In more credible online shopping sites, you'll immediately know if a product you're interested in is already out of stock. So you won't bother ordering. This ain't true for NewChic! You are already anxious in the waiting, and just to be told that orders are cancelled because they are out of stock. Not good.
After receiving my shoes, (they arrived on time) I found they were too small and Ashley with customer service took care of my issue. I will purchase from NewChic again. The prices and variety are great!

I received an email stating that the merchandise was not in stock. It takes a month for you to determine that there is not enough merchandise to get an order out, really? Yet they continue to advertise on Facebook as though they have items,... Will not ever waste time again on this fraudulent website.

Once again NewChic came through with a product that was exactly what was advertised, was VERY reasonably priced and, considering the long distance it was shipped, arrived in a good time frame. Will definitely buy from NewChic again.(also- great communication and shipment updates, etc.)
I had problems receiving my shoes. Although I never did get them (problem with mail delivery) the customer service (Daisy) was excellent. My enquirers were answered promptly.
I was assured my money would be returned, and encouraged to order anything else directly through Daisy.

The seeds were here in 3 weeks and they were coming from China. I'm not sure how they will grow since I need to start them inside next year. Very happy to receive them in such a timely manner. Will inform you of growth.
After receiving a pair of gorgeous moccasins, I realized there was a misunderstanding regarding the size of the shoes (I did not order what the measurements were but a size larger as suggested= thus the shoes were one size too big). The customer service department and Jesse in particular was extremely helpful and rectified the issue immediately! With mutual understanding and respect we came to an acceptable agreement (I just had to pay the shipment of the second pair) so that I can enjoy the lovely shoes and thus praise this website for satisfying purchases of wonderful goods and an extraordinary after sales team - which nowadays is so rare! New Chic is in China so if you are in the US and want to return something it will cost much more than your purchase. Sizing was way off for the shirts purchased for my son. $108.00 to return them! Going to Goodwill instead.

I placed an order with New Chic and ordered wrong size by mistake. I noticed my mistake and emailed them immediately after my purchase (within 5 minutes)! They totally ignored my request for 3 days and then emailed to say sorry the item had been sent! First time I have purchased from this company and it will be the last. Wish I could give negative stars.
Ordered a purse that I used twice. On the second use a piece of metal that holds the handle on broke off.
Emailed and chatted with company to get a refund on this cheap piece of crap. Which is what this was. They only offered a credit of 20% which was about $5.
This stuff comes from China and is just low quality and cheap materials.
Will NEVER order again and will wan anyone who asks.

I was recently mistakenly sent a product I didn't order and following an email the customer service contact got right back and despatched the correct order immediately. I've now bought 8 items from these guys and they're all top quality.
I placed 2 orders at the beginning of April. I received 1 order at the end of May but the second order has not been delivered yet. On the order status it shows that the delivery has expired. I have placed two orders with this company. The first order took time arriving and when i contacted them they responded promptly. Some of the items were a little small but overall I have been very happy with my purchases.

Recently went on the web-site to order shoes. More than 50% of the shoes are no larger than size 10. I ordered 8 pairs of shoes. The company broke my order into 3 parts and charged my debit card in two charges. I saw no where on the web-site that I would pay an international charge card fee. At check out, I opted to not use Pay-Pal and submitted my order. It came back later, refused and refunded. The charge card fee was not refunded. Apparently one must use Pay-Pal or you cant order. My funds were refunded immediately. Nice site, but was also unaware it is a Chinese site and, if I understand it correctly, shoes are shipped from different locations in China. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company. There are too many American companies that do a better job and are more web friendly.

Thought I had bought from an American site, but NO!
It's extremely misleading, to say the least.
The site is in China, Goods made in China and postage service Chinese.
So you run the risk of PAYING EXTRA for customs, waiting forever for your goods, and returns need to be sent back to China. Which is costly. Probably more than you paid in the first place.
Stay clear. I feel i have been taken for a ride.

In the USA I wear a size ladies 10. As a precaution I ordered two pairs in size 11 due to the comments I read here. They arrived and are at least 1/2 inch too short. Four emails later with their customer service, sending pictures of how the shoes fit, a picture of my foot on a tape measure, etc, they finally answer back that according to the measure I should wear a size 15 and they do not manufacture.
They explain that you cannot return shoes due to the cost of postage to China. This company should not be doing business in the US unless they first learn the sizing of our population, establish a customer service for returns and exchanges in the USA. I learned my lesson, never buy directly from China! The shoes will be donated

After waiting almost a month for my order, what came in the mail was a heap of poor quality, thin see-through fabric, ill-fitting clothing. When i asked to return the items, i was told that since the shipping costs would be prohibitive to send back to china i should "keep them or give them to friends" if i didn't like them. First time I ordered 2 bags/purses. Loved them so much I ordered 3 more. Now I hope to get 4 more for presents. Absolutely love the bag. Went to San Francisco, rained all day, bag is waterproof as advertised! Color does not run or rub off, strap is so long and easy to adjust. Perfect amount of pockets and perfect size. I think I have found the PERFECT bag/purse.
Placed an order over two months ago and items haven't been delivered so far. There are no notifications or tracking information sent via email.
