I originally left a review on my pillow 1.0 and gave it raving reviews. The 1.0 pillow has nothing on the 2.0 pillow. The 2.0 is a fantastic upgrade in every way. I travel with it at all times because I can't sleep with your average hotel type down pillows, feather, or other foam style pillows. Thank you Mike for making a pillow that keeps me with my neck issues and great sleep
I bought one for my girl last year. I'm so impressed with it that I had to buy one for each of my grand dogs. I also told my mom about them and she bought one for her boy.( we treat our dogs like our kids) very nice products! The best dog bed in my opinion! Thank You for your great product!
They do not give you your full refund.
The ads they say and the promos on TV are very misleading they leave you on a trail of phone calls from one person to the next.
I am also writing to the better business bureau and making a complaint.
I will never trust my pillow, so please do not fall into their scam!
I ordered size 12 slippers ( I wear 11.5 but they don't offer 11.5). 12 was too big so I asked for an exchange to size 11. The product was new, never used but they refused to exchange. This is not stated in their TV ads and no wear was I told that I could not exchange. I've written and called them, now they will not discuss with me. Mike, you are a disgrace to the Christian community acting like you run a legit business. I'll never buy from you again and will pass along my treatment to everyone that will listen.
My wife and I purchased a pair of my pillows and quite frankly I think it would have been money better spent to just flush it down the toilet. I hope no one gets sucked in by Mike to buy his products just put your money back in your pocket.

My Pillow Company has been taken out of retail stores. We order pillows to help support My Pillow Company. I guess the company is to big to care about there customers. I waited on hold for over 2 hours total to speak to someone and the customer service representative tried arguing with me. What Karen should of done was see what was going on with our order. They take 3 weeks to delivered your pillows. You may not want to order from here.The service is terrible. I will not order from them again. There are other great companies that will be glad to have customers. They should retrain there customer service representatives.
Last year I purchased a MyPillow pillow. It is very comfortable and surprisingly lightweight. I began using it for my arthritic knees when knee injections stopped working for my pain. I previously used another competitor's knee (wedge type) pillow for comfort and it was a joke! The MyPillow adds just enough firmness to hold its shape, but is soft enough to cushion my aching knees. It's just a tad bulky for the purpose I'm using it for but that's a relatively small price to pay for a great night's sleep.
My item was to arrive by Christmas. It took 3 weeks to ship 1 pillow and never made it. Customer service was rude and would not apologize for the delay of shipment. Despite using the by Christmas option, they decided to send it out 3 days before Christmas. It will be 2022 before I ever receive it.
I bought the premium queen My Pillow in a medium filling about 7 or 8 years ago and this pillow is as comfortable now as when it was brand new. I used to use a memory foam pillow but still woke up with either a headache or neck pain. I am a side sleeper but with My Pillow it gives me perfect support and DOES NOT collapse during the night even now years later. I have washed and dried it and it still holds it shape. When I first opened the package I was a little sceptical about the filling because it feels like it is stuffed with foam chunks but I noticed the best sleep I ever had the very first night. Don't know exactly how the filling works but it does. I am so glad I purchased this pillow and will buy another if this one ever wears out. Curious now to buy the sheets.
My husband ordered a pair of My Slippers from MyPillow. Unfortunately, they are too big and I am trying to return them. There is not even a mention about how to return items when I log into our MyPillow account. I checked the packing slip to learn that I must call customer service to get an RMA before returning the slippers. The automated message I received said to anticipate a hold time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. As of now, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 1 minute, all the while listening to the Elvis version of "Amazing Grace." Amazing Grace is a fine hymn. Listening to it on a repeating loop for over 2 hours, however, is maddening. Spare yourself the grief and don't order from MyPillow if there is any chance you'll need to return it. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
