Scammed me out of $200

I used mytrip to book a flight months in advance it turns out they had sent me the wrong information. I ended up missing my flight (as their was no booking under the information they gave me) and after talking with their customer service they told me they wouldn't do anything and to go buy a different flight. Honestly the worst 3rd party travel sight… DONT USE if I could give 0 stars I would

I purchased a round trip flight through Mytrip and was later notified by Mytrip that the return leg of my trip had been moved from a Sunday to a Monday. I was unable to travel that day but was given the option to cancel the flight through the airline which I did for an almost full refund. When I did not receive a refund back on my card, I contacted the airline. They told me that they had refunded the money to Mytrip. I contacted Mytrip by phone and after 2 hours and 40 minutes they said that there was a $91 cancellation fee, almost half the cost of the flight. They do include in their email receipt, in terms and conditions, that service fees can range from $30 to $140. I understand that if I cancelled for no reason I should be charged a fee, but the fee charged seems completely unreasonable when I had to cancel because the flight was moved to a different day. Spend the time to buy the tickets direct from the airline, Mytrip is a ripoff. Terrible service and ridiculous fees.

Bad Booking Site

This booking site's customer service is very bad. Simple questions yet they cannot provide a simple answer. I recently requested for a confirmation that I am canceling a booking but the agent I talked to is saying that I want a full copy of our conversation... how stupid is that! Bottom line... DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Thieves!

This is the worst website ever! Thieves thieves thieves you should never ever deal with them, I had to call 3 times and be ok hokd for hours and they keep saying your refund was not processed as the call was disconnected! I paid flexi+ they never paid it to the airlines, paid 279 pounds, today they told me it will take longer than usual up to 6 weeks to gice you back 100 pounds! Shameless thieves dont deal with them!

When I sought flights I saw this site as a "good deal". What I learned is that even with a Hurricane hitting the city I was booking a flight around, they would not refund my trip. The call center is clearly foreign and there is no "supervisor" or recourse to dealing with the low level people in the call center. I spend hours on hold, on text trying to cancel this flight and get my money back and ultimately had to call the airline (that took hours to connect with as well). I will NEVER use this booking entity again - no matter how cheap the flight. A FREAKING HURRICANE is not reason enough to cancel the trip? Insane.

Very bad company.

Very bad company. I have been waiting for my money for a canceled flight for two years. I will only receive an automatic reply to emails without any explanation. I will never choose this company again and I do not recommend others to choose it.

I am very unsatisfied with mytrip.com.
I tested positive for covid a day before my flight and have to cancel my trip.
mytrip.com holded a handling fee of $71.00 per person and also seating price of $60.00. And the customer service agents responded like they have full authority on that purchase and they can hold whatever they want. Never mentioned the handling fee amount or non-refundable seating fee in the beginning. I lost lot of money booking with mytrip.com. Not a good choice to book the flight with mytrip.com

I have booked ticket through MyTrip.com in the month Jan 2017 and due to flight schedule change and long waiting i applied for cancellation in April 2017. Since then up to now i didn't get my money back. Lots of follow up and costly phone calls i have made on international number of MyTrip but all time i got same answer that my booking cancelled and refund request send to Kuwait airlines and pending for authorization.
This is too much... no airlines will take too long if proper request submitted. MyTrip is doing fraud to all and cheating company. I don't know will i get my refund back or not?

Worst service ever
April 21, 2020

5 hours on the phone today and multiple hours the previous days to manage to get a refund for my cancelled flight due to covid-19. They have been transferring my call back and forth between company's agents, one had their system stuck, the other one could not hear me (!) the other one was not the suitable one to proceed with a refund process (they themselves transferred my call to the not suitable one). Need I say more?...

Avoid! 3 of us (family) booked Eurowings flights through them. We didntbook the basic, we went for "flexi" to be covered for cancellation up to €600. Paid an extra £60 for this. They sent me misleading emails of a 5 start T. Advisor rating that is not true! They are at the low 2 star rate just like on here.
When flights got cancelled by the airline I called them and they made it so difficult. Promising would call back and never did and so on. Turs out they charge us further £40 for cancellation fee! That is apparently in their t&c's. Very disappointed and would not recommend to use. Run!

#Mytrip.com *******881- problem with tickets on 28.09.2018 via #Lufthansa airlines operated by #Austrian airlines, because of their non professional and non responsible work. While registration we had been informed that our tickets had problem. We lost our flight and till now any solution. They don't want to make flight change or refund monney.
#Mytrip.com sell night flights, but their call center don't work 24 hours. Very bad and not client oriented service, not supportive especially supervisor: nice liars who send emails at th end of the working days and during weekends and suggest absurd solution: refund only taxes or rebook new thickets. It's excepional case and nobody want to investigate and change our flight.
Don't use their website((((

Due to Coronavirus, our flights to Europe from the USA was banned and the countries we would travel to (Italy) was also locked down. We contacted MyTrip to get our refund. They gave us hard time and never wanted to give us refund. It was a nightmare experience for us! We will never ever use this scam company again.

Fraudulent scam company
June 28, 2021

Was unable to make trip due to changes resulting from COVID. The state I was flying to entered lockdown and was classified at a higher risk to return back from if I went. Contacted MyTrip to request a refund or credit, and they said there was nothing they could do. They only offered to change the flights, and I had to choose the changes at that time, which would have costed me to do. Absolutely useless and worse booking company experience I've ever had. Quite certain this company is fraudulent and scamming people.

This agency sucks!

Mytrip.com is the agency where My daughter booked me 21/2 months ago. One month left and they cancelled my flight. I want to go home because my mother is very sick and I might not see her anymore next year despite of the pandemic. We called them via long distance and it is very expensive. They will let us wait for 1hour or maybe more before they answer you and the worst if your call is dropped off they will not call you back. They let me pay $30 for rebooking of my flight. There was no rebooked flight. Some body should do something about this agency. They should be reported! The operators are not helpful at all!

Scammers

They are scammers, stole my money. Flight got cancelled due to covid-19 and now their phone lines have been disconnected and they won't reply to emails. I will write a bad review every single day until I get my refund. Stupid company think that they can get away with it but no one will book with them again.

Nobody care about it if they have there money.
Money drivin company, no service. Difficult to speak with somebody. Don't book here and this is for us the last time. Better to pay more with good service and care about there customers.

We had a schedule change due to flight cancellations. Our flight schedule has been adjusted for weeks, however we are scheduled to depart in 7 hours… have called myTrip various times and we still don't have our tickets issued … it's been 5 days of "escalations" and absolutely no assistance.

STAY AWAY!

My flights were cancelled a month ago by air India because of the lockdown situation we are facing and these guys closed all communication lines and ceased operations without contacting their costumers or notify their flights had been cancelled. I only found out I had no flights after I logged in to my booking on the Air India website. No refunds in sight either!
I eventually found them under one of their many alias company names on Resolver.com and opened a dispute to which they never responded. Resolver can not locate this company! Steer clear and avoid them at all costs! I hope the authorities can arrest these people for fraudulent activity.
