I booked a flight through mytrip which cost around £23.35. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled so that flying was no longer possible. Wanted a refund. Mytrip refuses to pay for this, stating that the handling fee is £30. Although i didn't get a message from mytrip about the flight cancellation. And cannot refund. I've never heard anything like that. If I don't get the service, why should I pay the handling fee? Rather pay 2-3£ more and book with the airline
I paid Flexible Ticket. Now I want to change flight date. The customer service told me there is not seats on my expected date, but I checked the official airline website, seats are available. They are just cheating their customers to earn money!

SCAM. Booked a flight with them for TAP Portugal. STILL waiting for a refund after 4 months and don't expect to get my money back at this point. I've also confirmed with the airline that they issued the refund. They did, but mytrip just has all my money now and they still have the nerve to deny this. Will keep calling them and leave bad reviews everywhere until I get my money back though. I will also be pursuing legal action.
Requested boarding cards for 2 flights, entered details, sent me email saying download boarding cards, when I did was empty. Daughter missed her connecting flight. Rang HELPLINE number (probably charged a lot) was 29 in line, 30 minutes later still 29 in line. Avoid
These people are scammers.They took my 570usd by 09th 01.2024. Despite the challenges I passed through to get the money, they are not concerned. The customer care attendants are even liars. I wonder why their website exists. Aviation governance should remove them from service and I am looking forward to suing them. Please anyone with advice?
Avoid these guys at all costs! They might lure you in with their cheap ticket offers, but the moment something goes slightly wrong, they're utterly useless. I purchased a plane ticket through them, and when the airline canceled my flight, it became a nightmare. It's been an excruciating three weeks of back-and-forth, and they're refusing to refund me, blaming the need for authorization from the airline. What a joke! They're either con artists or completely incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of these guys. Stick to buying directly from the airline—trust me, it's a smarter move.

This platform changes your booking without asking to optimize its own business modell. Contacting the hotline does not help, long waiting times, request unreasonable charges to go back to original booking, and does'nt execute them. It also lies (no flight available, despite shown on mytrp's and other's website). Not liable with mail address in Helsinki. Keep off, many other serious platforms available. This one is organized fraud.
mytrip.com scammed me out of my refund even though I paid extra on their site for cancellation insurance. They reimbursed 10% of my ticket price and have not replied with anything but "if you have problems talk to your bank". What a total scam!
My trip was cancelled, refund promised but not issued. Customer service is non-existent. BBB admits many, many complaints against MyTrip.com. Check out the page on Facebook: MyTrip.com Class Action Lawsuit and you'll get a sense of how they rip people off without any conscience.

Because of the typo on a passenger name, I have been charged 425$ in fees. I sent in the name change request a month ago, just to receive a very abrupt email a few days before I leave that they are unable to make the change. I am livid. This company deserves to go bankrupt and burn in hell.
Please read all reviews about this company coz they are true! Please don't get caught with there extra insurance offers! It's a scammer! They make there money true this scam! The terms and conditions are not transparent! You will only find out if you had to make a claim. They will do everything to not pay the claim even though they have taken more then half your money you will not get to use the rest too!
This is a indian company operating under fuse pretense of been a Swedish company with a base in Australia each! Be very careful they will also put you on hold for long periods of time and cut the line to put you off your making the claim.
This site will do anything to not help you even through emergency time. They put you on hold for over an hour only to drop the line after that. Stay away from this company as there is much better and trustable travel sites.
Do not buy this cheap deal from MyTrip- please save your money and mental health. Absolutely the worst customer service, 90 min on the line, and then transferred. Their agents are not trained professionals- I had wind and vehicles and other noise in the background, and then call dropped due to technical difficulty.
My flight was delayed by 2 days due to the war, and I needed to change original airport. They keep sending me to Airline(which can't do anything, because booking through Mytrip). Short story 2 days of ping-ponged in between, absolutely useless. Now I will ask for refund and rebook directly with airline.
I am a frequent flyer, but such awful service is for the first time. DO NOT USE THEM!

Which they didnt! I bought a cancellation policy, provided medical certificate and all what required, inquired several times on the status and they still did Not act, they are making me lose my money.

This company (and I use that term loosely) is a complete scam! They charge a lot of fees and then don't do anything to help the customer. We paid for flexible tickets, COVID insurance, automatic check in (since we were going international) and then when we needed to call customer service we couldn't reach anyone. After 30 minutes on hold, your call is automatically disconnected. SIX phone calls later someone actually answered, couldn't understand anything they said (very thick accent and broken English) and they said they couldn't change the tickets. Long story short, RUN as fast as you can from this company and don't even bother to look back. I will NEVER buy from mytrip again and will also be contacting kayak.com which advertises rates for mytrip and let them know about this horrible company as well.
Fully dissatisfied with their service. They lied about everything. Luggages for tickets are not clear at all. I paid over 226 CAD extra just because they did a mistake on the ticket. Dont recommend it at all. Worst customer support evar! Shame on you mytrip.com

Long story short - due to personal issues we were not able to fly so we personally went to airline office and canceled the reservation in advance. Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
