Pandering!

I'll stick to Monsanto and Canon... It's insulting and inappropriate to have a cross dangling from Mike's neck outside his shirt... nobody cares what his religious affiliation is and he should keep it to himself!... Non-Christians should boycott his products... Jesus won't help him when he goes bankrupt because his stuff is a bunch of crap and he's spending too much money on his irritating commercials!... I wouldn't give MyPillow a penny of my money. Hope he goes broke quick!

Slow, slow shipping

Order: *******: I haven't received my order of sheets, pillowcases, and pillows. They were (according to My Pillow's email to me), sent to FedEx on December 22nd. They are still at FedEx, apparently, today, December 27th. Calling their customer service department, I was "handled" by one of the rudest CSR persons I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with! And that was after having to listen to Amazing Grace blasting in my ear. Yes, yes. God Bless you too. I plan on sending the entire order back for a full refund, as was rudely suggested by the CSR, "whenever you get it."

Love alllll my my pillows

I love these pillows we have about 10 in our house. No they don't stand up beautifully when I make my bed but they are so freaking comfortable. And I also bought the travel size they nice thing is if it.has a little too much stuffing for someone I just opened the seam up and took some out to totally personalize

Twice now me and another family member tried taking advantage of a promo Mike Lindell offered on FOX, we used the code and the slippers were NOT $25.00, he discounts them down to $59.95. Talked to customer service Reth S. And she basically did NOTHING so much for customer service so BUYERS BEWARE!

Horrible Customer Service
January 4, 2021

Customer Service Department Incompetence set a new high level.
Long list of errors, and poor responses.
So far, 6 emails / 4 calls. Responses resemble a litter box. ZERO HELP.
Sincerely wish I could go back in time.
Plus, then the pillows were dreadful. Horrible product.

For seven days straight now I've been trying to get my money back on a poorly constructed product, their male slippers. And I've been jerked around by Grace and Catherine, I've been dealing with this by email. Supposedly supervisors. Haven't called in yet by telephone because you have to sit on the phone like an hour to get through. For a religious guy Michael is running a sham operation. He ain't religious at all, if he had a conscience at all he would not be screwing over general public with his products and his policies and his tactics to keep your money no matter what. Products suck customer service sucks they're return policy is 100% guaranteed. But yet they're refusing to give me my money back. Since they don't recognize the better business bureau which is amazing to me, only a slimeball company doesn't recognize the better business bureau. I disputed another way and I will never drop that dispute until I get satisfaction. I'm writing reviews everywhere I can about this company.

Poorly made
December 16, 2022

Purchased $90.00 slippers only to have them fall apart just over a year later. Conveniently AFTER the warranty expired. When I called after being on hold for 45 minutes, the last could have cared less that I was unhappy about my slipper sole falling apart. For $90 bucks, these slippers should last 30 years...
Never purchasing from this company again!

I purchased a Firm, MyPillow from Bed Bath and Beyond in 2015 and still use today! I've washed and dried it several times, in machines, and it always bounces back like new with no holes. Very comfortable and stays formed to my head and neck. Reading the current poor quality and chemical smell reviews, I suspect they started using cheaper/different materials in last few years.

Worst pillow "MyPillow"
November 19, 2020

Just got them 190.00 for 4 pillows. Target or Walmart pillows for 10.00 much better. The My Pillow is chunky / lumpy and so much extra pillow casing than fill for king size (see images) cut up foam. Horrible! Don't waste you money, sending mine back!

Slippers are like wearing concrete. I swear if I fell in my pool I'd sink to the bottom and drown! (They don't fit right either. I'm a 9 all day long and these are way too big). Now I have to pay to return their inferior product. NOT HAPPY!
