This is a scam and fraud. They sell tickets, but never solve any issues if they occur, like cancelled trip by airlines, compensation etc. their agents located in India pretending they are willing to help but in fact just waist if your time and money until you solve the issue yourself paying extra money out of your pocket. In my case I lost $2k because of their ignorance and fraudulent actions.

I have booked my tickets on March 2020 for May and June month, due to Covid-19 flight got canceled. And till now I haven't received my refund. They are telling from the airlines didn't received the refund. So in future I will never choose this kind of third parties because they are not bothered about they're customers. The service My Trip providing is very bad.

I have purchased a ticket yesterday using the site through skyscanner recommendation, even though other company like opodo or lastminute had more reviews, we decided to give Mytrip.com a shot. However, the return ticket booked had ridiculous waiting time, over 24hrs! For connection flight from Moscow to Tehran and I have requested to change the ticket immediately after booking it. Mytrip.com had asked for £91 extra just to alter the return even though it was booked within minutes and also same flight! As we had no choice I was forced to pay the extra or £397 would be lost!
Tremendously disappointed with this new site and would insolently make an awareness through google reviews and other social media.

Awful, Avoid!
December 2, 2021

Purchased a Flexible Ticket so that we could rebook if needed. When we had to rebook, the only way was to call them and they keep you on hold for hours, only communicating via an automated voice. They never pick up. Total scam, avoid and use anyone else.

The scams pulled by this company are carefully designed. Because of a "glitch" on their website, I ended up paying for a double booking for the same flight! With any legitimate airtravel agency, this would be no problem. However, with mytrip it´s a different story. It has been over a month now and they refuse to recognize their error and refuse to refund me. I have spent countless hours on their online chats and on the phone with every time having to tell my story from the beginning. Their agents are trained to lie. They regurgitate the same lines over and over " our special team is looking into it and we´ll get back to you" - They NEVER do, " we will place your request on high priority " - Basically, they just want you off the phone. I hope more customers write about their experiences and expose mytrip for the illegitmate business they are.

Really bad treatment. I had booked a flexible ticket. I tried to call for over a week to rebook a different flight and received always the same answer, that my request had been forwarded and I d have been contacted promptly, within 24 hours. This never happened. After 9 days of trying and heavy complaint, suddenly there was no need to forward my request and the flight could be re-booked directly by my interlocutor. To cut the story short, on the 9th day they lied about the price differences, to drive me into a fast decision (they asked me 11 pound first and one minute later they were extremely sorry but the price rocketed and I owned them now 195 pounds) to book a later (and less requested) flight, because as they said it was less expensive (101 pounds) than the one I wanted. As I could see, this was also not true. They got a lot of money by delaying my booking of 9 days, but they lost a client.

Avoid this company like the plague! They did not refund the money within the agreed time despite the airline refunding them the money almost immediately after the flight was cancelled. After trying to contact MyTrip on numerous occasions to get my money back, telephone and email with no success I contacted my bank for help to recover the money. After this I received a partial refund with MYTrip saying I could receive the difference if I told my bank the matter had been resolved! Stay away from this company, pay the small extra and book direct with the airlines. They are a scam at worst or totally unprofessional at best.

Absolute lying company. Nothing but selling lies. Dont book with these people.

First i had to pay them 20 euro to request them to take care of a special seat for my 8 month old daughter. I paid they didn't arrange.

Second they sold us a return flight from Shanghai to munich to Amsterdam with Lufthansa. The flight got canceled by Lufthansa but this company is not paying.

Mytrip. If you want this review removed: do what lufthansa told you to do and pay out!

Rip-off Cowboys. Avoid

I booked a flight in March 2020 which did not fly due to COVID. MyTrip.com were evasive and then finally said they would refund in 12 months. After 12 months I asked, got the run around and then eventually told they had the money back from the airline but would not be refunding until they could. I started a legal case in the Eu and finally this week, November 21 got some money back but baggage was not refundable! My legal case continues... Based in Sweden so difficult to hold accountable. Avoid this company and it's other trading names at all costs. Rip off cowboys.

