I have been a member of my points for over 10 years. It's nice to have an extra 50 dollars a month mad money just for a little extra effort in my spare time. I do not let points accumulate. I get them, at the end of the month I cash them in.
I'm an avid my points user! The only suggestion I have is to make the videos easier. I usually get halfway through a list and then it gives an error saying content can't be displayed and then I can't the points.
Many merchants will not except your e-gift cards and it has to be a physical gift card. If you offer that option it costs many more points or you don't offer physical cards at all. I stopped doing the Daily 5 because you never credited my points properly. The surveys are impossible to complete and get points so I stopped doing them as well. What used to be a great website is a C- website now. It would be great if you went back to doing things the way you used to. One more thing, you know longer give a point in the Daily 5 for completing the daily survey. Another reason I stopped the Daily 5.
I have been a member for several years now. I love all of the rewards they offer and all the points you can earn. Earning is so easy. You just go through my points to the retailers and earm points per dollar spent. There are also many more ways to earn such as surveys, email click throughs, videos and coupons. Such a great website to earn rewards. Best by far from others I used in the past.
In June, I received an email exclusive offer saying I would get 4 points per dollar on Walmart.com purchases. On June 16 I made a $361.84 purchase. It shows in my account activity, but I haven't received my promised 4 points per dollar. I did an exact same thing on July 6 after receiving another email exclusive off and those points are pending! Soooo, where are my June 16 points? Not going to be happy with My Points if I don't get them!
I do surveys every day to earn bonus points so I can earn rewards faster. That is a great feature. However, I get really hacked off when I spend a lot of time on a survey or even complete a survey and get no points (not even 5). The good news is that I am retired and can spend the time needed to get through my daily requirements. The bad news is that some days it days what seems like forever to get through enough bad surveys to earn my required points.
I've been a member of MyPoints for several years now and love it! I am able to earn points buying online or in-store from stores I frequent weekly to stores I may shop only once a year. I purchase my gift cards through MyPoints as well. I earn my points and save them to redeem for extra gift cards at Christmas. Great stocking stuffers!
I love mypoints, I've been using it for a while. It is an easy way to get gift cards and save toward presents or just cash out to paypal. I have been using mypoints for well over a year and I highly recommended.
Was a member for 5 years did alot of redemptions received many gift cards. My daughters family an sons family with both living with us for awhile everyone used my computer an both my daughterdsand myself had accounts. They cancelled all 3 accounts stating that we must send copies of our drivers licenses to them to reactivate our accounts. I was not about to do that... I had just redeemed 8000 points when they cancelled us and I never got the card.

I have been using it for years and enjoy taking the surveys. I use my points to get gift cards for free pizzas a few times a year. Who can complain about that? I like to take the polls and sometimes (when I remember) I use the extension to get points for purchases. I used to play some of the games to get points too, but I don't have much time to sit and play anymore. Overall it is good for entertainment and to fill what free time I have, plus I get to give my two cents worth to companies.
Daily5 sounds so easy... well--don't be fooled. Yet it is nice to be rewarded with points for gift cards. I DO miss the selection of PHYSICAL cards previously offered. I could use them to treat friends and to give an acquaintance a pick-me-up. The email cards aren't really good for that.
I enjoy mypoints, but lately I realized that the surveys with more then 150 points, started to be with some code. This code, I honestly, cannot use and for this reason the only surveys I can do, are the surveys with less then 150 points. My question is -WHY? We are already members of,, mypoints", why we should be asked to use codes in order to do more surveys, and why these codes are practically non-usable?
I was loving doing surveys until i wasnt able to... i sent an email to customer service but didnt get a response the second time around. But do still enjoy shopping and earning point by doing the daily 5.
This is one of my top sites I have received many payouts from this place. It is quick and fun to have points coming to you. You can get points by doing surveys and if you don't qualify you still get 5 points with max being 5 surveys even after that you can do more surveys you just don't get the 5 points for not qualifying. You also get points by watching videos, opening up email, shopping, etc.
I love my points. I get points doing surveys, shopping, deals, etc and love it. The customer service team is always there if I have anissue and are on top of it to help me resolve or understand anything.
It's not uncommon to take an entire survey and not get paid. Sometimes you can have a half hour invested and it be obvious the survey is complete and you still don't get paid.
Watching videos and clicking emails is easy. Surveys can be difficult to qualify for and may not award points (even when completed and following all directions). Customer service is mixed but if you take a number of print screens will probably award you credit. Offers rarely credit and customer service probably will not help even if you took multiples print screens of completing the process and followed all the rules.
They've changed up the point system over the past few years which has been a hassle but, on the whole, the surveys and videos are fun and informative and the rewards are worth putting up with some of the occasional hassles. Also Customer Service is great to work with, even if you are a technodunce.
Some of the surveys are fun or interesting, but sometimes you invest 10 or 15 minutes and then the survey ends and you get no points. A lot of the surveys are the same over and over and you know you won't earn any points. I would guess that at least 50% of the surveys, i get no points. If they could at least give you a point for attempting a survey, that seems a more fair approach. When you first sign in you get 5 points for attempting a survey, but you only get about 4 of those. As i said, my points is good, but could be so much better.
Lots of surveys but can't always finish due to age or whatever. However, I do get enough to make points for great gift cards. Many stores to shop with also for extra points. I've been a loyal Mypointer for many many years.
Answer: You RUN! RUN FOR THE HILLS! Close your account and RUN! And then, file a complaint with the BBB. They are now under the parent company "Prodege" which is also SwagBucks. Both are horribly run companies now!
Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
Answer: You don't, they won't answer or take your calls nor will they return any messages.
Answer: Yes. Its quick and easy. Simply go to your account to change
Answer: Mypoints is a large company. They will e-mail you, might just take so extra time depending on your issue
Answer: Yahoo is notorious for email problems. I use Gmail. It's free and more reliable.
Answer: I get multiple emails daily. Try checking your spam folder and be sure to add mypoints to your contacts. I also would check your account to be sure they still have your current email. I hope this helps.
Answer: Not that it will make you feel any better, but I cannot get any help either. Totally useless but here: To submit a ticket regarding an activity, go through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger, https://www.mypoints.com/account-ledger.
