I ordered my parents tickets from Thessaloniki to tel aviv on 12.9.23. We got order confirmation to mail on 7.9.23. The travel document was issued late on 15.9.23 (after the flight). Mytrip.com never sent us tickets for the flight, my parents didn't get on the flight, and mytrip.com refused to give a refund.
I was trying to book my trip, always they put a price once you process it. All of a sudden a message comes telling you the price has increased! Of course it is a scam as I tried to to book from another browser... same thing happens

I booked a flight with Mytrip and after 5 minutes they sent me a message that my flight was cancelled and they promised to pay me back in 5 days. I was furious and scared at the same time that I won't receive my money back but they stuck to their promise and paid me back my money in 3 days, every cent. I read only bad reviews about this website but they did me good
AVOID.Made the mistake of buying an airline ticket form this scam site. Showed up to airport and airline said you don't have a ticket. Showed them the confirmation email and they you don;t have a ticket. Both the mytrip.com and airline refusing to return my money. Its not a refund, but rather a return that I have been trying to get now for 3 weeks.

They false advertise the weight of the luggage.The only option available when booking via mytrip was 68 kg for the luggage. When I checked the booking with the airline it was booked for a 40 lb luggage for a much lower price. The airline's maximum amount is 45 Kg.
I asked to be refunded the difference and was told that they cannot do that and my inquiry will be escalated to a team. No resolution after calling 3 times and no time frame as to when it will be.
Also, if you buy a flexible ticket be aware that the flexible ticket is from mytrip not the airline and they will charge you anyway if you change your trip dates.
Mytrip has the prices some euro lower than some other agencies on line but the customer care exists only formally.
It is completely inconsistent.
In addition to that in case you are very lucky and you can get a refund they charge you a fee of 50/60 €.
I asked the refund of 2 tickets because I got the Covid but i got only some useless standard pre-printed answerd

I have inquired a number of times about a refund for a cancelled flight. On the same day, a flight through the same carrier was cancelled although this booked directly through Japan Airlines. I received a refund for this flight within days of requesting one, however, 4 months and multiple requests since the cancelled flight from Tokyo and Sydney I am yet to even hear any progress on the status of this refund. I am simply asked to wait. This is not the service I expected when booking with MyTrip.

Mytrip is a scam. They stole our money. We booked tickets from them, but then we had to cancel it because of COVID, so we've been trying to reach out to them through calls and emails, but they responded to none. They wouldn't give us a refund, much less they wouldn't even change the ticket so we can at least go on some other date. They took our money, and then ghosted us. Honestly, the worst agency ever. Do yourself a favor and don't trust them with your money. Mytrip and their costumer service is a nightmare.
However, as soon as you need to do anything else, such as something as mundane as add and pay for check-in luggage, this websites throws you back into the stone age: You cannot see up front how much it will cost, you first have to fill out a form, then it will take a day or more before they email you back, then they expect you to pay through the link they send within 15 minutes or your request gets canceled, then you have to call them, and then you again have to pay through some email immediately, and even then you still don't get the baggage added immediately.
With other online travel agency, this would take only a couple of clicks, you'd be able to do all of this in one visit to their site, and the whole process takes only minutes. With mytrip.com instead, the whole process takes DAYS and lots of back and forth between the website, email and phone calls. Not good.
I would give 0 stars if possible. They are responsible for nothing ever and impossible to contact. I paid for extra customer service. Was unable to contact them from the airport when the connection was missed due to their scheduling error. I bought a second ticket through them to complete the flight. When I call them to complain and ask for compensation they say their website isn't responsible if it suggested flights that didn't give you enough time to transfer. It's the customers job to select correctly. I asked what service are they selling them and asked to speak for a manager. I was told that I would have to wait 24 hours for a manager call back and it could come anytime in 24 hours and I agreed. I was then told that needed approval and then I waited and was told I was not approved to speak to a manager and there is no further recourse.
Airline changed my travel schedule and after 4 times each 1 hours staying on the que for support contact, Mytrip charged me extra 30 euros though I bought my ticket flexible from the first. They reserved another ticket for me but didn't confirmed it with airline and the second ticket canceled by airline again. They didn't even informed me about my second flight cancelation. For the third time I had no choice to book a flight other than a longer connection. The support is awful. The worst possible agent.

Do not use mytrip. They are a fraud. I booked a flight which they claimed as refundable if canceled. But when i canceled it, they gave no refund and their customer support is also nowhere. You cannot contact them by any means. So, DO NOT USE MYTRIP.COM still waiting my refund and no customer services I am going to bash you on all social media and will use you in court also my friend is a lawyer
I booked my return flight ticket from ticket from toronto to Vancouver. On the day of the flight they cancelled the tickets without any prior notice and the worst is to deal with the cx service. They are extremely rude and disconnect the time at any time of the call. It's a big fraud going on just on one sentence written on the tickets.
One thing I would like to share if Flight network refuses to give you the refund as they did in my case and you have all the proofs. You can dispute the charges from the bank's end. I usually deal with TD and they refunded the charges of the flight. They fought from my end.
So if anybody is facing the same issue go ahead and dispute it from your bank's end.
I bought the flight tickets from the Skyscanner website. My Trip gets four and a half stars reviews on Skyscanner. It's one of the best travel agencies on its website. That's why I choose to buy the tickets from My Trip. It's more than a half year now. I didn't get my refund for the service not being served. Their service is absolutely awful. To get the money back from My Trip is just impossible. They are scammers. Don't mislead by the reviews from the Skyscanner website. For sure, My Trip is not a four-and-a-half-star company. It's a minus-stars company if I have the option to rate the company. Keep away from My Trip. I will not use their service anymore.
They did not add my checked bag to my return flight, even though I had paid for it. I rang them and they told me not to pay the charge on the app, but to wait until I got to the airport. I told them that this would probably result in a larger charge and they told me to go ahead. I was then charged £45 instead of £35 and, surprise surprise, they would only refund the initial £35, even though the fault was completely theirs.
They never answer the phone you can wait sometimes for 5 hours on the line. I booked a ticket and I tried to cancel it and no one responded I send an email they said they gonna respond in 24 hours they never respond
It was a tremendous mistake to book with them. Royal jordanian cancelled my flight to NY because of COVID pandemic. MyTrip got my refund and still holding it for 4 months. I have to file complaint at US DOT. They consumed a lot of my effort to reach out to them. Roughly, I spend what is total 6 hours on phone and still feeling they have stolen my money
I booked flight with this company and needed to cancel. They agreed to give me a refund. But months later I still didn't receive the refund. When I called up they claimed they paid me a month ago. Obviously they didn't as I didn't receive it. I don't know how the financial services still allow an obvious fraudulent company to operate, scamming the public. Its outrageous that they are still operating.
They never reply to emails, like what other people have said here, so don't bother.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
