THE WORST

BOUGHT TIX 2 YEARS AGO FOR ARLO W/JUDY COLLINS AT TANGLEWOOD. COVID CANCEL. THE SHOW IS RESCHEDULED FOR THIS PAST SUMMER; ARLO RETIRES. THESE KNUCKLEHEADS WON'T GIVE REFUNDS ON THE SHOW CLAIMING IT'S ONLY A RESCHEDULE WHEN IN FACT THE HEADLINER RETIRED. THIS SUMMERS SHOW CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. AGAIN NO REFUNDS. MY CONCERT PARTNER PASSES AWAY. I EMAIL AND THEIR RESPONSE IS "As per the statements displayed at checkout, all sales are final. By placing your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or returns per this policy."

Unbelievable, the complete and utter run around we got as to why we still don't have our tickets was RIDICULOUS! Thought we ordered tickets from ticket master, but were taken to a website called masterticket, did not realize the scam, until it was too late! We now have to deal with this AWFUL COMPANY, which out and out lied about the venue not releasing tickets until 24-48 until the concert. Then stated I had to wait until the morning of the concert, to call back, spoke to a "manager" who told me I did not understand the the download process... Did not trust a word he said. The emails to their customer service site are undeliverable, what a scam of a company. Spoke to 5 different people over the course of a week, when tickets were promised and they all had different stories! In the end we NEVER GOT OUR TICKETS and will be filing a BBB report if we do not get our 100% refund. Their lies of "we see them right here" - still haunt me...
I never chose to work with this company, but unfortunately had to deal with the liars on the other end of the phone- PLEASE, if you have the option, DO NOT do any business with them or masterticket! We are heartbroken at missing Concert we planned for, had hotel-due to being hours from our home for over 9 months

In case anyone is reading these reviews like I did and was freaked out let me first attempt to comfort you by saying that I ended up getting my tickets day of the event. However I was extremely stressed and given the runaround multiple times. I was told I would get the tickets in the mail in July of 2020 which I did not. I started asking questions about when I was going to get the tickets for the January 19th show in December. I was told I was sent an email "a month ago" and they gave me "buzz words" to search in my box which I never did find because I'm sure that was a total lie. I was told in December that sometimes tickets aren't released until weeks or even days before the event. After reading these reviews and based on my experience I have come to the conclusion that either they wanted me to cancel so they could profit off the sale of their ridiculous service fees and/or they were waiting to see if the event got postponed or cancelled so that they would hold all the cards in the way of possession of the tickets. Because once they give you the tickets and they are safely in your ticketmaster account, they have no more control. They only gave them to me the morning of the event when now it will be nearly impossible for me to resell them for nearly close what I paid. You do not have the same protections with this company as you would through ticketmaster if an event gets cancelled. But it appears as though if your event remains a go you may at least get them the morning of because it's no longer in their best interest to keep them from you. Someone said this place bends you over and screws you good and I would describe that as my experience and now I'm not even looking forward to the show I was initially really excited about.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought expensive tickets from them which I never received. The only thing I have received is a notice from Ticketmaster that the ticket transfer was cancelled. When I called & spoke to 3 different "Escalation Managers" they all gave me slightly different versions of why the tickets hadn't been transferred to my e-mail even thought their site claimed they had been. They jerked me around for hours giving me the run- around and when I demanded that they contact the supplier to resolve the issue the Manager at MyTicketTracker told me that he thought I intentionally was trying to not find the e-mail containing the tickets and then told me he had other calls he had to take and hung up on me! Hours of wasted time for a Scam! There is NO WAY that this can be a legitimate company and they operate on excuses only and delay people saying that the event isn't that day and eventually they push them off. I contacted my bank to notify them that the charge is to be disputed because the company is scamming people and that it seems they don't actually have tickets to distribute in the first place. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Bought 3 tickets value $220.00 plus the trip from California to Utah to spend with my son. On the day of the 2nd I had received information that my tickets had been transferred however, I was unable to download the actual tickets with a bar code. I reached out via phone and was on hold for approx 1 hour with no luck. They did not pick up the line, just kept me on hold. I then emailed with a response we are experiencing a large number of calls/emails we well get to you as soon as we can. Something of that effect. The next day on the day of the event again, I called and waited for a rediculous amount of time and again no answer. We emailed several time telling them I had not received anything with a bar code, our event was that day and needed help. They again kept sending the same email back! Sorry high volume of calls/emails. Finally they sent back saying I needed to download the app Seat Geek and then at that point I could get my tickets with seats. We did everything they told us to do when we were done we thought for sure we could download our tickets. Again, no such luck. I called and emailed again stating I had driven from California to Utah for this event, the event was less than an hour away... note we spend all day that day just trying to get our tickets... The event came and went with NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY... Just received an email today saying sorry we noticed we did transfer your tickets basically not our fault you could not figure this out! When I looked at what they sent guess what NO BAR CODE! This was the only way I would have been allowed to enter the event was for them to scan a BAR CODE! BUT HEY THEY GOT THERE MONEY AS I SEE THEY HAVE DONE WITH SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE! THIS COMPANY MAY BE LEGIT BUT THEY ARE SUCH A SCAM AS WELL I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM TICKET TRACKER, SEAT GEEK, OR BOXTICKET! They seem to all work together and never help out there customers! To them all I read is the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!
