A totally disingenuous company.
We are not allowed to travel to our intended destination as the UK are on the red list for travel and we are not citizens of that country. Having booked a flexible ticket for exactly these reasons, mytrip.com now flat out refuse to help with that rebooking. How are you allowed to sell a rebookable ticket that claims no hassle re-booking when you refuse to help. Will someone please get in touch in order that we can arrange these flights.
I had the worst experience with this company with no person to talk to. Even via emails there is no help. Do not order flights through them!
Had 2 flights with layovers- both were a mess! My tickets were really bad booked, thank god for help from Air Canada that were able to change my flight at the airport because all my tickets were a mess! My lesson is not to get close to MyTrip.com and better pay more and order via the flight company website.
Booked flights through mytrip.com to Thailand. With the Covid19/Corona Thai Airlines changed me the flights for days that I cannot travel. I have been on the phone line with mytrip.com to rearrange flights for the last 5 hours and they did not picked up the call!

I recieved boarding passes throug Mytrip automatic check-in. The boarding passes were however false resulting airline company extra charging me 80euro for late check-in at boarding. When trying to contact customer service, they forwarded me back and forth, than made lame excuses like it is airline policy, or that they cannot open attached file which was very common jpeg and than refused to refund this extra charge. The worst was the whole process of comunication! THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
It's a fraudulent agency MyTrip. I booked a flight with them with Intercaribbean Airlines from Dominican Rep to Cuba on 12/23/2021. On 1/14/2022, they informed me that the flight is canceled and that I may get a refund but not for all my money. I checked with Intercaribbean and it's a lie. The booking is confirmed but hasn't been paid for by MyTrip despite them charging my card. I tried to contact them, no response by email. Also, their listed phone number is a fiction.
I have made a mistake in name spelling, so I have contacted support via the chat. They responded quite quickly and requested the passport to correct the name. Now I'm waiting for the result.
Booked my airline flights through Mytrip.com and my flight time was changed to an earlier time so I needed to cancel my flight as I would not be able to make the connection. Customer service was awful and they made it very difficult to cancel my flight and charged a $30 cancelation fee. Do not book through them!
My mother in laws flight was booked via MyTrip. However when I called to find out how much Kg she's entitled to bring they said she's only allowed 12kg Hand carry. An additional £80 would have to be payed if she wanted to bring a luggage, but that doesnt guarantee the return flight because there could be complications. I said I payed alot of money for this I thought a luggage is standard in every flight. Apparently not, especially dealing through an agency like MyTrip. The customer service representative on the phone was very rude and his tone of voice was implying I was dumb for not reading everything and it was my fault. It was my partner who booked this flight actually and i was just trying to find a way to resolve this. Based on the customer service experience and the online booking I do not recommend Mytrip. Arrogant staff, uninformative website and no customer advice and support offered. You deserve to get better service elsewhere. Big thumbs for me.
I bought my ticket last year october traveling this year in april 2020. Due to corona crisis they canceled my plane due to lockdown. They iissued me a voucher with Turkish airlines that is valid til end feb 2021 few weeks later they send me email to tel me the ticket is valid til 25 October 2020, they changed again. If u call them u can wait on the phone for more than 6 hours and find nobody. And if you email them u can wait for a month plus to get a response. Its horrible this company should be closed immediately. I cant fly this october i want my money back. The airlines told me you entitled to your money back but you need to get via MyTrip not Turkish Airlines. Since march this year til now they not reachable. HORRIBLE!
I found mytrip.com through Kayak, and decided to book due to the fairly low fair. While going through the booking process I noticed a red flag when asked to purchase my carry on luggage in the price of $100... I selected it and was just about to purchase when I just couldn't ignore the fact that that price was extremely high... I became more alarmed when I tried to edit the itinerary and take off the luggage, and it would not let me. Something told me to go directly to the airline site. To my NOT surprise the luggage price was really $30... they are ripping people off..
We bought tickets trough mytrip.com in July 2017 Belgrade-LA, via Dusseldorf for 22.12.-3. 01. 2018. When we arrived to Dusseldorf we realised that the flight we bought doesnt exist anymore-because AirBerlin is not operating any more.
We have been trying to get our money back from MyTrip. ComThey have insistently refused to offer us a compensation for the initial amount we paid.
We are following a legal procedure via the EU Consumer Center to get our money back, as their customer service is just trying to hold us back using excuses and delaying responses.
Avoid them at any cost.
Booked a return trip then told our outbound leg is cancelled and we need to make our own arrangements to get to our destination. No offer to cancel the return journey and they are holding our money. We want a full refund and we will book the whole trip elsewhere. WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?. What are we supposed to do with a one way ticket for return leg only?
MyTrip have an infinite amount of customer service advisories who are clearly employed as creative writers. On a flight booked over a year ago and which was cancelled due to Covid 19, I have had many enjoyable hours both waiting on the phone and emailing the company for a refund. It seems that many others too have this pleasure as the standard response is that it all takes time, the airlines are not paying out and lots of wonderful banter along those lines.
If you are not into these additional perks of booking with MyTrip and actually genuinely want to get on a flight and *gasp* actually fly, I would recommend that you don't book with them. Their prices entice you seductively, their emails pat you on the back like an old familiar, and then they look stunned and hurt when you ask for your money back.
If you genuinely want to go somewhere, have no time to indulge in chitter chatter and don't want to waste your money, I suggest you try another firm.

