I always wash my clothes when they come from afar. So now my parcel is in the wash. When it is dried and ironed I will try it. Until then, it looks roughly like the picture. Would be nice you could add in the description the kind a FABRIC that you are using, i. E. silk, cotton, polyester, etc so as to have a more accurate idea of what it would feel like once you get it.
I have bought several things from this company already. I had an issue with late delivery but I think it was due to the customs in the UK rather than Newchic.

Purchased 10 items from the website. First of all, shipping is worst. They'll deliver anything on time. On average, over a month of waiting. Second, quality is probably the worst of the worst. You'll find better things off the street or from the garbage dump. The materials used in the clothing are cheap street quality. Lastly, customer service is absent. You can send your emails with inquiries but you'll never get a reply.

You order something that arrives and is too big, colour wrong, However you cant send it back because you insist it has to be a tracked delivery costing nearly £20. No wonder you offer 30 percent discount when I wanted to send it back.

Awesome looking products that look interesting in the photos but do not look good when wearing them.
The clothes that I bought have a much neater fit in the photos. The products I received are much more loose than I anticipated and they are very very thin material. They do not have any stretch to them so it feels like I can break the seams of rip any part easily. Maybe worth $20 CAD a piece and shipping was expensive. Won't recommend unless you know what you are getting.

I recently purchased a backpack from them. Though I received it on time, in the sense of quality it was not what I had expected to be, so I contacted them through email and shared my concerns. They replied back the next day and offered me several options in order to resolve the issue. Since I was qualified for a refund, they didn't hesitate to refund me for the full price of the product; and the full refund was in my account within 3 days.
Their after sale customer service is amazing.
I saw a pair of boots on the New Chic website on Facebook. Thinking this is a legitimate company I ordered the boots in good faith. They were quick to charge my charge card, but I never received a confirmation or email about the boots. I waited about two months and then I contacted my credit card company to report them as fraud. I have been telling everyone to stay away from this company! How can Facebook still let them advertise on their site, that's my BIG question.

I finally received my shoes which was ordered online on 17 August and arrived today 19 December 2017. The shoes are of high quality and lovely and I am sure I am going to enjoy them. It took long to get to me and I think all the blame can be placed on the Customs and Post Office service in South Africa. But at least I have my pretty shoes now. So very happy
When I see the ad online, shoes are a reasonable price. When I go to the selection page, they are thousands of dollars per pair. This is scary. One mistake and you are cleaned out. Glad I did not complete an order.

I had a problem with the order, which did not arrive in the expected time. The company promptly sent another product at no additional cost. The product received met my expectations of quality. In summary, NewChic offers a great value for money.
I ordered mens yoga pants 4 different times and only 1 package didn't arrive, but when I sent them an e mail, they took care of it right away.
And the Pants are fantastic. The best pants I had every purchased anywhere.

Really inexpensive to purchase and sometimes they hit is out of the ballpark, and other times the old adage is correct, "You get what you paid for". In the jewelry arena, if in the description it is using words to describe stones (coral, turquoise, etc), chances are they are epoxy images of those colors, not actual stones or even a bead, but a paper image with epoxy. And some of those look fantastic, and some kind of cheesy. This last order, about 75% I will keep. The rest I will donate because the process of returning overseas is not worth the time. But don't consider this review as a Buy Beware, because it's not. For inexpensive, cute or unusual items, I frequent NewChic. So, I would say, Be an Informed Buyer, don't purchase for a sweetheart's gift, because it's that inexpensive for a reason.
I ordered something and it came in smaller than expected. Instead of shipping it back which would have cost a decent amount of money, I worked with the customer service and got a good discount on the correct size. Other than the time difference which caused a slow delay in communication, everything worked out just fine. I have purchased several things from them and it is worth the extra bit of time for the great discount. Be sure to measure yourself and reference their size charts. The sizing is not the same as here in the US.
My grip socks arrived sooner than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. However I received an email saying that my package would be delivered to local distribution center and I'd have to pick it up there. This was annoying, since no mention of this was made at the time of purchase. Despite the email to the contrary, the package was delivered to my address as originally expected.
The grip socks themselves are slightly smaller than I'd hoped, but not too uncomfortable.

Size is where this company is elusive. The quality is excellent and worth the hassle. Phoenix (the customer service employee that assisted me) was very accommodating. NewChic does not hide their return policy from you it is in plan site for all to see. I am Happy to say My corrected size is in the mail and it has been worth the wait. :)
You'll Place an order, pay for the order, then wait and wait. Items arrive very sporadically. The poorest customer service. Links don't work. They don't follow up when they say they will. Quality is poor. Photographs make their items look much better than they are. They are cheap looking in person. If it looks too good to be true, it is!

The merchandise is from China. I order 3 pairs of shoes on 3/8/18 through paypal. They took my money from paypal within 14 seconds of my order. The shoes were not delivered until 4/12/18. I used the chat on their site to check twice on where they were. It took them 2 weeks to get them out the door. Not one pair fit. You pay shipping and return shipping. Shipping to China is very expensive. You cannot live chat when you have a problem they will only allow email and of course that mean send email, get answer the next day, send another email, get answer the next day. Pretty soon the 14 days you have to resolve issue is used up. They are unethical as they will not stand by what they offered me instead of sending shoes back.
I read a review from Yuan G stating professional and helpful-don't believe it, probably works there! Stay away, you get what you pay for or in this case, you get something else and end up being stuck with it! (and out the money)
