Terrible, terrible customer service.
Made 2 orders 4 days apart. Earlier one never came. Every time I phoned they blamed Auspost, then eventually someone told me that the first order was never sent out! They organised a replacement order express post but now that hasn't arrived!
I think this order is cursed!
They had the nerve to accuse me of lying about receiving the earlier order because they had a photo of the later order having been delivered from Auspost. That really got my back up! I was trying to be nice but passive aggressive accusations from their customer service staff are surely not the way to go?
I am beyond mad now. I just want my money back but they won't give it until I receive an order that was never sent. Arghhhhhhh! I will never use my bloody stupid Nespresso machine again. A total, total waste of money, terrible, terrible customer service and an awful Nespresso Experience. I have now been waiting on live chat for a reply for over 30 mins.

It is May of 2023 and the Nespresso Web site remains horrible (I first complained to them two years ago), the worst I have ever experienced. It never accepts my password, the shopping cart alternatively doesn't empty after orders or states my shopping cart is empty after placing items in it. Two weeks ago I ordered a coffee machine, two phone calls and two reorders of the same machine still no machine (my card has been charged).
If you are considering Nespresso, I would recommend you stay away, it is a constant headache trying to do business with them.
Totally gone downhill! Not only has their coffee become too expensive and the quality of their machines & coffee gone downhill! Mine is so loud and only works 50% of the time! My first machine was the best, now they are poor quality, as usual with these big companies!
But to make matters much much worse!…, They are part of the corporate anti-Mother's Day…,do away with women campaign! This company is anti-women! They believe that Mother's Day is too triggering and upsetting for people! (Don't get me wrong I'm not all into Mother's Day it's just consumerism anyway) it's the statement they are making about women that is so wrong! They believe that men should be allowed to compete in women's sports. And are single-handedly trying to ruin the family! Do your research before you buy! The only way we can win is if we stop buying their stuff! I have been using an N espresso for 15 years and I am now throwing mine in the trash! Wake up America and stop supporting this evil Empire!'
Placed an order on April 24th, 2023, I have placed many orders before that date, didn't receive so I thought I would check on order, it was still in the processing stage. I contacted Nespresso they took an hour out of my life that I won't ever get back, I'm at work and I can't take calls because they are trying to figure out why. They never shipped because of two promotional cups they were sending were not available, honestly I couldn't care a less, at 45 min in I said I can't wait on hold any longer I have a job to do. They said 3 more minutes that turned into 15 min over payment, they kept asking what card I had on file, I said I don't remember but here use this one. They argued with me over what card I have on file, I said just tell me the card and I will give you details. I don't understand why it should take an hour to order coffee, I could have had surgery for that length of time. Also they said I would get in two days, just check they sent it regular mail, will receive this Friday or Monday. Note I spend about $400.00 for every two months.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. I bought multiple machines since I enjoy their coffee. The milk container started to malfunction so I called customer service and they told me that the part wasn't available to call in a few weeks. That went on for over a year. When I called last month their response was that the machine was out of warranty and they didn't have the part. So after complaining they gave me a %35 percent of on a new machine. I called yesterday to buy a new machine (they have a promotion going offering 25 percent off) and they response was we are giving you only 10 percent off instead of honoring the 35 percent on my account. I declined on buying the machine and wouldn't by another machine from them ever again
If you speak English & call the call center, prepare for frustration & a lot of repeating. Call center need lessons in customer service or they just don't care if you buy or not. App is full of misinformation.
Offered an $80 credit in big sticker on box when purchasing a machine then when I redeemed it it was a $20 so I emailed and got told to read the Terms and Conditions which are in fine print - Who does that!
Faulty machines with the worst customer service as well as their failed warranty. I don't recommend anyone buying such a poor product.
I switched from Starbucks to Peet's coffee and then to Nespresso in 2014 when American coffee became an option. Just got an email about becoming a partner with Starbucks? You will loose customers like myself who do not like the Starbucks coffee taste and acidity
Be forewarned - A few months ago I ordered 10 sleeves of pods from Nespresso to get their best deal. This was more coffee than I could drink in 30 days. Today, several weeks later, I opened a new sleeve and discovered the first pod was bent at the rim. I tried to use it but my machine apparently couldn't read the bar code so it did not make the coffee. I immediately called Nespresso to advise them, thinking they would like to know for their records and expecting they would at least comp me one coffee pod. After 12 minutes on the phone with their rep who selfishly gathered all the info, I was told since 30 days had passed, there was nothing, NOTHING, they could do. Not a coupon. Not even one freakin' pod! And I've ordered hundreds of dollars of coffee from them! This is just the push I needed to stop using their product. Their coffee is good, but because of their horrible support, I will forever more be enjoying their coffee with a side of "pissed off". And I don't need that negativity in my life.
The coffee is great! I drink it a couple of times a day and its convenient and easy. Best coffee around.
To contrast, anyone who is considering buying this, the customer services is almost non-existent. If they make a mistake or you want to return coffee that is less than good (this coffee is expensive, it better be good) they make it extremely hard. If they make a mistake they rarely admit it or credit you for it. They make you go to the store to return stuff instead of taking responsibility for mistakes made by their CSR's. Just a nightmare of policy. You can order 30 boxes of coffee and not like a few. But they only give you 14 days to return. The boxes cost 10-20 dollars each for 10 coffees. I hope this helps someone trying to make a decision that values customer service, this is not the company for you, especially at the prices they charge. Wait until they open up the pods to companies who care or move on from this choice.
I wish there was a 0 rating for Nespresso's customer service as it is the absolute worst. First my order did not arrive. I tracked it and noticed that it was never shipped to me and returned to sender. No one contacted me and no refund was provided. I advised Nespresso of this and my order was shipped however the gifts that were to be added by ordering 120 capsules were never enclosed in the new order. See attached order details indicating the gifts that were to be included. So sad. Really bad service. I think I'm going to get a machine from another vendor...
Serial #:*******a*******e09s is a $180 paperweight. Tried chat/call. No solution. They wanted a video chat but have no resources on the website to resolve what should be a logical solution to a common problem. I'm donating it to goodwill and will never buy one again. It's ridiculous. I did read, in detail, the collateral "instructions" sent with the machine.
We had one of the original Nespresso before it finally quit after years of use. Got a new one 6 months ago(Vertuo Next) and have had trouble with the lever easily sliding over to initiate brewing. Lately we have to unplug it and restart. Sometimes several times! Call customer service - what a joke. We did as we were asked, clean and stick your hand up into the blade (yikes) and twirl it. We were asked to do several other things and call back. Doesn't seem like you should have to do all this for a cup of coffee! They refuse to have us take it back to a store and upgrade to a new one with us paying the difference. Do not purchase from this company!
I had my Nespresso for 4 months and it would overflow on and off and then more often than not! Same with my frother; it would froth and then not. FINALLY, I called Nespresso and did a video chat. Even though I watched videos on how to fix these issues it was super helpful to have the expert at Nespresso walk me through the troubleshooting process and now it works great. I think her name was Veronda who also told me there is a "cheat sheet" under https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/machine-assistance/vertuo for Vertuo machines. I am a SPED teacher and I waited until spring break to call because I thought I would be tied up for hours, but they are 24/7! The agent spoke perfect English, and I could understand her directions just as well! Now if only I could get coupons for the capsules! :) Laura
I bought the most expensive machine they make and have the worst possible coffee/espresso of my life. I really wish I could return it or even try the bigger pods

