Ordered a jacket in January. It is now Feb 16 and I do not have it. Checked tracking status and that indicates it was shipped on Feb 8. Unable to contact the company on live chat because they are celebrating Chinese New Year. Well, happy new year!
Great variety and easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't like (which might have changed by now) is the fact that after checking a product, you can't go back exactly where you were and you need to start browsing from the top of the page again.

Ordered some items over 2 months ago. Sent 3 messages trying to see what's up and after a week got a reply saying they were sent out 3 weeks ago (so well over a month after I ordered) and that it takes up to 25 days for delivery. With no tracking information. Now they're refusing to refund me (they have told me twice to just wait it out because they apparently shipped it but have zero shipping info) so I had to file a fraud complaint with PayPal.

Is the dress I bought commensurate with Eileen Fisher? No. But is it a great value? Yes: At less that $20, I have what I was looking for. And, if you recognize that an American is 50% larger than most Asians and buy the right size according to the size chart, you'll be happy. Communication with the seller was fast; delivery and tracking easy once I learned how to do that.
Misleading shipping options, very very long delivery time, questionable overpriced goods.
They gave me a handful of shipping options and I took the standard shipping option as it was the cheapest option ($8.99) and was given the impression that it'd be received in 2 weeks. It took roughly 2 months for the products to arrive. They're packaged as "BangGood" which clearly is not the name of this company. And to top it all off the 2 shirts which combined come out to like $45, are very cheaply made, uncomfortable, and are starting to lose buttons after just the first wash.
They're trying to refute and fight me at every little twist and turn on any complaint and refund process. This is easily one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had in ages.

Don't buy from here unless you have the patience of a saint and the pockets of Bezos and don't mind burning money.

I ordered shoes a week ago and asked for expedited shipping in time for Halloween. With no shipping notification as of 10/29, I investigated on the New Chic site to see that my merchandise is listed as 'back ordered' even though there was no such indication when I placed my order. I have cancelled my order and there's no telling how I may get my $$ back based on the other reviewers and their experience. How can we get the authorities to shut these scammers down?

When my new shoes arrived I was delighted they came so quick, but they were too big. Talking to consultant's that we're very understanding they agreed to send another pair of shoes and I only had to pay delivery fee. They are a great company I can't wait to shop for more stuff in the future.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in the first week of May 2018. After six weeks of waiting I started to contact them, however each time I made contact all I got was "wait a few more days". Then they insisted the parcel had been delivered and also asked me to check with my neighbours in case it had been dropped off there. I did my own research and again tracked the parcel on the Royal Mail website and noticed that it was said to have been at their South Midland mail centre for quite some time and not moved from there. I spoke to an assistant at the Royal Mail who confirmed the parcel had either been lost or stolen, but it still took me a while to convince NewChic. Why did they not contact the Royal Mail when I first made them aware of the long delay in the delivery of the parcel and later put in a claim for lost items in the post? I had to fight very hard to get my refund.

This will be the second time (I learn slow) that I did not receive my merchandise after more than 2 months. Several contacts with them, and after checking with my local Post Office (no record), and also reassurances that I would be contacted by their "team" within 24 hours 3 days ago, I have contacted Paypal to request a refund. Their products are enticing, but they don't deliver.

I made my purchase 1,5 months ago (19. Of August) right now it's the 2. Of October and the package isn't even on is way yet. Still in China. So its very easy to give a review. There are 2 possibilities.
Nr. 1 scam, Nr. 2 extremely unprofessional work. And no it does not matter if they might have forgot something out what ever. A online Shop has all purchases in its database and even if they would have forgot it, they could see it. So if its forgotten, they are just not able to do their work. So simple.
The product is made and as far as I am aware delivered from China, hence the long wait for delivery. However, in this case the goods arrived exactly 4 weeks after they were ordered and the bras are perfectly acceptable and a reasonable fit. I don't have any complaints to make about the product or delivery.
It popped up as an advert beside something that I was looking at on the web. I liked the look of the products and looked further.
The goods appeared to be a good price.
Paying $13 for "expedited shipping" on an in stock item that takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to the destination is unacceptable. Especially for a gift. I see from research after my purchase that I am not the only customer to experience this. The completely inoperable "24/7 live chat" is a joke to make this look like a responsive company. This was my first and will be my last purchase from NewChic. Buyers Beware!

I have dealt with Newchic a few times and have always received my items in a timely manner. On my last order the purse I ordered did not include the long cross-body strap. I sent a quick e-mail to their Customer Service, and had a response the same day. They apologized and said the strap would be in the next post! I received it yesterday, again very quickly.

They sell cloths. If it does not fit, as is to be expected when one can not try on the clothing before purchasing, don't expect the refund they promise. You will be lucky to be offered half your purchase price. I was contacted by customer service to let me know a replacement shirt would arrive. It arrived in about 4 days, in good shape, so I am happy with my order. I get lots of compliments on the three tops I bought. I had messages from new chic thanking me and they were very nice. I would order from them again - the amount of time it takes to get the original order was more like 20 days.
I ordered three tops from Newchic. All three were what I saw online, happy with two. One had holes where the serged seams were trimmed too close, took photos, sent to customer service and received a response in one day. They are sending a replacement shirt in 7-20 days (same time as original order so fine with that) Do not have to return damaged shirt. Sent photos to customer service so they could see. Seemed reasonable to me.
Customer service was very helpful when I had concerns regarding my order. They corrected the mistake that I had inadvertently made. Products come a little slower then usual but not slow enough to cause any concerns. Everything I ordered was "as advertised" and I was not disappointed in anything. I would definitely shop NEW CHIC again.

Worst mistake I ever made was ordering from
NewChic. First of all, nowhere on the order form did it say that the company
was outside the U.S. and that it would cost a fortune ($14.50) to return
something that cost 16.99. Ridiculous! Plus my order took more than a month to
