They saw me looking at a flight for A particular day then when I went to book it when I went to the second page, they said the prices changed and put it up $100 so I changed browsers went on private mode deleted cookies and the price is back to normal. Then on the Payment page they said the payment couldn't go through and I needed to start the process again at which point they put the price up an extra $100 again. Keep in mind this is over a month before the booked date, so not last minute fluctuations.
They did it because they believed that flying on this day particular day was essential to me however, it was not.
In the end, I had to book a flight for the day before, so that I could access the original price that I was offered. They tried to take advantage of a customer who they believe needed a flight on a particular day, they believed they could pressure me, the customer, to pay over the odds
If anyone would like to take their own life, I would refer them to MyTrip. I have never seen such a company in my life. How are they still legally running the business? I have zero clue about it. Once your money is debited from your account and they have it, you are absolutely done and cannot hope to get any kind of refund from them. Their customer care representatives are such idiots with zero idea about what they are doing.
Ordered connecting flights, Jakarta to Manila. Then Manila to Osaka (2.5 hours gap)… their email and FAQ shows connection guarantee… so i proceeded.
The first flight ended up being delayed 2 hours… so very impossible for me to catch the Manila to Osaka one. Reached out to customer service, they said they can only cancel the delayed one (Jakarta to Manila). How does that guarantee anything? Beware and stay away from these guys. I will report ACCC
Can I give these humans a zero out of 1,000,000,000. Maybe the worst customer service in the known universe. I hope to travel to other dimensions one day just to find a reality where this company may have a tenuous grasp of communication. Zero stars barley touches the uselessness of calling this company.
MyTrip refused to repay me for a cancelled flight which never took place on the grounds the airline should refund me directly. However the airline correctly informed me that the vendor (in this case MyTrip) is legally obliged to refund me rather than the airline directly.
I warn all potential customers not to use MyTrip - they could lose your money too.
I booked my tic with them then the airlines changed my inbound flight but not the connecting flight. So I have to contact MyTrip.com after 50 times if not more because the phone keeps dropping and no reply to emails. They asked me to $55 to changed the whole inbound to 30 Apr. I paid but the trip was changed to 30 May instead. I contacted them via email no reply, called them like 50 times then I was asked to pay add $193 to get it change to 30 Apr. I paid but then the changes never happened. I have to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction so that I can book a new trip with other company. MyTrip.com then challenge the charges and cancelled my tic. So now the they took my money $1128. 99 (plus all the add charges to changed) and they cancelled my tic. This is FRAUD!

We appreciated your efficiency in handling our order, but inevitably feel misinformed regarding the baggage included in our outgoing flight tickets. It was written: Handbaggage up to 7 Kgs. It did not say that trollies in that weight would not be considered "handbaggage". But the carrier (Arkia Israel Airlines) thought so nevertheless, making us pay for the 2 small trollies that we had tried so hard to pack according to the weight limit.
FIY, in Arkia they said they often have this problem with passengers who purchased tickets through My Trip.
UPDATE: My Trip was extremely unhelpful so far in resolving this excess payment issue. They find ever new excuses not to deal with it: "You did not provide your order number", so I provided. Then: "This address does not reply to emails. Please use the link provided". Needless to say, no link was provided.
So in the foreseeable future, this is most probably NOT MY Trip.
Just bought tickets. Paid extra for flexible tickets. After the payment realized that I was mistaken with date. But when request to change it, they asked 4 times higher price!
For the record, new tickets cost 4 times cheaper.

Booking with My Trip was great! It gave me more information and options than the airline did. The checked baggage charges were less and TAP didn't offer the many options I added!
I would choose to use My Trip at every other opportunity.
Untrustworthy. My flight was cancelled by the airline weeks ago and after no response from MyTrip.com for days, I have only received generic emails that have no relevance to my request for a refund. It has now been three weeks and no refund.
We booked flights with 20 kilos per flight. When we arrived at the airport our luggage was not included in the tickets. We had to pay a lot for the luggage we already payed for!

I would never ever use Trip.com again. I lost money and time. Ryanair sent me email, that "travel agent who has no commercial relationship with Ryanair to sell our flights. Therefore, Ryanair has blocked this booking". I had to pay directly to Ryanair to get my flights valid.
I receive a message saying there has been a price increase which meant I had to pay an extra $60 so I agreed and continued, but when checking again a few minutes later it is allowing me to go through the process for the original cheaper price right through to payment. I feel I have been conned! Called customer support and receive any help.

Useless company they can even help. They have given us log in details to change bookings and purchase add ons but it did not even work. We have given them a call now they just said we have to contact the airline itself as they could not do anything. No way I am going to use this company again.
My flight was cancelled and I was not informed by them. I have been charged 25$ for check-in fees & they refuse to refund. So basically they even charge you for service they don't provide. Horrible experience and customer service
This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I booked a flight through them that was for December 2022. The airline cancelled the flight and I've been fighting with Mytrip ever since then (9 months) to get my refund. Eve though they acknowledged that they had my money, they continually denied me my refund. Each time I called, they claimed it had to be escalated and someone would call me back or send me a link to get my refund and each time they failed to do either of those things. After so many calls and being told the same thing, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and finally (and only because of that complaint) I received my refund. Otherwise, I'm 100% convinced they would never have given me my money back.
Never book through mytrip.com! It's been six days since my flight was cancelled, which should have left three days from now. Mytrip.com has been handling the case' since thursday but so far they don't seem to be very good in their job to book flights since I still don't have one.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
