Fraud app

Fuad app and worst customer service. They scam and make mistakes and after that they don't make any changes infact if you cancel your ticket which you have to even though they receive full money from airline but they will not refund you full money. Don't follow any DCGA rules. I had same issue earlier from different app but received full money as refund within 24hrs. So they open fraud and scam people and don't help at all

They took the money from my bank account and they didnt provide me with the ticket, after 5email with no reply I relised that mytrip. Com is a big scam
Don't book a ticket flight with this fraud company, they don't even care. I don't give them even 00 star, if you want to get stressed then book a ticket with mytrip.com
Please forward this message to all your contact and friends on social media, is a time now for the scam agency to vanish... Ill never stop until I see them gone...

Ridiculous
December 2, 2021

I submitted my cancelation last week due to the pandemic issue, but my travel agency just ask me to contact the airline directly today, which is one day ahead of my scheduled departure day.

To cap it all, after I talked with one of your agents, I need to pay $2.95 after all my cancelation. How is this possible? Is this a fraud?

As a customer, I am really disappointed if this is how they deal with the customer service. I am not blaming the agent I spoke to, I believe there must be something wrong with this company and its policies. That is the most ridiculous deal I have ever had in my life.

Really bad.
August 5, 2020

Really, really bad, they are impossible to contact, their phone number doesn't work. I paid extra to be able to cancel the flights just in case(because of COVID) and I haven't been able to because it is impossible to contact them. Disgusting.

Scam. They kept my money

My flight was canceled, i took the option of getting the money back instead of taking another flight next day, and they kept my money. They kept on telling me that the money was sent as I was so stupid not to know if they did.
Biggest scam ever. I never buy through that fake website again.

I booked a flight, it got cancelled. Spoke with the airline who apologised and said i could rebook free of charge but i have to go through the booking agent. Got back to my trip & they charged for the rebooking (after being kept on hold for 1hr & 10 mins!). She asked for the dates, i spelt it out to her SEVERAL times. When the ticket came she had booked the wrong dates. Rang them back, another hr hold and they said i would have to pay for another rebooking charge for the error they made! That was only the beginning of a dreadful saga that still hasn't come to an end. I have had to book another flight and still have my money with these thugs. I mean... sometimes you can hear the so called customer service agents walking down the streets and sound of the wind and traffic! Worst worst worst experience ever. Please avoid at all cost!

Bad experience

I bought my flight to Australia a few months ago, now I had to cancel it but it seems impossible! I called there and was waiting for am HOUR and no one answered to me! I sent an e-mail where I explained that I want to cancel it and it was almost THREE WEEK AGO and I still have not heard about them! I've been trying to call but honestly I don't have time for hours to queue. What the hell is going on with this company?!? I am really pissed and my flight cost over 800 so it's a big money for a student!

Recommend that you do not use mytrip.com. They refused to issue a cash refund or a travel credit when governmental COVID-19 travel restrictions refused to let us board our aircraft or to land at our destination EVEN THOUGH the airline policy allowed for issuance of a travel credit. Recommend that you buy your ticket directly from the airline instead. Sure wish we had done so.

I purchased tickets through Mytrips.com and noticed a discrepancy in the dates at the time of checkout. I promptly called to request a cancellation, but unfortunately, my request was denied. Consequently, I had to purchase new tickets for my trip, which was intended for a funeral.

I booked ticket in June and canceled due to some reason in June 19th it's been 1 and half month I have not received my money back. If I call them and ask for refund they are keep saying within 1 or 2 week. How many more week fraud company? I asked for supervisor employee said someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hrs it's been a week no body called me yet. I asked for process confirmation emai again they said with in 24 to 48 hrs but never got any email nor phone from them. This company is a fraud don't know I will ever get my money or not. I will be bring this problem now on all social media platforms. Shame on you mytrip you should be shut down, you have no rights to keep people hard earned money like this. Shame Shame. Very disappointing

