They hide your airline rights from you. I received an email after trying to reach them for a month, that my ticket is not refundable. When I double-checked with the airline company I learned that my ticket is actually refundable! They would like to keep the money to themselves and give you directly false information to steal your money.
Plus, the so-called call service just does not answer your phone. This means that you cannot inform them that you need to change the flight before the take-off! This results as a " no-show" to your flight, therefore you can't get a refund.
It's a scam.
These people are just out to take your money and run. I booked flights through them and despite the airline cancelling due to C19 they will not provide a refund. Cannot believe they are allowed to continue to trade. I am commencing legal action.
I was charged into my credit card 850 usd and never received flight booking details. Once I entered my CC details, the page went wrong and never received the email. That was two weeks ago. I sent several different emails and no response. I spoke with two persons and no response. They said the finance team is analyzing this, but I already have the charge in my cc. This is a SCAM.
Made booking last year Dublin to Joburg. Selected option with stop over time of a couple of hours in Heathrow each way. Confirmation came back with 11hr stop-over going out and 6 hr and airport change coming back.
Contacted Mytrip and they wanted a couple of hundred pounds to change. Asked them for copy of computer booking record showing me what I had selected. They sent me back a copy of the record of the confirmation email, not what I had booked. Complaint went on for months and eventually they said it was my fault as their computer doesn't make mistakes. Very poor communication and only responded when I made a comment in trustpilot.
Totally useless outfit not fit for purpose and should be investigated.

I am waiting for 10 months on a refund because the flight was cancelled by the flight company TAP.
TAP has payed the refund to Mytrip but Mytrip does not pay me. They keep the money them selves. Mytrip is hard to reach and full of excuses.
I will contact a District Judge to make a claim. I will inform people how to act.

Mytrip.com rate is negative zero
Mytrip.com rate is negative zero, due to my terrible bad experience with this company. After 6 months of waiting for my refund with Doctor certificate and bought a cancellation insurance, just now
May 5th 2023 received from Mytrip.com that due to my doctor certificate not received within 5 working days by Mytrip, Mytrip cannot refund my more than AU$2000 plus money. I notify Mytrip approx. 1 month before my departure with Doctor certificate as they ask me, I am not sure if they received it more than 5 days or not but I bought an insurance if I cancel my trip, I received a confirmation November 2022 that Mytrip accepted the cancellation. My France trip will be Dec 22,2022 and I am sure that they already sold my cancelled ticket to someone else as it's Christmas.
I am terribly disappointed with this company so any of you who wanted to buy from this company never ever buy from Mytrip ever...

I tried to booked a ticket VIA your website several times and it didn't work. I went a head and booked the ticket VIA a different website, and over 12 hours later I get a confirmation that you booked a ticket for me too using my credit card! You have no right to do that!
I demand immediate cancelation and refund, Including a fair compensation for an unacceptable behavior.
I am a US and Canadian citizen, and if you don't do that immediately I will soo your $#*! so that you will be ban from operating in these countries.
Changes made to travell plans are beeing ignored. All they do is sending an email that the changes will be taken care of shortly. The phone center is a nightmare. Totally useless uninformed staff. Cant recommend mytrip at all.
They cancelled they flight and the full ticket of 550E and never refunded the due amount. This company is a scam.
I submitted the case to PAYPAL because I paid using Paypal in 4 times. For this reason? Up to now - april 2023- they didn't refunded.
Disgusting service, making people wait on hold for hours telling BS that they cannot find the reason for the cancellation of the tickets (the flight was cancelled by the airline) and that they cannot even send a confirmation email or anything else! They are not on FB or Instagram, obviously hiding from customers like me and you. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Some very dishonest people running this company. I know it will come back to them sooner or later.
Very bad company. My flight was cancelled without even knowing. One week before the flight they sent an email saying that the flight was cancelled and that they don't have any alternatives. I called and asked for refund than they decided to give me 3€ as a refund!

They are a scam never use them i arrived in the airport with all luggage paid for and i was told that it was not on my booking then i called my trip for a refund an they said they will give that was the last i heard i have not seen a penny back they are a scam
I booked a flight and accidentally there was a typo- literal typo. Within 5 minutes i called to change it- they tried to charge me $45 + and then when i cancelled it bc their customer service was horrible they also charged me $45. Every airline has a free cancellation policy of 24 h- it hadn't even been 30 mins. Ridiculous. Next time i am booking directly on the website- a 3rd party is supposed to help make the experience easier, not complicate it and then charge you extra.
Endless customer service, created to be a loop you can never get an answer from. Lost 1000 Euros because of a cancelled flight (without any alternative proposed) I could never get a refund from. Please run as far as you can.

I ordered a ticket with the ability to change dates. I paid extra for this service.
When it was necessary to change the date for a month, I was refused under the pretext "We have problems with network"!

Husband in hospital and they kept me on the phone for 2 whole hours. Took 50 mins to answer in the first place and then speak for 30 seconds and on hold for 10-15 mins. Asked for £1950 to move a £450 flight to next month then refused to cancel asking me to call lufthansa, which I did... then lufthansa tells me to call them back as they are well aware that they have to call the agency line to request a refund or alter the ticket in any way, also confirming that the ticket is partially refundable and that they should never have asked me to contact lufthansa. So basically set up to scam any refunds at all. Asked lufthansa to blacklist them.
DO NOT USE THEM! Was waiting over 6 months for my refund. Called over 26 times and still is not resolved. Customer service strap are so unhelpful. Couldn't even give me an email address to email and they are rude. Each refund I has been wrong and now they want to charge me an admin fee!

I booked my flights for my birthday through Skyscanner, as they were the cheapest. After booking I googled Mytrip and the proceeded to freak out at people writing I had been scammed.
Nothing was further from the truth. I called customer service to confirm my flight. Booked in without trouble. And my flight went ahead with no dramas. I went with no additional extras that they charge for and everything went without a hitch.
I do recommend Mytrip. Just read what you are buying (baggage etc). The reviews seem to be fear monger if from people who made errors when booking, then expected others to fix it.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
