You'll lose time and money trying to solve the problemes THEY create. Not transparent, not trustworthy and you'll have a feeling to be speaking with a wall. They try to give the impression that they are helping but what they are actually doing is extortion.

I have had asked to cancel my flight and to receive a voucher.
Indeed, they gave me a voucher with value of 90% of the ticket -219 EUR
I used the voucher with half of the value and couldn't use the reminded amount!
When I called mytrip support, the agent told me that I am able to use the voucher only one time!
I asked to speak with a manager and they never ever get back to me!
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Be aware and careful, and buy your tickets elsewhere, because you will be setting yourself up for a very long and painful journey dealing with mytrip. Definitely will be getting attorney and move forward with legal actions. I won't let them bs their way out of this.

Booked flights from San Diego to Edmonton, Swoop airlines cancelled the flight, Swoop provided refund back to My trip on 13th July, I'm still waiting the refund back from. Mytrip weeks later.
When you call be prepared for robots in an overseas call centre, that just tell lies.
Also booked another flight where they have failed to add baggage onto the booking even though I have paid for this.
Taken my concerns up through the UK information commissioner, and also used chargeback against my credit card...

The covid situation is unprecedented, I agree. But the least My trip should do, is acknowledge an email. My parents are unable to cancel their flights booked from Canada to the US. They were not even able to reach Canada from India as the borders were closed. Even if they had reached Canada, US -Canada borders are closed. So they are not going to get a refund on a flight that isn't even going to take off. That is truly sad.

The worst travel agent i have ever cooperate. Do not book with them if you do not want to destroy your trip.
They know they are a untrusted company as they even do not have email to communicate with them so you do not have a receipt of what you asked. They have only phone where there is no service at all.
You phone to them for a request and they never come back to you. They are able to destroy a simple trip.

Called them last week as I was entitled to a refund due to cancelled flights. I had been chasing them for months regarding this refund I was entitled to. The guy on the phone (when I finally got through) said 'Maam you just need to be patient' when I clearly was patient and had been chasing them for months and he fobbed me off and hung up. Most unprofessional and scandallous crowd I have ever come across. I still haven't got my money back.
Booked a flight with them. But somehow I couldn't even check in my flight and they are unavailable on calls, so I missed it. Been trying to reach out to them and it's to no avail! The airlines confirmed a rebook/ refund but the agency hasn't been answering emails or calls! Days later they intentionally inform me that the airline cannot refund yet, knowing very well the flight was already overdue! In the process of trying to seek a refund for the returning flight and it is just a nightmare! I honestly wish I was keen on the review before jumping to their discounted offers! They don't deserve to be in business because this is hard-earned money that they are scamming people! How are they even top-rated in Skyscanner?! This is just a $#*!ty company stealing from people - GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!
I booked a ticket from this agency, Two days before the trip it was cancelated. I asked them for refound but they charged me for 30 pounds! Just because of refound handeling.
Never again going to take tickets from this charlatans.

My flightgot canceled by Iberia due to strikes in Paris.
I have been waiting for 7 months for a refund and nothing yet.
I called the customer services a million times, and asked them for a writen proof that hey got no refund from Iberia but they never did.

The agent cancelled our return tickets by error while making a change of our booking. I have contacted more than 27 times with an average waiting time more than 45 minutes each time to speak to customer service to sort out my tickets. My trip could not reinstall the cancelled return tickets. Eventually they cancelled whole tickets and offered some refund less than original price I have paid. Again I had to chase their customer service many times for the refund to be paid at the end after 3 and half months. Due to the delay in processing, I had to pay double price to rebook my tickets on another flight with another travel agent. I never ever book with My trip again.
I bought flight ticket: Vancouver to Frankfurt with Lufthansa and Frankfurt to Tel Aviv with Rynair. I immediately realized that I made a mistake and bought an extra ticket. I informed Mytrip 5 minutes after I did this mistake. Most companies have a 24 hours cancelation policy. Not Mytrip. After 3 phone calls and long negotiation, they reimbursed me for the Lufthansa flight and deducted 45$ handling fee. They said that I need to deal with the Rynair myself. It took endless phone calls until I was able to get a partial reimbursement approval from Rynair. The most annoying thing was that Mytrip deducted again 45$ from the reimbursement for "handling fees". They handled nothing. I was the one who had to make endless phone calls and send emails. I have been a very loyal customer of them. Not any more.
Booked a ROUND TRIP, bought a checked-in baggage. Paid $66 for one person. As it turned out, the sum wasn't for a round trip rather for just one way. EVEN THO I BOUGHT A ROUND TRIP TICKET. Who the hell does that? That's question #1. Question #2, who in the right mind charges $66 for 1 bag?! The most I've ever paid for was $50! International! But that wasn't it. I also purchased a Premium Support just in case and then called them to fix the mistake they told me they can't do anything. Now the question #3. Why then do you offer a "premium" support if you can't help?!

I booked the tickets to Honolulu for November. After few weeks they changed my flight 3 times. I called there (to get any customer service you need at least 20 minutes). Finally I got some alternative. Over the phone I got information that my flight back is via Toronto. After the call I got an email with flight back via Vancouver. I asked to change my flight back instead of UK, to my hometown (Ireland). Till today didn't resolve my case. They said, that they contacted the Airlines. Today they advised me to contact airline directly. I contacted them and mentioned me, that nobody from MyTrip contacted the airlines. I rang MyTrip back and told him about the situation. They mentioned me, that don't give me refund and don't change me anything!
They are Liar, cheaters and have the worst customer service in tourism industry!

I was on the line for over 3 HOURS waiting to talk to someone, as they state on their website this is the only way to rebook, even if they repeat over and over that they have an unprecedented amount of phone calls and are not able to handle them. It's ridiculous. Please note my flight was already canceled and I needed to find out how to rebook or get a refund.
The airline website stated that I needed to handle my case through the agency, but I still went ahead and called them (Alaska Airlines) just in case, and I was able to sort everything out in 10 mins. Worst customer experience ever.
You jumped the price at the last minute. I tried doing it twice, same thing. My friend had over a hundred dollars cheaper ticket through flightnetwork.com.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