Numerous hours lost on phone calls and visits at the store to fix the problem without any results whatsoever.
And they dont seems to care either.
I have a Vertuo machine... it is the worst digital experience. Cant pair it with my phone because it too stupid to connect to my wifi, cant understand the troubleshooting in the book with all fancy light bleeping to tell you something is wrong. I want to know what kind of idiots works in technology department... Please spend less on George and more on your technology resource for god sake. I am done. I am going back to traditional making coffee with my own machine... Nespresso you can take your machine up your?%^&...
I got a nespresso plus in December of Christmas. I tried ordering on line but it would not take my coupon. Tried ordering by phone which turned into a disaster. The lady taking my order was trying but I had great difficulty because of her accent. Had to be put on hold twice for an extended length of time concerning a problem on her end which she said needed a supervisor. After 10 min. I hung up. What a hassle. Unless I can buy the pods in a store I won't be using nespresso. Too much of a headache for expensive coffee.
I spend thousands of dollars on coffee every year with these….people and they keep sending me garbage machines that barely make it past warranty and now they want me to pay for a machine.
The most frustrating part of it all though is CSR's that don't understand the most simple and straightforward English possible.
I told them numerous times that I am not spending a penny more on their garbage machines and they kept offering me "promotions", beyond frustrating.
I have approximately $200 of their coffee in my cupboard that I am going to give away, I am done with this company, they are worse than Bell & Rogers combined.

Answer: Very easy! Will they get your issues solved or do anything at all to help you resolve or fix your issue or even keep your business? No. Absolutely not. In fact I don't even suggest you waste your time. You might as well call there customer service line in a language you don't even speak. Will they promise you one thing and then do the opposite yes. Will they spend several calls which are several minutes to hours long asking you to do the same trouble shooting steps over and over only to tell you that they are sorry but your machine is not fixable and you have to buy a new machine after already spending a couple hundred on the machine just one year prior to it breaking down you bet they will! But at least they offer you a discount on a new one! Even though your local department store is always offering a better discount then that of which they are offering. So in short do not waste your time or energy or sanity and just go buy another any other machine not made by Nespresso and save your self any future disappointment.
