I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

Ordered boots on December 2nd and no product yet. Their typical response is to ask for an order number that you are not supplied with. The bogus tracking link Shows package going from China to Hong Kong and no movement until I started complaining and posting. Once I asked for a refund they said too late it already shipped. First by carrier them by registered postal USPS service. They said 7-20 days well if my math serves me correctly Dec 2nd + 20 days = your time is up! Been asking for return info and they refuse to supply it to me. Fraud! I have reported to PayPal and Facebook. Next is US Customs and China

I found a really unique top I haven't seen anywhere else. Since the items are made in China, I was pleased that a proper size chart was available and easy to find. I did have trouble with not being able to speak with anyone, but I finally did receive the item after quite a long wait.

Product never came. Newchic made me wait months before even acknowledging that "it had been too long." Then they wanted me to call FedEx but they hadn't even put a tracking number on the package. They also did not turn off flood of unsolicited marketing emails when asked. Had to block. They offered 10% off my next purchase... why would I want to try them again?

This company has blatantly stolen artwork from me and will not remove the products after repeated requests. They are even advertising these awful cheap shirts on various websites and social media.

I received a damaged item and contacted newchic - they were very responsive/understanding and cooperative and resolved my issue immediately.
Even though things happen during the shipping process they provided Good customer servive. Much better than most online sites...

Hi
I liked a lot of the clothes that I saw on site and the colours were really nice. I ordered 2 shirts for my partner but could only keep one of them. The shirt was nicely coloured but to be aware the material is thin so not sure how long it will last. Had trouble contacting company through the website because I didnt wish to ring them and couldnt see where their email address was. I used the chat line a few times and we have now concluded the part refund for the second shirt. Just feel it was too much hassle to buy from there again.

I understand that I would have to pay for returns. This is a scam.
I ordered 6 items which all came together in a small package.
Look great on the internet
Ordered large sizes. Checked there size chart and there equivalent and ordered the next size just for extra room. All I can say is Crap comes to mind.
Oh sorry one of the tops did come as described perfect fit. Lovely care labels etc.
What size the other Items were who knows. Yes they had the sizing label which was tiny. Was supposed to be my size which is XL. It wouldn't of fitted a twelve year old. Extremely poor quality nothing like the photos advertising

I ordered a stylish insulation water bottle. There are several colours to choose, one of them was indicated that it could be dispatched the next day, so i decided to choose this one. The result turned out fine. My order was dispatched the next day and the shipping process went smooth as well, easy to track the parcel and the tracking info was also accurate. However, choosing the product that was ready to be dispatched the next day could give you an unwanted quality of product as it could be that someone as a former order returned it and got stored in the warehouse. I noticed that my product has some scratch. Fortunately, the whole bottle in general works fine and nothing is broken. The quality of the product is decent. I dont think we should highly expect the best quality from products found on this website, but i think Newchic itself has an acceptable working/handling performance.

Ordered 2 items, they did not look anything like as shown on the pictures. Quality looked cheap, one dress way too small. From what I have been reading in term of reviews I dont need to bother, I dont have the time nor the energy to send endless emails for a partial refund. I can only say dont bother with this company. Delivery costs GP 10. Crazy. Absoluty not worth it. Stick with more reputable companies like Boohoo and ASOS.

I saw the ad on Facebook for women's shoes that looked cute and comfy. Placed my order on June 6 and they arrived on June 18th. Not disappointed.
One reviewer said shoes run small. Little tight for wide foot but will stretch with wear. Was glad I ordered the next full size, they're a good fit. This is first day and I really like them. May order more in different colors.

Do not buy from NewChic
They sent me the completely wrong item. It was their mistake. Their customer services is terrible and no help whatsoever. Got PayPal to intervene and they ruled I could send the item back but at my own expense! Not worth it for the postage costs so I am now 30 euros out of pocket! Use Rosegal instead - any problems with their orders are sorted out quickly, efficiently and professionall

Do not waste your money buying from these people unless you are TINY. Their measurements are wrong, and not only did I waste the first amount of money, but they then insisted I airmail back (at MY cost), allegedly for a refund. Months later, still nothing, and every email gets the same cut and paste, worthless answer. A very expensive exercise and I now have ZERO faith in this company. Stick to buying local!

