I have ordered shoes and bedding from My Pillow. Very disappointed every time. They have just 5 star reviews for their shoes. Try leaving any criticism and it will never be posted. They are charlatans as far as I am concerned. Even at sale price the products are overpriced with no returns possible.
What a waste of time and a bad night's sleep. Straight out of the box, I knew I'd been had. I think this guy drives an old truck around rummaging through trash bins to find bits and pieces of old foam mattresses to shred up. Or maybe he has an agreement with a foam factory where they'll give him the pieces that fall from the machines for cents per ton. Don't fall for it. The only thing this guy spends money on is his advertising. That said, I was able to get my money back, which I hear many haven't been able to do. I think he realizes that most people won't go to the effort to return his terrible product, so that's how he gets away with it. There's nothing amazing about this product except what a bad night's sleep it will give you.
Their "amazing" towels from the TV are thin and expensive. I did a blind test with my wife and the towels that felt "way better" were from Costco.
I am trying to return them but they make it very hard so you will give up. You can't return an item online like you can for every other good ecommerce business. If you call support they say it is a two hour wait because they won't hire the necessary people and they want you to give up.
I feel like I'm sleeping on mold. I've washed it, and put it in dryer as instructed. Four hours later it still was damp o the interior. I opted the safe side of not using it again for fear of mold. Please don't buy this pillow. They are wonderful at first, but I don't have the budget to toss an expensive pillow in the trash every month or two.
I bought one to support an American business. But it took 5 weeks to arrive. After opening it and following the instructions to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes it looked promising at first. Through the first few nights, it needs constant adjustments and goes flat waking me up several times a night. It has lumpy filling, this is far from a good pillow.
My wife was having trouble sleeping because of pain in her shoulders and hip area. Decided to give the topper a chance. It worked like a Champ on her pressure points. You know the old saying, When Mama's Happy everybody is Happy.
Bought one pillow and loved it dont have a neck ache and sholder pain. So I bought two more one for my camper and one for a back up. I like them they dont go flat. Slippers were great quality but ordered the wrong size. Have already spent a couple of hours listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace while on hold. I give up. I recommend you purchas e through Amazon instead of their website. At least Amazon handles returns. Hire some folks Mike!
I purchased a Firm, MyPillow from Bed Bath and Beyond in 2015 and still use today! I've washed and dried it several times, in machines, and it always bounces back like new with no holes. Very comfortable and stays formed to my head and neck. Reading the current poor quality and chemical smell reviews, I suspect they started using cheaper/different materials in last few years.
They claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee and the Website claims free returns minus shipping costs. I wanted to return my purchase and they want to charge me 9.98 processing fee. So my total purchase was $100.15 after my return I would get back $74.64. Absolutely ridiculous. There goes any future purchases from this company. The pillow was not temperature regulating at all
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