I was helping a friend with making changes to their travel plans that they booked through MyTrip.com. Their customer service is non-existent! I tried calling, at different hours of the day. I waited close to an hour and half in the middle of the day. 45 minutes at 3AM. What on earth? After waiting so long, I checked to see if they have a chat option. Of course not. The only way to contact them is via phone - and the wait is F O R E V E R. It almost seems like there is only one person handling all the calls and complaints. And when someone finally did answer - they have a very strong foreign accent, making it difficult to understand, needing them to repeat multiple times. They were not very knowledgeable either, having to wait a long time to get answers and even then, not all was answered, thus resulting in having to go through all this stress again.
DO NOT USE! Not worth it!
(I would give a zero star review as they are not even worth the one star minimum!)

I booked a ticket for my husband and I on mytrip.com and got an error message. So went I booked on another site. But 36 hours later I received an email from mytrip.com confirming my booking. I was thus booked twice on the same flight. After making me call them repeatedly for two weeks to get an answer, Mytrip.com refused to wave the cancellation fees. I ultimately cancelled with the other company because it was cheaper, but lost over 500 euros in the process.

Mytrip is a scam!

I booked two flights a year ago and have been haggling with them ever since. They cancelled my reservation but have not refunded my money, despite multiple promises to do so. Per today's phone call to their horrible customer service, I'm told that I am not eligible for a refund. How can that even be? They canceled my reservation, not me. They owe me $1000.34! I would never in a million years recommend this site to anyone.

I would. Bought my christmas flight home through them to get to the airport to be told the tickets were over sold and only people with a certain code could go on the flight (i did not have the code so couldnt go) I realise this was british airways fault as they gave the wrong details but since december i have been trying to get a refund of £230 from them without success. First time i got through they said the airlines said i wasnt entitled to a refund so i got in touch with british airways myself who sent me written confirmation i was entitled to it and were very apologetic. Since i have forwarded british airways email to them, been told someone is looking into it or hung up on, all my emails ignored! Its now 5 months later and not getting anywhere. The worst company i have ever ever dealth with avoid avoid avoid and book direct with airlines!

Giant Disappointment.

The worst part is deliberately being ignored.
I have sent e-mail head office and they have all details and explanation. But unfortunetly employees are highly educated how to ignore it. So far I have not received any respond or any kind of feedback. Until they git your money you are DEAR GUEST later you are just junk mail.
On refund progress if I have done mistake or if we have missed point at least we deserve to get feedback or last warning or any kind of signal that

Fraudulent website and terrible customer service

They are a fraudulent company. I booked a ticket online, got the confirmation for flight booking but when I went to airline website to retrieve my bookings, my bookings never existed. So I called them, after long wait of approximately 1.5 hrs, they finally picked up. Their reply was airline canceled the flight and they will not be refunding me the money. How can a flight flight got canceled in matter of minutes.
So stay away. I am going to formally register my complaint to TICO, so that we can get these fraud travel agents penalized.

I booked a flight through this travel site and paid good money. My flight was cancelled and baggage got lost on second flight. Airline told me to go through my travel agency to get refund! Mytrip has barely communicated with me! When I called I was hung up on when attempting to redirect my call. This happened many of times! It's been over 4 months now and I haven't received a cent. I spoke with airline and they claim the claim tipically takes 28 days to go through. We are far past that! Mytrip recently emailed me an invoice for 24.88 refund! The flight seats and baggage were over $1,500.00. This site is shady and rude! Don't book through these crooks!

Scam!

Mytrip is a scam. They don't want to refund my flight which was cancelled more than 8 weeks ago. It's not that the refund is taking long - they actually haven't even once responded to my 15+ e-mails from the last 8 weeks. They don't respond to phone calls either. Stay away and don't support this shady business!

Worst Service ever

They take days to reply and they rip off money from you which wasn't used anyway. And ask more money to process your request to cancel. They only could give $7 out of $2,300+ I spent which wasn't of any use since their service is horrible. I deserve 50% refund at least.

I wanted to change my booking details and i got thrown out of the chat twice. They wanted to forward me to another team 3 times and nobody could help me... maybe the customer service gets rewarded when forwarding an issue... no thank you. I recommend to book directly with the airline.
