The booking found in skyscanner and offered in mytrip were different.
We had to run twice the booking (meaning entering our details) and after paying saw that the second piece of the trip (Mad-zurich) was on the day after!

I made an unfortunate mistake in my booking with Trip.com. Thus I tried to change my booking literally within minutes after I finished my booking, realising the error. However I would be charged a very hefty fee for this change. Now I see myself necessitated to book a new flight, and won't be able to use the flight I paid for through Trip.com. I'm very disappointed and won't be using Trip.com again.
I have been waiting for a refund for 3 years.
Customer service is unhelpful and seldom provide me with useful information. They can't say when the refund will be processed or even when a agent will contact me.
4 years on. Not only have they not paid yet. I can no longer contact them. So that's money I will never see again.
I bought a ticket through My trip before the pandemic started in 2020. The flight was cancelled by the carrier. My trip offered the option of a refund. That was in 2020. They disappeared. They don't provide any updates regarding my refund. Every email I send comes back with a standard answer of it's been processed please wait.

One of the airlines that was part of my trip was delayed over two hours due to an "undermanning" issue at the departure airport. This caused me to miss my connecting flight. Because I booked through mytrip, I was unable to coordinate any assistance with the departure airline in getting to my destination.
A little satisfied but hated the price changing game! It was $606 several minutes ago, then it changed to $610 for the same flight right when I wanted to book. Won't book on this site again!

There was a mistake on the ticket when I called to fix it was in five minutes from booking. They say they have to charge me $44 which is on the website no cancellation fee but they still charge $44 for handling fee which I don't know what's I wish you have less than one star I would give you less than one star Order number: 1027-606-555
Advise to always book with the airline directly. Most airlines have a phone number to call to resolve issues. Waiting for replies by email or chat is not working for me. I needed a refund before booking another ticket.
Can not figure out how to cancel tickets. Please contact me asap. Your website is not working properly. Called customer service and they hung up on me and refused to help.

First time booking here. I don't like the seat selection pay section of the process. There should be a choice for skip seat selection. It was hard to find.
