Order: ******* Thus company has no customer service, promises great products and delivers nothing. I made an order for two items that they said were in stock on March 30, they then claim to have shipped them in April 12, a Sunday. As of June 3 nothing has been received. They claim that it takes 10 -45 business days and say only week days count. It the item has been shipped the mail travels on weekends too, not sure how stupid they think people are. Have escalated this with PayPal. If you are smart you will not touch this company with a barge pole. Scammers from beginning to end.

I ordered & paid for 8 shirts 8 weeks ago. The site I used informed me that the articles would arrive from the Netherlands in max 21 days. The shirts were for a group of yacht crew as a quarantine gift but we have all gone our seperate ways now so not possible to distribute. I have tried to cancel on many occasions & asked for my money back but receive the same automated answer asking if I can wait another 28 days to which I said no. This site is the biggest scam ever. Ordered four different pieces of clothing. Sizing is drastically unreliable. Product I received does not match their own size specifications. Tried to return items that did not fit, spent almost $30.00 return postage to china for $50.00 refund. Never received refund. Instead, return package was rejected, I just received it back after nearly 6 months from when I sent it. Noticed that their policy is refunds if returned within 30 days. I did not receive my purchase (or even shipping information) within 30 days. Purchased it July 4, received shipping info August 5, then received package around August 12. If the ability for return and refund are important to you, consider a different company.

Cheap. Save your money. It also takes longer than most to get your order. Very disappointed. We talked back and forth. I contacted them because there was no tracking information on my order even though they had taken the money out of my account. My sandals, that kept showing up on my Instagram page look so cheap I am embarrassed to wear them any where

My purchase of a pair of men's shoes was a disaster. The shoes look nothing like the ones pictured. They do not fit and very cheaply made. For a refund they are demanding that I pay the return freight back to China! A $26.50 shipping fee! In addition they demand multiple pictures not only of the shoes but also to document the return itself. PayPal cannot resolve so I'm stuck with these cheap plastic shoes that offer no support whatsoever.

I have purchased many online items from China so many times. Mostly are disappointing. But newchic's products and customer service make me change my attitude at all. All items are good enough for daily use. Can't compare the quality of materials to all Brand Names in High End shopping center of course. But for the price I have to pay is worth every baht. So incredibly upset with this online retailer. They didn't have a boot in stock and gave me only one day to make up my mind about what I want to do. I didn't open my mail right away and it was too late. The other pair that was in stock was way too shiny and looked cheap, even though it was very comfortable and fit well. I didn't want it but they would not accept a return and offered a 20% discount or a 20% gift card; neither of which was acceptable.

I bought many dresses, all of are good quality; I really liked them. However, their internet site does not show sold out products. So you can purchase a sold out item without knowing it. In this case either you have to wait it to come back or want a refund. They're both acceptable but also waste of time. On the other hand, customer service is really kind, helpful and quick. They should indicate in stock products. Overall, it's a nice company for me.
Love the unique merchandise at this site. I made an order which was out of stock. I chose to cancel rather than wait. They were prompt and efficient in processing my refund. Very responsive. Will definitely order again.

I ordered 6 shoe loafers (shoes without lace) on 09/17/22. This package was shipped from Hong Kong by air plan. I thought it must be delivered at least 10 days as usual. In reading reviews, I noticed how many consumers were surprised to understand after they placed their order that this company was located in China. Do some investigation so you know what to expect! ANYTHING coming from China is going to require additional ship time due to customs. I ordered a pair of those highly-advertised rain shoes in November. I knew to order two sizes up. I covered them with additional tracking, but that information was lost in some kind of system glitch. They eventually arrived yesterday. They fit OK, which I'm fine with because they are mostly for rainy days. I appreciated the constant contact and swift replies to my emails. The price point was appropriate.

You get what you pay for, and be sure to investigate the company you are ordering from so your expectations are set appropriately.
Their payment information claims they accept credit/debit cards. I tried ordering two shirts five times and each time they cancelled the order, claiming my debit cards were rejected. My two banks say that NewChic never even tried to charge the cards. Then they sent me an email saying my order was waiting for "manual processing", and then nothing ever happens. Lots of wasted time for nothing. Shop elsewhere.
