No Refund for Corona

This company was unprofessional and rude. I called to receive a refund on an event to see Adam Sandler. Their policy is horrible they are not making any considerations in reguards to this pandemic. They would not refund me the money due to the fact that the even was "NOT CANCELED." I would never use this company again!

Both websites owned by the same Connecticut company. Promised 100% refund guarantee if an event is cancelled. They claim because my tickets will still be honored at next year's CMA Fest that counts a reschedule. No a reschedule it when an event's date is changed to a later date. CMA 2020 is not happening. CMA 2021 is a new event more than 1 yr away. That's probably why Ticketmaster and CMA Fest are offering refunds. Now after reading all the reviews, I'm worried that I won't even get legitimate tickets for the event next year. Flying all the way to Nashville seems like a big gamble now. Don't trust this organization. Can't resell the tickets because they don't even have them. Claim they would be mailed out to me a week before the concert? Not good customer service.

My wife and I bought two tickets for Cher and it was rescheduled due to the CoronaVirus to a date we are unable to attend. We called to get a refund and their policy is is no refund unless the show is canceled. The "customer service" rep was not friendly or helpful bordering on rude. Considering we bought the tickets based on being in the Tampa area at the time of the original date, we are now in a position of having to sell the tickets ourselves. This is not good business and I question Amalie Arena's association with this company. I chose the seats from their site and was redirected to MyTicketTracker to purchase. Be aware when buying tickets and avoid MyTicketTracker at all cost.

Bought tickets, never received them. Called and the incompetent $#*! hole on the phone couldn't have been less of a help. Simply avoided all my questions. Piece of $#*!ing $#*! website and everybody involved should be imprisoned. Bunch of low life cucks

I thought I was buying tickets via Ticketmaster for Disney on ice for my grandson. Ended up paying more than twice the going rate for front row seats... when there are still seats available at FACE VALUE. Buckle up "MYtickettracker"... I will spread the word via every internet portal I know till your business is killed.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought expensive tickets from them which I never received. The only thing I have received is a notice from Ticketmaster that the ticket transfer was cancelled. When I called & spoke to 3 different "Escalation Managers" they all gave me slightly different versions of why the tickets hadn't been transferred to my e-mail even thought their site claimed they had been. They jerked me around for hours giving me the run- around and when I demanded that they contact the supplier to resolve the issue the Manager at MyTicketTracker told me that he thought I intentionally was trying to not find the e-mail containing the tickets and then told me he had other calls he had to take and hung up on me! Hours of wasted time for a Scam! There is NO WAY that this can be a legitimate company and they operate on excuses only and delay people saying that the event isn't that day and eventually they push them off. I contacted my bank to notify them that the charge is to be disputed because the company is scamming people and that it seems they don't actually have tickets to distribute in the first place. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I purchased high priced HACK tickets for TSO at Amway arena evening of 11/5. Called their office to confirm seats were side by side and reserved. No answer. Sent a email also! Called again on 11/6 mid morning no answer! Had someone from NJ phone number call me 11/6 5pm eastern time. Expressed my concerns about seating and told him I was cancelling ticket purchase. Told me they are non-refundable.
That is NOT stated anywhere on there web page. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Attorney will follow up with this unscrupulous lower than pig feces company!
TSO tickets are for 12/14 over a month away.

What a joke

This website is a joke. DO NOT purchase from here. They sent me counterfeit tickets. They didn't even do a good job pretending they were real. The logo was off big time, the ink was faded, and it even said 'DO NOT SCAN FOR ENTRY"? Save your time and money and purchse of Ticketmaster or stubhub.

I bought tickets to a concert in Redrock Amphitheater near Denver. My cost was over double the face value of the ticket, with their markup, and two additional fees they applied. I traveled 1500 miles to get there and was notified two days before the concert that it was cancelled. When I contacted them about a refund, no way it was my problem. I could come back in a month and maybe it would be reschedule then.

No help, no refunds. You lose. What a BS outfit. Stay away, far away. Scammers. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Colorado AG.

If there was a rating less than 1 star they would have it.

I bought expensive tickets from them that they were going to email which I never recieved. They jerked me around and had me go all the way to the concert claiming that I could pick the tickets up there. I never got them, missed the concert and wasted an entire night.

Scam!

Do not purchase anything through my ticket tracker! I paid $137 for premier parking at an event and when we got to the lot was turned away as our ticket was not real! The seller told me it was an eticket but the parking lot said they don't accept etickets only hang tags. I reached out to PayPal for a refund and hoping to get it back! So mad!

These jokers are charging nearly 3 TIMES the cost for tickets. They know exactly what they are doing by HIDING these charges and making it seem like they are doing legitimate business. There are so many hidden fees and it is a shame that Arena websites are letting these clowns be a part of their ticket buying process. Going through the Arena website they reroute you to their website and not let you see the actual seats, and then the service fee is $30 per seat. They were charging a flipping $309 for 3 tickets and by going onto ticketmaster the tickets W/ SERVICE fees came to $147. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN NOW. ONLY WAY TO STOP THESE CROOKS IS THROUGH LEGISLATION. EVERYONE WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN ITS VERY SIMPLE AND IT WORKS BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT NOT JUST THINK IT. ALSO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND FCC.
