If for some odd reason you book thru mytrip and the airline happens to be Ryanair- remember to check in online 2 hours PRIOR to your flight otherwise you will be penalised.
None of this was communicated by mytrip.

I booked my flight in 2020 the flight was cancelled by the airline and the airline refunded my trip the funds but my trip is yet to refund me. Every time I call I keep getting the run around. People at the airline told me do not use them again, they didn't have to tell me so cause I certainly never intend on using them again..

Keeps you waiting for longer time, agent advised will give call back from manager in 24 hours to solve my problem never got a call back in 48 hours, Call back never got a solution and keep on transferring to another department please don't book from my trip And face problems

I purchased 4 tickets for myself, my husband, my son and my daughter. The airline cancelled the return flight and mytrip sent me an email asking if I would return the day before. I accepted. They reissued my itinerary but forgot my son!? I have been calling with no answer and when I finally got through after 90 minutes the lady hangs up on me. She doesn't call back. I call them thinking maybe we got disconnected. After getting someone else after 1 hour the first thing I tell him is please call me back if we get disconnected he said he would. I gave him my order number and explained the problem. He claimed they never reissued new tickets and I said let me pull up the email you sent me. HE HUNG UP AND NEVER CALLED BACK. I now have three tickets and no ticket for my 10 year old son. They don't repond to emails either. I will be calling my bank to dispute because it seems as though we won't be able to travel now and if I can't get them on the phone I doubt they will issue a refund.

Book a flexible ticket and just tried to change the dates and the fara difference on top of what I paid is more expensive than to book a new ticket on their own website. :). these guys are just thieves.

Please don't try to book to this agency because they will only give you headache and stress soon after you book them. They will not assess your concerns specially in adding the baggage. They will just get you money for it and after that if you asked for an update travel document they can't provide it. And your added baggage is gone. I promise you, this agency is the worst of all the worst.

THE WORST
October 5, 2019

One of the worst, if not THE WORST experience I had trying to arrange my trip.
I wanted to cancel my booking because of the protests happening in Cairo and got FALSE information about the airlines' refund policy, which clearly states I can get my taxes back, and on top of all of this, now they want to charge me 55 pounds for the service they didn't provide me. Also, they keep sending me automated email responses. So unprofessional.
I will definitely be filing a complaint because I believe your overall treatment of my case has been unacceptable.

Fraudulent company

Dehumanizing experience trying to work with MyTrip. Non-transparent cancelation policies they will not share them with you. I had a family emergency and they lied to me several times on the phone about not being able to help; redirected me to the airlines. They hung up on me when I tried to call back. Refused to provide customer service support

Do not upgrade seats. They offer to upgrade your seats to aisle or window and yet when you do it they just give you any seats. They respond by saying we out in a request so take it up with the airline. Complete BS

Quoted price is very different from the actual price. You will receive successfully booked confirmation and after that they said the airline unable to confirm ticket due to price fluctuations. Let you confirm with higher price.

Their only goal is to take your money and make you cancel the ticket and not refund after cancellation.

My airline canceled the flights. I called them to cancel the ticket and issue a refund. They kept transferring me from one person to another. I was transferred five times and had to give all the details every time I was transferred from one department to another. I was an international call paying $1 per minute and the total time it took to cancel the tickets was 1 hour: 27 minutes.

There is no email address where you can send an email. They will force you to go through the pain of dealing with them over the phone.

I understood their modus operandi. I immediately called Amex and had the charge disputed. Do not give up, chase these bast*rds. Collect evidence along the way and dispute the charge.

File complaint with BBB. Reach out to your state agencies.

Terrible customer service. I got stuck in NY without a return flight and this company did nothing. I had to contact my family in Europe and they solved the problem with the airline. I have asked them several times to help me, but they always referred me to the airline, which I couldn't contact via phone (when I called several times from NY I heard nothing) and they didn't reply to my email. Their service was useless.

We booked flight in January and the airline that we booked through mytrip.com went bankrupt in 27th of February, and we didn't receive any information until the day we went to the airport to check into the flight, and they told us that this flight doesn't exist. Customer service was awful. All they could say is "our system is down" "I apologise""call your bank" "call the airline"
And that they didn't have any information that this company doesn't fly anymore. Even if you check on the flight list, there is no such company.

Worst Travel experience EVER
June 27, 2022

I booked a flight to Portugal with Wizzair through my trip, which was cancelled by the airline, I have been trying to contact MyTrip for 9 weeks about my refund - they take approx 2 weeks to reply to an email and when you call their contact center no one has a clue what they are doing and never send a follow up email even when requested... I have given up on trying to get my £140 refund now as I found the process that stressful i'd rather lose the money. NEVER again.

Terrible

I purchased a REFUNDABLE ticket and had to cancel because of a medical emergency. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month. I had to sit on the phone with the airline so they could issue mytrip a refund, they had to give it back to who the purchased from them. Mytrip has yet to give me my money back and they keep sending me the same generic email and ignoring my emails. Please do not purchase with them this place is a scam.

Worst airline ever
October 4, 2022

We were charged extra for another luggage, and the steward said that we need to pay for it and present the receipt later to customer service for reimbursement. We have contacted the customer service 3 times, yet no answer. I would not recommend them to anyone.