Ordered a winter jacket on 12/23/17 got the jacket 1/27/18 and the size chart they posted was way off, the jacket was way too small even though I gave my measurements correctly. Then when I wanted to return item, they were silent on the other end of email and phone # went into voicemail, every time for customer service. People wonder why Amazon is taking over retail etc, this is why. Stay away from New Chic merchandise

Excellent service. Good company.

Excellent service. Great customer service email communication. Any questions asked answered via email in a timely manner. Once I requested shipment tracking information I was able to easily track the package from China to USA. The tracking info should automatically be sent and not have to be requested.
I am very very happy with my purchases. Leather men's waist bags exactly as shown on website and as described. Good quality products.
The vest, although ordered in the largest size (3X) was too small. Not worth the time and cost to ship back.
All around good experience and excellent products. I would recommend this site. Again excellent, caring and attentive customer service and communication. A++++.

Item took almost three weeks to arrive and then was completely and utterly wrong! Not only slightly wrong: I ordered gorgeous black dungarees and got this hideous cheap nasty dress that I wouldnt wear in a million years! Cant help thinking its a scam: they advertise on Facebook and then rip you off when you order. Wish Id seen this site before I ordered, very much doubt Ill get a refund now :(( (

From my last Order some Parts are`nt sended yet.It`s not bad, if it`s coming then.One month for delivering is much but China is far away. For the Prices of the Items i must look a lot, because it changes every Day up or down. What i don`t understand is that you are writing: from 69 or 84 EURO the Delivery is for free(or not?!)and after ordering i have to pay more than 30 Euro for sending to Germany.

At home i buy in more than one Supermarket only.In the Internet it is the same. I must look and compare.Are the Quality and Price okay for me, i will buy or ordering there.

Bought an orange pair of shoes. Sooo comfortable. I ordered another, blue, pair, unfortunately out of stock. I requested a refund. Dealt with immediately. I shall certainly shop Newchic again. Delivery not particularly speedy but hey... don't expect perfection at that price.

This is a total scam. They are based in china and I waited over a month with no package. They give you a bogus tracking number and then say sometimes you have to pick it up at the post office. Good luck figuring that one out. FRUAD!

An unusually good service and personal contact with Alis in connection with a parcel that went missing in the logistics. Without any hesitation the full sum was transferred back to my account. I´m sure that many e-retailers could learn from such professionalism.

This company is the worst!
Free shipping, or 15% off Coupon Code works until you click the "Confirm & Pay". Then they add that amount back in... shipping from China!
Good luck getting money back after they cancel your order for filing a complaint.
Horible dishonest company!

This is a scam. Complete scam. I ordered item SKU******* (19 pieces) for an event based on the online product information. The items when received were of very cheap quality, thin plastic that was getting bent easily and I could not use it as a result. I contacted their customer service who has repeatedly refused to acknowledge or accept my reasons for return despite sending them photos that they requested. Not only that, they refuse to bear shipping cost of return even though their product is of very poor quality & refuse to issue a full refund! I paid $74.45 for these and all they are willing to return is $13! Scam.

Stay away from this website & business: its a complete SCAM!

Always read review websites is what i'll tell myself after dealing with newchic.com. After ordering numerous items of clothing and shoes - i had to send everything back due to over generous sizing and very poor quality material, after a vast amount of emails sent asking when i'll be refunded all i get in responce is wait a few days longer as they haven't received them yet - it's been a month now since i returned everything. I've now had to get paypal involved to see if they can resolve the issue. Disappointed with newchic in all aspects

It was not made obvious on the website that buyers are responsible for customs duty. This increased the cost of my order by approx. 50%. Chat was useless. No email address or way of contacting the company. I wouldn't buy from again.
