I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
Had to return some boots and had a few issues with the postage. All communications were replied to very quickly and professionally. In this day and age where service seems to always be rubbish the Newchic Customer Service Dept stood out as being briliant.
So I received a fairly quick response to my return request. It came with a lecture on how manufacturers vary in sizing. Then newchic tells me to send the return to a province in China. Seriously? That will cost more than what I paid for the incorrect merchandise. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I will donate the blouses and have to write off what I paid, if I can.
NewChic handled my replacement order in a professional manner. And they went above the expectations I expected to receive to make sure I was satisfied with the products which I recently ordered. I will definitely order again. You all must try them; you will not be disappointed.

Package was a long time being delivered. I sent an email to customer services asking if there was a problem. Got prompt, very polite reply. However, package arrived the following day, so no fault on NewChics part. Sandals are lovely, so I'm very pleased.
Bought a pair of shoes they wanted to know if I was standing in them correctly for them to fit right didnt want to give me refund and to return them would have been over one hundred dollars shoe were only $26.00 plus tax thats ridiculous! Dont buy they are in China!

Everything I ordered just arrived and I may as well toss it in the trash bin. The face masks are unusable junk and the hat is not at all what was pictured. This company is a scam. I wish I had read reviews and avoided these thieves.

When I received my bras some questions in my mind about sizing. When I contacted Beatrice in customer service, I was blown away with her response. Offering to exchange my items for larger sizes and not asking me to send the original order back. Her suggestion was to pass the smaller sizes to family and friends as gifts or donate to a homeless shelter. Not sure why this response but a unique suggestion for a business.
Products if sent by post are delivered from China ( by sea 6 to 8 weeks) depending on what ship. My product took 7weeks this was due also to Christmas postings in th UK.
Products very good quality will shop again and would pay extra if sent by air.
New Chic is a scam. I ordered a Xmas gift for my wife, New Chic charged my card then told me the item was backordered--which is simply saying we will ship at our convenience. It has been 24 days and I believe we may see the shipment sometime in the next 12 days which is too long. Wish I read the reviews before I realized this was an offshore site. Message to New Chic: if you want to play in the US market take some ownership and have inventory and shipping distribution on the US mainland. I plan on rejecting the shipment... if it ever gets here...

They seem to deceive people with clever marketing. They say, pay XX and you will have your order in 10-35 working days. You query and they say 70 days because its working days. I paid on 02/05/2018... the stuff has still not left CHINA! They just keep telling me to relax, everything will be fine...

Sizing is a bit of a problem here but the customer service is excellent. I have ordered quite a few things from NewChic and I've had to return a few. They have been most helpful with this. The Chinese sizing varies a great deal from American sizing. And I don't always trust the conversion they offer. Also, the shipping is very slow. BUT - it's always fun to shop because they have such a large selection of goodies.
Shirts are too small ordered 2x and they are not even equivalent to a large. They want pictures of everything including the package shipping label? Sewing seams are not professional. Stay away from a company that won't cover return shipping. China is just a cheat country who wants to take advantage of the American dollar. Shoe/sandal I ordered I thought were leather. Nothing but cheap vinyl. They don't even identify the material on the product.? Rip off. Not going to shop there anymore!

I ordered few pairs of shoes on Dec 2,2016 and it was shipped out the next day in two packages. To my surprise, one of it was received 2 weeks later, but the other one was not for over one and half month. When I emailed customer service, Soey gave me quick response and follow up with my shipment. New Chic has to review their shipment method since a lot of people complain.
It's been over a month since I ordered a shirt from this company. It shipped the day after I placed the order but it never came! They said that there is no tracking on it. Their Customer Service said they would investigate it and it would take another 3 weeks! I just want order cancelled and money back. How can your logistics department investigate where it went if there is no tracking on it?!?! They offered me 100 points as a courtesy (whatever that is) but I'm never ordering from them again.

I have always received a precise and punctual assistance, the customer service is excellent and in one case where the goods were not available the company offered me various possibilities and reimbursed my expense in real time.
I am impressed by the seriousness of this company and the availability of Mrs. Nicole Sun, the person who contacted me to solve my problems!
Do not buy from them. I ordered the beginning of April and finally got a partial shipment in July. Nothing fit, even ordering two things the same size there were huge differences in the size of the product. I couldn't reach anyone about a return. Now 4.5 months later they say the other item is still on back order even though I asked them several times to cancel that and return my money. No refund no item. RUN!

I received my first pair of shoes and they were too small. I contacted customer service and was contacted a day and a half later (totally understandable because of time changes) and was given several options. I picked to have the next size up sent and they are amazing! I Love Them! Completely satisfied and will tell all of this awesome website!

I ordered from this company. It took weeks to come. The products didn't fit. The return is to China so not worth me paying to return. They don't operate under UK returns law so they wouldn't have refunded initial purchase postage. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. It's cheap for a reason.

I purchased a pair of cute boots as a gift for my disabled sister in January that still haven't arrived. She asks every day if they've arrived. I wish I hadn't shown her the picture. I ordered two items. Both items were of poor quality and they were not true to size. I immediately emailed the customer service department as there is nothing in the shipping bag about returning items. I still cannot get a straight answer from them on how to get a refund after an exchange of 5 emails. I have sent 6 pictures of SKU numbers, the shipping label and the garments. I got another email saying they want a picture of me measuring the items. What does that even mean? They obviously have no intention of allowing me to return the items. Beware of this company.

Can never tell me when my delivery date is, just keeps telling me to be aware that it can take 5-8 business days. Which is ridiculous within itself. I'm paying $17 to wait 8 business days for a package. When I ask if its possible for a refund if I dont get my package in time all I get is the same generic response and then dont actually answer my question. On top of that you can tell they copy and paste about everything they say to you like where do they find these representatives? Youre TYPING it's not that hard to try and be personable instead of just copying and pasting every response you give me and not actually answering my questions. I will never order from here again.
