I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

OK so the shirt and shoes arrived in reasonable time about two weeks. That's where the good ends. The stitching and buttons on the shirts were extremely flimsy. The shoes started to show signs of wear within a couple of weeks and the stitching on the toes just came adrift and the soles have almost worn through in four months only wearing them indoors. The site to make a complaint refuses to accept the form provided. The goods from newchic are NOT worth the effort or money - extremely cheap and badly made. ZERO star from me. AVOID!

I did get a response to my previous review -- and informed the company is located in China, which explains a lot. Why does the website list a UK address? Not only were the items ordered different in appearance from the photo, but the wrong size. I am not going to attempt to send back to China (or Thailand where they were shipped).
Bad experience!

I ordered two ball caps. They looked very good in the original photo. They arrived (finally) flat as a pancake, made very cheaply. They looked terrible.
They are a company from the UK, but the caps were made in Hong Kong, and shipped from Thailand! No return policy, no customer service.

Mislead about delivery time, then mislead about discount codes and orders. Attaching pic of the lies. It is only letting me atta h 1 pic. There are 12 pages of the lies, one after the other. Promise the earth, deliver literally nothing but keep your money for as long as possible.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use, stay clear order elsewhere.

Products used:
None as the order will never be sent after them having my money since 7th December, now 29th December.

This item was ordered over a month ago and has yet to be received. Shipping information says they are using FedEx but FedEx says my tracking number is invalid. Looks like I am one of many. Buyers beware.

Bought a bag online and try to cancel within few hours. Customer services advice was either accept it or return to China ( the product came from China) which is already on the way. I feel sorry for the customers who spends more money than me. Be careful before ordering items.

Where is my order your company will not get anymore business stateside if I can help it. Christmas gifts ordered 3+ weeks in advance should have been shipped.
No mention of timetable unless you dig through your fake website.

Ordered over a month ago, no product. This seems to be the norm with these folks. I agree with others that all the positive reviews are being written by company involved English ignorant people. It's so obvious. I guess our money is being spent on their adds instead of actual product distribution. Hey newchic, you suck. What comes around, goes around.

I've ordered several items. Was charged $105 June 15,2020. But received only two items on the list. Tried contacting anyone at the company via email and live chat. Haven't gotten any satisfaction or refund. It takes MONTHS to have anything delivered. Which is fine, off I would have gotten my order.

I've ordered things from other companies out of China before, but this one sucks! Don't do it
Luckily you can call your credit card company and deny payment. Paypal is also good about getting your money back.

1 asked 3 Times about a Return, your answer was: sending back is more expensive than the product as new.
U still not want to refund and now u are asking me about contact u again?

Order two bras over 30.00. They were about 6 sizes to small. The sizing is horrible. Wanted to return and that didn't work. Phone number international because it's made in CHINA (should have been my first clue). Don't waste your money.

When it looks and or sounds too good to be true it probably is. I've been skeptical of these websites with nice looking clothing at cheap prices but because of the reviews which primarily are negative, I will save my hard earned money. Thank you, reviewers.

Ordered two pair of shoes on 11/9/17. Did not receive email notification conforming sale. Finally, today 11/29/17, I was notified order had been shipped. Tracking No. Very confusing. I will never deal with these creeps again. One slow boat from China!

I'm surprised to read reviews where anyone receives anything! I've ordered twice and received nothing. They keep my money for a few weeks and then refund. I guess if they do this enough they must be earning just through the interest they accumulate. Certainly won't bother again.

Sizes are SO far out of wack, you'll never find anything fits! It's cost prohibitive to return items ($65 from Canada for 3 light weight tops) and they know that. Even state it in their emails about return policy. Quality is sub- par too. Don't waste your time and hard earned money.

I ordered some shoes but unfortunately they didn't fit. After contacting customer service they dealt with the problem very quickly and arranged for a bigger size to be delivered to me at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend using this company.

I ordered 6 purple backpacks to serve as the invitation to my daughter's 13th birthday party at Disneyland (I thought that would be a good way to notice them in the park). The backpacks were sent to each girl with the written invitation included inside. I also ordered personalized name tags. Each girl had their backpack in CA Adventure and Disneyland. By day 2,3 of the backpacks had ripped apart and were no longer usable. I reached out to NewChic via live chat with Joyce and despite sending 3 photos showing the defective/damaged product, she refused to do anything to rectify the situation except send me 200 bonus points. The idea/concept was adorable and they looked great before use. The correct thing to do would have been to issue a replacement or refund. They did neither. I will never order another product from this company. Buyer Beware!

Tip for consumers:
I would never buy from this company again! Also, it took forever for the product to arrive. Poor customer service. Buyer beware! Once you buy it, it's yours to keep regardless of quality!

After 2 months, still I'm waiting for my NewChic.com order. Even I have talk through Live Chat with them and they did not give us any reasonable response to our claim!

Before you order anything from NewChic, know that the costs of returning items is expensive... regardless of reason. I. e., poor quality of material, workmanship, miss-sized, etc. All returns are sent to China. The cheapest method (2 week transit time with no true verifiable tracking) to return a very lightweight package was $35!

Bought two pairs of boots, in different colours. One pair fine. Second pair clearly about 4 or 5 sizes smaller than they should've been. Despite sending photographs and writing to Customer Services, all I got was that the label indicated they were the right size. That's the last time I buy from them

Unhelpful customer "disservice". Order has not arrived after 5 weeks. No clear complaints channels. The chat line always gives the typical, useless responses that I found patronising. My advice: STAY AWAY from them

3 months since order placed, order still not received. I'm asked to visit post office and upon visiting post office twice they has no idea where my order is. Before starting operations in a foreign country, align your services. Stop doing things just for the heck of it.

After waiting for over a month for the delivery of my shoes, the incorrect sized was shipped. I jumped through many hops seeking a return or credit with no solution.

Do not waste your money on this poorly managed organization.

I paid for to of same orders because they said first did not go though so i want my refund customer service is terrible the payment were taken off my credit card don't order please take your money no products
