They sent my package to the wrong address! You email them their customer service is atrocious! It's the same generic email we can't change the address once shipped! But you look at the tracking it's been sitting in their warehouse waiting to be picked up for over a week! No refund, no new package sent to my address just a big oh well we messed up but not going to fix it. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back! This is the worse company I've ever dealt with never again!

Ordered 3 dresses. Measured myself b4 ordering. Waited quite a while to get them. Took one dress out of pkg and knew it was very small. They sent the size I ordered but I measured the bust which was 4" smaller than their size chart. Sent email with complaint. We're fairly quick to respond offering 1/2 my money back and I keep dresses. What good does that do for me? Reminded them of 100% sat guarantee. Got money back, gave dresses away. I also thought they were of rather poor quality material and a bit dubious of their look after washing. My money return was fairly prompt. I also was charged a fee by my bank for an international transaction.

I really get the inpression that New Chic has the potential to be a great source of interesting and attractive clothing. Unfortunately the company seems to be operating a business plan that just does not work properly. I ordered a shirt. OK, I knew about the tiny sizes and got one that fits, but it came direct from China, and took two weeks. The Polo shirts I ordered at the same time had not arrived after six weeks, marked "Back order". I cancelled them and got a refund. My note to New Chic, get your act together. Make sure you have stocks ready, and don't spend money advertising on items you can't supply. This is a world of order today, arrive tomorrow. Running your business the way you do now is not good enough. Get your act together, and I'll be a regular customer. Until then... no chance.

Whilst the few products I have received are not disappointing, the 6 delivery time to receive them is. Another time my card had been apparently refused, the order cancelled, but I was not informed. When I contacted the customer service they replied quickly by mail in 24h. Overall, a disorganised and slow logistics. How long does it take to put some T-shirts in the post? I am still waiting for my last (and final) order to arrive, from early October. I won't be tempted to use them again.

They lie on their site and then your cart adds up to 20-30% more than it should be on the last page where you complete your order. I did my cart twice, noticed my coupon said one number but the total price had increased by almost 50.00. I had a 40% discount coupon and started a chat. I was told the coupon was for non-promotional items only. So I went back and pick items that did not show their price was lowered, until the last page and I was then charged full price for them because I had the coupon and in order to use it they add up the full price of the original item, which was never shown on the browsing page. It is consistent and it is ripping people off. They outright practice consumer fraud everytime you shop with a coupon. The numbers do not add up.

Possibly all right for clothing. Scammers for garden plants.
They advertise a large number of impossible plants and flowers -- the photos are pure photoshop -- and send people killed seeds which never sprout into anything, probably on the basis that most people will simply assume something wrong with their gardening or "natural" seed failure. The fact is, the photoshopped flowers and killed seeds are a deliberate scam.
The company do not acknowledge communication, much less respond to it.

Ordered a long sleeve polo and followed sizing instructions and got a 3X (normally a wear a large). Opted for cheap shipping and received the shirt 3 weeks later. First, there was no hope this tiny shirt would ever fit me. Second, the quality of material and stitching was the worst I've ever encountered. I estimate it cost $1.25 to make in China. Ads have great fake pictures -- quality is terrible.

I ordered cushion covers from this company. The covers were advertised as 3D and the pictures looked very much like 3D flowers. However they are far from 3D and the quality is not great. I just want to warn anyone ordering from the company to be aware. Also goods came from China, I thought I was purchasing from the UK. They must write their own reviews on the site because they are a load of rubbish.

It took longer than I hoped for my two pairs of shoes to arrive but I wasn't too surprised considering how far they were travelling to get here! I think the hold-up might have been with Canada Post. I kept in touch throughout via email with the very courteous Beatrice at NewChic. Shoes arrived yesterday. They look great and they feel terrific. Just what I was hoping for.
You pay for your products up front, not to mention the insane shipping charges and what do you get? They inform you after 6 whole weeks of your order that all the items are out of stock! I mean duh? Then they tool you around with the hopes to chose another similar item or items within the paid amount and finally after 3 more weeks they simply send you an email stating "we have refunded you". Um ok? Don't waste your time here, literally.

The product I received was not at all what the description said. It would cost more to return item to New Chic in China that it originally cost, plus the shipping I paid. When I contacted the company they refunded me fifty percent of item cost only. I cannot afford to do business with them again. Buyer beware.

The shoes tend to run small so check your feet size accordingly. The shoes are lovelier than shown in the picture and extremely comfortable. I'm just sorry their size 10 doesn't fit me :( and they don't go any higher in sizes.

I received a top for these guys last year and it did not look like what was advertised and the material was terrible.

I would give them 5 stars except 1) they sent me the wrong color of the item I had ordered; and 2) their English is sometimes difficult to understand in their emails. Plus I have no idea what their company name is. Im waiting to receive replacement (hopefully correct color) item. After I receive it I may come back and give more stars. Received my "size 10" shoes. Nice product, good price but not close to a 10. Found a chat room, after 2 hours they responded. I was told i could send back to China! And i should check with post office for pricing. Told him that wasn't happening so he wanted pictures of my foot... i'm not making this up. Sent him pics with a ruler next to my foot and the shoes next to that. He wanted more pics about the width. Whole thing is a joke. Said they would respond in 48 hours... 5 days ago.