My flight has been cancelled by the air plane company. My Trip did 1/4 refund and now it's 6 months they say to me to wait for the rest and nothing is coming back. I call several time and nobody and it's always the same answer, we are waiting the airplane company refund but I call the airplane company and they say they already rembourse. So My Trip doesn't make it happen.
I booked ticket on July 24,2017 for flight on July 26,2017 and return flight on August 28,2017. THEY change my ticket to departure on August 26,2017 and return on August 28,2017. Never got e-mail from them and when I called them to see why, I find out my date was change. Even I called in 24 h bracket they told me to bead I purchased ticket and I have to pay. I never use that ticket and I want to tell people how bad that company is and please don't let them scam you. My overall rating of them is 0 stars.
Flights provided were not the ones I booked - instead of the midday/early afternoon flights I booked, I was given a flight at 8:45pm and a return flight at 6:00am. Called their customer service and of course was told I would have to pay hundreds of dollars extra to change the flights. Asked for the matter to be escalated to a supervisor, was told they would call back. Instead I received an email from a no-reply address saying they had tried to call me on (*insert mobile number here*)... but it was not my phone number. I ended up just having to deal with the terrible flight times and the impact this had on my sleep and health and the shortened holiday (I lost half a day on each end of the trip.)
In March 2019 I had occasion to use the services of My Trip.com to book flights for Sept 2019 on receipt of my confirmation the booking were found to be incorrect after various e mails and phone calls to bring it to their attention and getting nil response I cancelled my transaction with them, however not before I had paid them £3994. 74.
I have tried in vain to make contact to enable me to recover my monies I have even utilized the services of my credit card company to help me to get reimbursed but to no avail.
The lack of response from this company is abysmal and pathetic and as a retired person with a heart condition I do not need the stress and cannot afford to be duped out of my hard-earned money.
Bearing in mind the above facts.
I would not recommend My Trip.com to any individual KEEP WELL AWAY, BUYER BEWARE.

One year after the flight was canceled, having contacted the airline too then, when they told us they had already given our money back to this pirate "travel agency", they still ignore our emails, and even though we have all the emails that proof all what happened and what they are responsible for, they don't reply and don't give us the money back. DO NOT trust them! They are thieves and liars!

They are a horrible agency, the worst experience ever, my flights changed twice, my layovers were too long, I could do nothing about it because they would not pick up my calls therefore i had to deal with the mess because i had no option.
I tried calling them, they put you on hold for over 30min plus until you give up. Basically you will be frustrated and have no one to turn to or to complain to.
I even reached out to them again after one leg of my trip was done to give them feedback and if possible ask for my money back for my return ticket but alas no response.
Key learning, i am done with any 3rd party airline agencies, go to the airline directly, this was my first and last time to ever use any of those links you find on google to help you get flights.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
