days over the one year warranty they told me there was nothing they could do. I expected more from $100.00 slippers and from My Pillow customer service. They just didn't care and this was very frustrating and disappointing. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I actually thought the owner had integrity and I supported him by not going to Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond because they kicked him out for political reasons. How his company handled this situation tells me he doesn't have integrity and doesn't deserve my support. I would stay away from this company who claims to have an excellent product when in fact it's horrible quality.

I had expected much more from this pillow. Even after following the instructions to plump the pillow after shipping I still had a loosely filled pillow. It's so thin there is nothing but the casing in some spots and the shredded filling is very lumpy. After many attempts to work through a return with the customer service department I gave up. I'll be donating this to the homeless. There are many better pillows at a fraction of the cost available!

I have always had difficulty finding a pillow I liked. Prior to retirement I averaged 200 nights a year in motels. One had a "mypillow" in my room. I loved it!
I bought a Queen size for home and have never regretted my purchase. I bought a regular size to use in our Airstream. Every month I'll place it in the dryer on high for 20 minutes, keeps it fresh and full.
Pillows are subjective. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to comfort and satisfaction. They work for me and I will not go back to a another brand pillow. I don't care what his or the company's political, religious, or personal views are. I noticed many reviews on here posted negative reviews because they don't agree with the owner's opinion. I did discover that the company has given away thousands of pillows to worthy causes. Hey, you buy the pillow and don't like it, throw it on a guest bed or give it to your kid. I know I sleep better because of this pillow. Period.
