I bought an air ticket from this web in May, 2024, since my schedule changed, i had to cancel the ticket. I contacted the customer service for several times, they could not give me the correct info on how to cancel the ticket and how much money can i get refunded.
Since i had to cancel it no matter what, i did. However, i only got 60% of my money back.
I will not book with them anymore due to lack of good customer service and charge too much to cancel/change schedule.
The only problem is that I cannot change the currency; it's only in dollars. Please add an option to change the currency.
Price is not what it started at. It just keeps going up and up. It's a very long process to check out.
It took us five times to get this same tickets booked. We were forced to start over each time. The good news is the information was saved. But it is a long process to decline all the various extra fees.
I wish my trip do account for everyone who used it always. Like that all information is save and no need to put every small information every time we book ticket., Like a member ship number and we can always order in this.
Super quick and easy, only lost a star because they tried to sell me SO many add-ons, but I'm confident I got the best price anyway through their service so it was worth it. Will be using again

Please do not fall for the cheap ticket rates. These guys are absolute pain in the A** when it comes to customer care service or even getting in touch with them. I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now and they have no intention of processing it any sooner as I understood from my conversation with two different customer care agents after relentless hours of struggle to contact them over the phone.
Book your ticket directly from the airline website and always avoid such middle agents.
Edit: 16/07/2024 - It's been over 6 months since requesting for the refund and till now nothing happened. Lost the hope of getting my money back from these guys.
Booked tickets to rome.airlines changed times after booking. Mytrip said we could get refund...booked new tickets. 3 weeks later received email from mytrip saying no refund would be given due to minor change. Don't listen to anything they say. Very unprofessional and run by non travel agents... just a front for ticket sales with no customer service. I am out $1000
I am really hoping that unlike me, you got here before giving these people any money. The booking is a complete mess. Is has duplicated flight references that don't exist, information missing, flights that change and get cancelled without notice by anyone.
The customer support is somewhere in India and takes one hour or more to get someone to actually answer. Whoever answers is more interested in getting off the call as fast as possible and fight you or deflect than anything else.
Shame on me for trusting Skyscanner's recommendations, shame on Skyscanner for not verifying who they are recommended. Shame on Mytrip for being completely incompetent at best, and most likely just malicious.
MINUS 1 Star. Still waiting on my refund (€2,000) for flights cancelled in December 2022. 5 months ago! Disgraceful customer service. They may appear to offer value for money but they are not dependable. Any when things go wrong they wrong their hands of all responsibility.
Avoid at all costs. No customer service whatsoever. I have been trying to make a simple flight booking change. 2 weeks and 5 emails later, still no response. And the phone number they provide is inactive. Disgusting service.
Called and was put on hold for 3 hours yesterday and 1 hour today, nobody picks up - just waiting music.
I have paid 166 GBP for a booking that i have revived zero confirmation of. Flight is soon and the booking/payment was made more than 2 weeks ago.
Do not trust this company.
Mytrip cancelled my 3000 euro reservation two days before the flight saying it will take 3-5 working days to give the money back, from a no-reply email. They recommended buying tickets directly at the airline, which is much more expensive (especially without those 3000 euros in my account).
I was refused boarding for no legal reason, and MyTrip have been useless in supporting my refund claim. I have spent hours on the phone and writing emails, when it is their responsibility - absolutely furious - lost 600 dollars because of unprofessional staff at Tehran airport. Come on, MyTrip, this is what you're here for - step up!
I found a ticket price through Kayak, that was $12 cheaper than what I found. Yes, I got lured in by mytrip. I went ahead and bought it, money was withdrawn, even got notified by the bank. But then at the end it said, "your ticket will be emailed within 1 hour to three days". Here I am, four days later with no ticket, no emails, no reservation. NOTHING. It's fraud, stay away. Trust only known sites, not worth the trouble!
***WATCH FOR***an email saying that the booking was not completed after the purchase was over. I also verified with the airline no reservation or known record of my ticket.
They changed my travel itinerary an left me without a working connection. Basically my only choice was to cancel my reservation and request a refund. We ae over 3 months and I am still waiting almost $3000 for my refund. Nobody cares when you call. They have no answers. They keep saying they are waiting for the airline but that is not true because i talked to the airline. They simply steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM. There is plenty of other travel engines with similar deals that will respond to situations like this
Booked a flight from Bangkok to Cebu and flight was cancelled. They are charging me €30 for a refund. How can a company charge for a service that they haven't provided at no fault of my own? I send 5 emails and all were ignored, so called them and the options when you call don't work. If you spam the buttons you eventually get put through but I guess that's because they are getting such a high volume of calls that they can't deal with them, so they have the phone options on a loop. I will never use this company again. Just complete scammers!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
