My airline canceled the flight and refunded My Trip due to me booking through them. My Trip has not released the refund and told me that are keeping 30$ of it due to handling fees, even though they do not list them in the fine print. I would give them a zero if it was possible.
And people wonder why the world is so angry...
I had purchased United Airline tickets through Mytrip.com for my travel to US (Phoenix, Arizona) and back to Mumbai. United Airline suspended the flights since it was using Russian airspace.
In this regard, I had to write more than 15 mails and call Mytrip's call center more than 8 times to ensure that a full refund application is registered.
Even after 15 days, this company is unable to get my refund done. Every time I call the call-center some low IQ guy keeps repeating what I see in their website. I am unable to understand, if UA has really made the refund to Mytrip or not.
The indian call-center of Mytrip.com is handled by a bunch of ill-mannered staff who does not have proper knowledge of the work they are assigned.
They just put you on hold for long hours, i have spent like more than 30 minutes four times in a row and 1hr the 5th time.
They just put you on hold, tell you that they are routing the call and then never come back... Don't book on their website if you think you will need to call customer care team in future...

Trip.ae or Mytrip.com is the worst travel agency. Until now the flight ticket I booked on February 2020 with a flight schedule on May 14,2020 is not yet refunded and still in process. My flight was cancelled due to COVID. All flights are already cancelled since March but they did not give me the refund until now. This refund process they have it's the worst you will wait for months. Some of the travel agencies were able to refund the ticket within a month or 2 with the same airline so they are just using virus incident as an excuse. I'm waiting for more than 5 months now! Please beware booking in this travel agency if you do not want to experience frustration and disappointment, you better book to another agency or directly to airlines.
They sell you a business ticket which they acknowledge was business class. The airline refuse to honor it and they say it's not their problem. This conversation takes place the day before I leave. They offer me a full refund' that doesn't include the hotels, the car hire or the day trips and tell me I should be grateful to them for it. Total scammers.

They do not answer calls, not available to change flights even when you've paid extra money to be able to do so!
They are all rude and couldn't give a... about any inconvenience caused and will fight you for the refund they say they can provide in 8 or so weeks time!
I actually have no idea how these thieves haven't been shut down as a third party for major flight bookings yet but until they are, do yourself a favour and do not give them any more money to fund a fraudulent con company! And please make official complaints to outside sources where you can to!
I booked several flights with them because they were the cheapest on sky scanner (by a small amount). Then you get pestered for hundreds of pointless extras. I agreed to pay for an allocated seat for what seemed like a bargain UKP1. It asked if I wanted aisle or window. I requested aisle. That was it. In the event, I got a middle seat. It was only UKP1 so I left it. I suppose this is part of their financial model. Then BA cancelled my flight (with 6 weeks notice). Then they offered for UKP30 to try to get my money back! What?! My contract is with them. So they need to sort it. All attempts thus far have failed. I'm sufficiently annoyed I will pursue this but who hasn't got better things to do in their lives?
Summary: avoid them like the plague!
After not being able to enter two first names using mytrip.com web site for booking air tickets, they did not respond to any of my questions stated via all their official channels in more than 30days. After calling them they just were full of excuses, but no solution. I regret using their service. Such companies should not exist.
Absolutely useless company and a bunch of crooks. Occasionally a flight might go through but overall they often do not approve a booking, collect the money, then say a payment has not been taken and say the flight was not booked. They should be put of business and possibly even in jail for the pure fraud they are committing. Do not spend your money on them, it's basically in the trash. You have been warned
I purchased trip from them and first flight canceled from united airlines because of aircraft system shut down so I missed rest of the connection flights. They said we have no responsibility, I was shocked, it was nightmare, because I already paid off hotels rental cars.
Please think one more time before purchasing trip from Mytrip / maybe they have better rate but big risk! Don't lose your money please purchase from safer and professional agents! Even one star to much for them!
SAS preceded my refund in December 2020. Since almost one-month Mytrip keeps on hold my money refund. Scandalous, poor service, whenever I call for an explanation, MyTrip agent would feed me with another policy. They will never call you back. As it stands, I haven't got my refund after seven months. MyTrip never kept their own words. Counterproductive, unreliable and untrustful. I would not even remotely use any of their services in the near and distant future.

The system put my wrong gender on it and refuse to correct for me and charge me 88 dollars to do it.
Dont come any near this online agency! Worst customer service ever who mislead you and dont do what they said they would do! Tried to cancel and get refund for the flight tickets purchased based on misleading information from the airlines. Eventhough the airlines agreed to waive my ticket, mytrip found many reasons or ways to have the tickets expired and wasted. The only thing they needed to do is to contact the airlines regarding my issue but they refused to do so even when i had satisfied everything that they requested for the matter. Plus, every operator gives you different information to mislead you. Some of them were quite arrogant! Never ever use this agency!

I ordered 7 tickets for a vacation with my family in Madrid before the pandemic started. Trying to reach mytrip costumer service was truly a nightmare. Phones, emails, through their websites, anything I can and they are always saying that they will reach me back and never do. The funny thing is that we purchase cancellation insurance, and with the global situation it is more than obvious that we shall get a refund for our tickets (2 persons are in high risk due to COVID-19).
We had enough, we are about to sue this horrible company. Do your self a favor and stay away.
This company will rip you off! I paid ahead while purchasing my ticket from Hanoi to Laos for visas. I filled out the applications they sent, but never received my visas. There is no way to contact the company. Total scam!
They can offer great prices but when you have a problem their customer service is ridiculous and they try to avoid your questions and put you on hold multiple times like they have no idea how to even help. I was waiting on the phone for nearly an hour and once I gave my booking number I was put on hold for a further 10 minutes and then hung up on!
I will never use MyTrip as my travel agency. Their support is terribly bad. I booked a ticket from Hong Kong to Nagoya. I heard a lot of flights from Hong Kong was cancelled at the time, so I directly inquired to the airline about that, then I learned the cancellation of my flight. That was just a few days before the flight schedule. I know MyTrip says "the confirmation of the latest information about the flights is on customers' responsibilities", still, they should notify the cancellation to us, it is not so difficult to do.
And the worst thing is that their support of telephone office is amazingly bad. They were always annoyingly annoyed and when I requested the refund, they asked me to call a different number and I had to wait for 20 minutes on a queue again.
I can't give a 0 star review... I had to cancel my flight as a close family member sadly passed away. The airline agreed to waive their cancellation charges but Mytrip, so far, decided to keep the money stating T&Cs. This is really unacceptable. So Mytrip is keeping the ticket value and also the airport taxes and other taxes. Don't think this is legal but not according with Mytrip. I had all sorts of issues with agents during Covid and from now on I will only book directly with the airlines. Booking directly with the airlines may be more expensive but when things go wrong they are quick to resolve it.
Terrible customer service. My flight was changed by the airline, when I contacted MyTrip to reschedule they told me it would take 3-5 days. 14 days later I still had no response despite calling multiple times. 2 days before I was due to depart I contacted the airline direct and resolved the issue myself. The airline apologised on behalf of MyTrip and took control of the booking directly.
To make matters worse MyTrip refused to refund me their admin fee of £30 despite me having to do all the work myself and them completing absolutely nothing. I will never use them again.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
