I bought expensive tickets from them that they were going to email which I never recieved. They jerked me around and had me go all the way to the concert claiming that I could pick the tickets up there. I never got them, missed the concert and wasted an entire night.

Scumbags and thieves

My event was rescheduled for Covid and these guys just canceled my tickets without alerting me. When the event was rescheduled, they failed to provide the tickets - even though I was emailed that they were available. No refund, no tickets, just straight theft.

I bought Ariana grande concert tickets for today in February for me and my two girls I pad $400, it was gonna be our first concert together. I try to view my tickets today before the concert only for the flash site to say I have no tickets. I called the venue and the tickets I had purchased had been canceled... I called my ticket tracker since they were my seller only for them to give me the run around and not have an answer as to why my tickets canceled and I was not notified or anything. I have yet to receive a response and my kids were sad. $#*! these people seriously for what they did to my children.

No refund SCAM

They said they sent me tickets, which it not true. To get a refund for the event that was canceled (due to the virus) I have to return the tickets. I never got the tickets and now they won't refund me? Isn't this illegal? Do I get a lawyer involved?

Total Ripoff

I bought 2 tickets for a hockey game several months ahead of the scheduled game. My Ticket Tracker sent me 2 tickets for a different hockey game that was scheduled for the following day I received the email with the tickets. As I was on vacation at the time I could not use the tickets they sent and they would not send me tickets for the game I purchased. They made the error and I'm out almost $160.00. Stay away from this ripoff company

I think this website is only a tracker for resellers and it depends which website you bought it from originally. I didnt realize how bad the rating was for this website so I was ready to contact paypal for a refund however I ended up getting my tickets the day before (aka the estimated time) and it brought me to Ticketmaster and thats where I got the code. Perhaps the bad ratings were because the resellers, not the tracker. I got my tickets from closeseats.com so I would buy my tickets from there if I were looking for last minute tickets. If you end up getting scammed from closeseats that would be pretty surprising since I got my tickets. (the concert was GREAT) If you have any questions just comments and ill try to answer

They SUCK!

I purchased high priced HACK tickets for TSO at Amway arena evening of 11/5. Called their office to confirm seats were side by side and reserved. No answer. Sent a email also! Called again on 11/6 mid morning no answer! Had someone from NJ phone number call me 11/6 5pm eastern time. Expressed my concerns about seating and told him I was cancelling ticket purchase. Told me they are non-refundable.
That is NOT stated anywhere on there web page. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Attorney will follow up with this unscrupulous lower than pig feces company!
TSO tickets are for 12/14 over a month away.

1st strike - I purchase tickets and they contact me that due to a technical oversight they are no longer available.
2nd strike - They deliver the tickets 'day of' hours before the concert
3rd strike - The tickets were fake

Absolutely horrible company! I purchased tickets and do not get them until the DAY BEFORE the concert…. I have emailed three times in a month in regard to canceling an order I placed pre-COVID and can no longer attend the concert. The concert lineup has also changed and I was never notified. I have not had any response. I will be contacting customer service and posting on every review site until I get my money back.

I had to find purchased tickets that we couldn't view due to an error on our part. Reva was FANTASTIC! She was very patient thought the hour long ordeal. Thanks to her we have our tickets and are looking forward to the event. Happy Valentine's Day Reva!

What a mess!

This company is a scam! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing tickets. Never saw my show and now I'm out $100.

The ticket transfer process needs serious work. After my purchase I received an email stating my tickets had been transferred and that I'd get a follow-up email from the seller to accept the ticket transfer; never received and/or saw said email. The following morning I went back onto MyTicketTracker.com and requested to contact the seller directly; never heard back from the seller. The next time I was contacted regarding my tickets was the day after the show when I was sent an email form TicketMaster stating my ticket transfer had expired.

Obviously, I reached out to MyTicketTracker.com customer support hoping to get a refund for the show I never attended. Their solution? No refund, nothing we can do. There was zero attempt on their end to come up with a solution to the problem. They got their money and that's all they cared about.

0/10. Will never use them again.

What a joke

This website is a joke. DO NOT purchase from here. They sent me counterfeit tickets. They didn't even do a good job pretending they were real. The logo was off big time, the ink was faded, and it even said 'DO NOT SCAN FOR ENTRY"? Save your time and money and purchse of Ticketmaster or stubhub.

NEVER TRUST ETC - Events Ticket Center (MyTicketTracker.com)/ This low life company assured me my KISS tickets would be guaranteed even though the Kiss concert was rescheduled. I bought and paid for my VIP Box Seats in February of 2020. Friday 4 days before the show they emailed me to let me know my tickets were no longer available but they sent alternate tickets for me to accept in the place of my VIP box seats. They said it would be an upgrade (NOT!). My VIP seats were showing available on Live Nation up until the moment ETC cancelled my order. So my tickets were sold at 3x the price so ETC could make a little more money. ETC Events Ticket Center is a complete fraud.

Scammed

Do not deal with this company. The scammed me out of $ 300.00--i had purchased 2 tickets for a concert that was originally scheduled in March 2020. Then Co-vid came and postponed the show until November 2020 and it was postponed again. Now the show gets rebooked for November 2021 and i am told by the the Van Wezel theather in Sarasota, FLA. My tickets are no longer any good as my seats were resold for the show in 2021 and i need to contact my ticket tracker where i bough the original tickets and have them refund my money. Well i have been calling my ticket tracker for over 3 months and never can get a person on the phone. My credit card bank, citi was even more useless and wont do anything to help. Bottom line is i am out $ 300 for 2 concert tickets. Do not use MY TICKET TRACKER. They are crooks.

No Refund for Corona

This company was unprofessional and rude. I called to receive a refund on an event to see Adam Sandler. Their policy is horrible they are not making any considerations in reguards to this pandemic. They would not refund me the money due to the fact that the even was "NOT CANCELED." I would never use this company again!

CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN NOW. ONLY WAY TO STOP THESE CROOKS IS THROUGH LEGISLATION. EVERYONE WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN ITS VERY SIMPLE AND IT WORKS BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT NOT JUST THINK IT. ALSO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND FCC.

Did not receive my tickets. HUGE rip off.

I received an empty FedEx envelope. When I contested, Ticket Tracker said they contacted the seller and he assured them he enclosed the tickets. What else would he say? Do not buy from them!