MyTrip (-5 stars) is the worst of the worst, never ever go with them, look at other reviews and they will say the exact same thing, in my experience they set up the tickets and then cancel a flight so that at the end the flight schedules do not add up and in conclusion does not work. After this crucial step has been completed they then send an email a single email hoping you would miss it so they can take 75% of the ticket cost and leave you with nothing. However, if yo udo see the email and call them to ask what is up, they will make false promises and do everything to delay their response to get a new flight or even proceed with the refund hoping to get to the day where you were meant to go on holiday. In conclusion it does not matter if you bought the tickets 5+ months from the day they sent you that email like we did or respond to that email 4 weeks before the flights since they will delay till the very last minute so they can get their 75% cut and leave you with nothing. It is one of the better scams we have fallen for and has costed millions of dollars around the world (I bet). In conclusion, if you have the tickets I wish you the best of luck and if you have not, book them yourself or anywhere else than this actual scam. (My personal experience have made me wish that they get sued and lose all of their assets or that hopefully nobody else buys anything from them or anyone relating to them).

I had a flight change for a flight i had from Quito (Ecuador) to Buenos Aires (Argentina), I contacted Mytrip.com to see if they can sort this out they made it very clear to me that this would be sorted within the week and they would email me the new flight schedules. 2 weeks later they still had not contacted me i tried to call them a numerous amount of times and still no answer, one day before my flight i had to call the airline myself and see if they could help me, thankfully there customer service was very good on the day and they was able to sort it out for me. Something that was not my responsibility as it was not my fault for the change and mytrip.com said that they would fix the problem. I sent countless emails and not once did they get back to me. I advise anyone to not use this agency they are very dissapointing.

BY far the worst experience I had so far when it comes to airline tickets purchase. My flight was canceled due to technical issues and 6 months now I have called more than 12 times and asked for the refund. They keep telling me EXACTLY THE SAME: that they have escalated my request and wait. Please shut down this sh***y business. This is clearly a fraud!

5 months whitout solution by Mytrip

Since March (almost 5 months) I've been waiting a solution by Mytrip. Due Covid, my tickets from Lisbon to Rio de Janeiro were cancelled (me and my family, five passengers, a lot of money). And since that time until now Mytrip doesn't have any solution. They have forms on their website, but the link doesn't work. The customer's line is always busy and is very expansive call them in UK (I live in Portugal). They don't have pos-sales estructure.

Very bad service. They changed our flight and as we called Them to schedule a new date and add luggage, we spoke to a woman whom we almost couldn't understand, she out us on hold forever, came back to us and Said she couldn't help us and hung up

Terrible

Do note use. My flight was cancelled on 26th Feb and MyTrip still has not advised about my refund. Airline has confirmed they issued refund to the agent. So agent is sitting on the money and not refunding the customer. Terrible!

The worst ever experience I ever had... claim wrong amount and nvr refund me back my money... different officer give different direction... total scum... wasted my money... add in baggage and already paid but nothing... they nvr add extra... refund took more thn a month also nvr reply...

They are scammers! The worst agency ever! I bought 2 flights tickets on their website in 2020 that they cancelled because of covid and they were supposed to give me back my money. From 2020 im running after them to receive my refund, we are in 2024 and i still didn't receive anything! Everytime im calling they are just trying to rassure me and ask me to wait, that they escalated my situation and someone is going to call me back. For one year that they are telling me that same stupidness everytime im calling, nobody never contact me back! Even today i called them and it was the same story. Now i'm about to make a complain against them and take a lawyer to get back my money, im not going to wait more time! And they will have to give me back the money i will spend trying to get my refund also!

The scam that is mytrip just wants to rip you off hundreds of dollars and they charge you extra for cancelling an already cancelled flight by the airline! And if you want to change because the airline changed the time, they also charge you. So in short, even if you take a breath, they want to rip you off, STAY AWAY! Even if it means buying directly from airline for 100 more dollars, it is worth it people. The customer service is based in INDIA, the connection is horrible and you guessed it, they rip you off!

Had terrible time with MyTrip and I would avoid at all costs! They take your money but not keen to refund when airline approved.

My son and I bought same ticket as surprise from Melbourne. Airline agreed to refund but MyTrip have not as yet done this. This is since Nov 2018 this has been going on! Terrible customer service who really don't care and not interested. Promise to escaulate but nothing happens.

They are not fit for practice and I will be reporting to ABTA, ATOL and Financial Obudsman if no refund by end of March!

Be warned of this company!
