They took my money and did not send the ticket, when contacted, they said they sent it to the wrong email, and when asked to send it to the correct email, they claimed the transaction did not go through, when I asked for a refund they said they sent the ticket, repeat all that happened 3 times until I gave up, a bunch of thieves with $#*! customer services.
mytrip.com sells airline tickets they do not have. When you have purchased the tickets, mytrip.com will attempt then to acquire the tickets they sold you from the airlines. More often than not, they will not be successful in buying the tickets. You will then be in hell as you try to figure this mess out for hours over the phone. You'll get a "the airline cancelled your flight" nonsense, which means they were simply unable to buy the tickets they already sold to you. You will wait for hours and hours on the phone, and never ever get your tickets. This is a legitimate honest to god, no nonsense 100% scam. Never use mytrip.com. Guaranteed problems, every time.
I paid for a checked bag and when I got to the airport the airline told me that it was not showing up on their system and I had to purchase it with them and to contact my trip directly. I had no time to argue since my flight was leaving soon so I paid for a bag once again. Once I got back I contacted my trip and they told me that they couldn't do anything. So they basically stole $40.00 from me plus the flexible ticket $20.00 (don't buy it! It means nothing either!) will never use again! Would give zero stars if I could.
We booked flight on my trip and the connecting flights they provided were terrible. Don't ever go with them. They provided not connecting flights but flights with own reference numbers as if we book them individually. Worst customer service ever.
I booked my flights to Spain through mytrip. Having paid for 20kg of baggage each way, when I went to check in at the airport there was no record of baggage payment on the Ryanair system. I provided them with my paperwork from mytrip which clearly stated I had paid. So I had to pay again. I've called and emailed mytrip and they still haven't responded.
I work hard for my money and saved for my holiday, only to be scammed by this company
Arranged my trip details, but upsold us on reserved seats and automatic check-in for our flight, neither of which was delivered. The airline said that I had to pay them directly for these options. The Mytrip support people said it wasn't available, but when I requested a refund for the undelivered service they said everything was a one-charge fee and that they couldn't refund my extra charges for the reserved seats and automatic check-in. All agents you speak with (when you can actually get one) are in India. A fraudulent organization that I advise against using.
The confirmation I recieved was one day earlier than the flight I actually booked. The "refund" guarantee was actually a voucher which I did not recieve. For customer "service" I waited over an hour with "quick response" package which I regrettably paid for. Stay well away from this fraudulent site
This site is fraud, i paid flexible ticket so i can change flight, now they wanr to charge me full price ticket, even i paid 110€ extra for flexible ticket. They said i paid difference, and its full price. Kindly recommend to avoid this, even they have cheaper price, believe me, its spam.
Hello everyone! It is clear that mytrip is taking advantage of us and not protecting its customers in such a delicate moment. My airline canceled all my flights booked with mytrip.com and told me that it won't make me a refund or voucher without mytrip's request.
Mytrip does not respond and I already understand that it will probably never answer me. I'm here to talk and try to create a union of all of us consumers who have suffered this damage. In a moment of global pandemic there are those who think only of getting rich without protecting customers.

Awful service. Don't buy with them! My boyfriend gifted me a return ticket to Brisbane-Queensland. The pandemic affected the whole world and Australia closed its border for longer. Queensland with the omicrom closed again. My trip is refusing to rebook/refund.

I booked a flight with them cos they offer cheap flights but during check out was more expensive with a lot of add ons. I have been trying to contact them via phone call but no one answers. I emailed them and they ask to call a certain number but the number was for a policy insurance. This is a scam website. #neveragain

Booked trip for May 3.Tried to change to May 1 was unable to to it with My Trip even though I paid to be able change my date, I had to directly to air line to change the date and the air line charge me $100.00

Please stay away. Otherwise if you want to waste your time and money than be my guest. I have been trying to get my refund which I was entitled to. It has been 18 months and I still haven't received my refund.
Every time I call they say they are processing. I contacted the airline. The airline company said that my refund was given in February 2021. And I do not know why "mytrip" is stealing and still have kept my refund and are refusing to give me.

After being refused on a flight booked through mytrip due to unwritten airport rules, mytrip have been ignoring all of my communication about my refund and compensation they originally agreed to over the phone. I have spent a countless number of hours on the phone to mytrip, and after being told to email them instead they have been refusing to respond. Mytrip requested that I contact the airline directly to 'open my ticket' in order for them to issue my refund and compensation. I was able to do this, but mytrip have been ignoring my emails for months since and still owe me hundreds of pounds.
I am shocked at the abhorrent level of customer service and insensitivity.
We tried to book tickets from Switzerland to Poland and while paying the site crashed. We did not receive the tickets, nor a confirmation email nor got the money deducted from our credit card. We waited 3 days to receive something, but we did not receive anything and the money was not deducted. So we tried to buy the tickets again. This time it worked and we received everything and the money got deducted. But 3 days later the money got deducted for the first time we tried to buy the tickets, so we got charged twice but only received tickets once. I have been calling the service desk, but they hung up on me.
My flight is Thursday and I expect a refund for the first 'tickets' we never received.
These company charge your 150% more than the real price when you click to buy the flight ticket on Internet! And then how do you want to prove that it was EUR 320.- when you clicked and now there are EUR 517.- charged on your credit card!
Mytrip have refused to refund the cost of our flight (over £1,000) which was cancelled over two years ago. They have received a refund from the airline but have failed to return it to us despite repeat phonecalls/complaints. Learn from our mistake and avoid at all costs.
It is worst service then ever. I booked the flight ticket via mytrip. I put my daughter's correct nam, but the booked wrongly with the airlines, leading to the cancellation of my daughter's ticket. It is impossible to contact them via email or telephone. The only way to connect them is via chat, which is automatically generated without any answer. They did mistake but requested the customer to pay for their mistake. And they just insisted on asking the customer to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. Never book via this company again.
In July 2022 the airline cancelled due to a strike my flight when I was already at the gate, the airline refunded Mytrip but Mytrip stole the money! I called them hundreds of times over the last months and they always said the refund was processed but I never received my money, they only $#*! their pants when I tried the way of a chargeback with my bank, which I am going to purse again.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
