This is the worst customer service in the world, I booked a ticket after submitting payment i got an error and when i resubmited it created 2 pnr(2 tickets) duplicate same person, when i called i was refused to talk to manager and i was told i will be charged for canceling one of the duplicate ticket - i asked if don't cancel one of the duplicate i will have a duplicate ticket which no airline will allow for passenger to fly.

You all did ZERO to resolve my issue. My wife and small dog were viciously attacked this morning by a large dog. As a result, our dog is in the Emergency Room currently, and my wife has significant cuts and puncture wounds, so we're having to cancel our entire trip to Scandinavia (which was suppose to depart this afternoon), including 3 flights from Copenhagen to Stockholm, Stockholm to Olso, and Bergen to Copenhagen.
This is clearly an emergency situation, and you all hid behind some stated policy when there are clearly extenuating and unforeseen circumstances involved.
I will NOT be using your site or services again.
I paid the flex ticket option hopefully and they were not able to change my ticket due to my sons birth date which he turned 2 year's old in between flights. They told me to call the airline to resolve it., bad experience

Mytrip doesnt even deserve a one star. My flight got cancelled by the airline and its been more than a year that I've been trying to reach them only to tell me same things all over again. Telling me that they would escalate to the support team like more than 5x already. That my case is urgent and concerning the agents already but would not update you in the next 24 hours. They even sent me a notice that they have refunded not even half of what I spent, but checked my bank and no refund was done and even confirmed it with the bank. Its my first time to book thru Mytrip and NEVER will I book here again.
My flight was canceled. No text alert or advance warning from the app so I found out at the airport. The 'help' center could not get me on the same flights the next day as they were fully booked. They will not book anything more than 24 hours out so the following day was not an option.They do not offer alternative flights to get you home.
I was basically given a refund for the flights I could not take and hung out to dry 8000 miles from home.
It's a good job I had enough credit available to book another flight home.
Flying multiple airlines and self transferring vastly increases the chances of missing a flight. Combine that with the above and this is a horrible way to travel. I would give them negative stars if I could.

It sent me back a bunch of times for no reason. When I finally was able to book my flight, they increased the price for no reason by a ridiculous 200+ dollars. Unacceptable.
As I said that this Service is excellent and I have no complaints so far and I would use the service again because it has given me some options that make it more music plan to use this over and over again and make more regular trips to connect with my family and friends on the other side of the country
I wanted 2 x fast track tickets to get through Birmingham Airport and they came up for this service. I paid, their site crashed, I paid twice which they did refund, however unbeknownst to me I had signed up to a 3 monthly subscription for something I knew nothing about. I only found out when I returned from holiday and checked my bank. They told me that I have passed the 3 day trial and they can't or won't refund my money. They are complete scammers with offices based in Cyprus which now I have seen that I am not surprised. How are these so called businesses aloud to operate.
Customer service told me I was getting a refund and I adjusted my plans accordingly. Received a call back saying that was not possible and am now down hundreds of dollars due to this employees incompetence
This company is nothing but a group of swindlers preying on struggling small customers and refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Two friends and I were all looking at the same ticket, but when I finally purchased it, the dates had mysteriously changed and there was no return ticket included. Originally scheduled to depart on December 7th and return on the 18th, I was shocked to find out that my confirmation only showed a departure on the 18th, the day I was supposed to be coming back. Attempting to call their customer service proved to be a futile exercise due to the excessively long wait times, so I had no choice but to cancel the ticket. When I finally managed to get through, the staff were incredibly rude, showed no concern, and promptly blamed me and my partner for supposedly not selecting the correct dates. Interestingly, my two friends who had purchased the same ticket with the correct dates all paid the same price for the return ticket, while I was charged for a one-way fare but still paid the same amount as my colleagues. It's truly disheartening to think about other customers who may find themselves in a similar predicament. Not only are they charging me a service fee for an error caused by their system, but they also adamantly refuse to investigate their own system and insist that the mistake was entirely my fault. As a result, I am now unable to go on the holiday that I had been planning for months.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
