I have been a member for years. I go to MyPoints everyday. I have no idea what I would do without it.
Disappointed that alot of times i get more than half way through a survey, (they got all the answers to the questions) and then the survey says I didn't qualify. Time spent and no points. Other point offers are good but sometimes you have to purchase something to get points.

I was a member for almost 3 years and participated in a variety of activities on a daily basis. I even gave a 5 star review last year. Then, suddenly, I was precluded from taking surveys, accused of inconsistent responses. I questioned this and exchanged several emails, asking for an example of my inconsistencies. I always provided truthful survey responses but they simply decided that I did not meet their standards. I earned enough points doing other things to redeem an Amazon gift card and then I canceled my membership. The only way to earn a reasonable amount of points is through surveys. I don't know what their criteria was, but I know I gave truthful and consistent responses.
Enjoy completing surveys. But surveys waste a lot of your time. They have you answer half of the survey. Then tell you you don't qualify to finish. Should only take 2-3 questions, Then survey should let you know, that you didn't qualify. The extra points bonus should continue every month. Customer's should be able to redeem rewards for physicals gifts card, make cash deposits to your bank account. As reward. Points should be equal $1.00 money for every 100 point on my point. Make the website really outstanding. Not just waste your customer time. Website is really going down hill.
I enjoy all the activities to earn points. Very easy. I love how fast the point redeeming process is. Totally worth the time spent.

It's fun, educationaL and has good gifts. The gift cards are from some of my favorite brands. There are several restaurants cards available.
The only thing that I'm upset about is that I use Cricket prepaid and with that I can't get the text verification be able to get points with the games

I've been with MyPoints for a long time. The rewards are great. I like to save my points and use them on my grandchildren. I also save my points to use on vacation. I think MyPoints is the best site ever.
It USED to be a great site. Now there really are no options to earn decent points without attempting to be successful at a survey. VIdeos have changed to where you get nothing but 2 points for jumping through hoops. My time is much more valuable and I am just about done with this program. I will search for another that isn't so time-consuming! You should fire whomever made the most recent changes!
I love My Points. I love how convient it is and how easy it is to use. I love the multiply ways to earn points and how easy it is to understand the surveys. The surveys are always diversy and that is a plus. The rewards are awesome as well. I highly recommend My Points.

Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
