I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
I have never cared for buying things on internet but I decided 3 months ago to give it a try. I started with NEWCHIC.COM and bought over this period of time, shoes, bags and shirts. It is fantastic! Once you have understood and found your right size for shoes and dresses (their real size is a bit smaller that the actual size) you will be very happy with the stuff you buy.
If something is not right, and you can prove it, the people at the after sales service are very helpful. I have dealt with Summer who helped me about a shirt. I chose to get a refund. I received it within 48 hours.
I now only buy from NEWCHIC, which is very trendy, has lots of choices in all categories of things.

Yeah, NewChic is in China, but I got my order in TEN DAYS. The shoes are really cute, and a good bargain. They're unlined leather, so they'll stretch, which is fine. They're a little snug right now, otherwise just fine and just as cute as the pictures. A weekend kind of shoe for a fifty-something like me, who works in an office.
I made an order which arrived in the wrong size, the wrong colours and an item missing - no docket and the size labels cut off.
It has taken almost 4 weeks to sort this out with numerous irrelevant emails. Not once was I contacted "within 24hrs" as their policy states.
The products themselves were lovely - the customer service was absolutely appalling.

I had ordered some boots for winter and they were a long time coming. I contacted NewChic via email to chase up the order and they offered a refund there and then. It was issued within 12 hours.
Subsequently the boots were delivered and I informed then of such, having ordered a different pair as a replacement they took care of the cancellation refund and everything else.
I would happily recommend NewChic to anyone wanting to order clothing online.
BTW the boots are of excellent quality and exactly as described on the order page, I am one very happy customer.
I have found a number of nifty products in their shop and have for the most part when very satisfied. I have had one very delayed package and one package that did not live up to expectations, which I got a partial refund for. Good service considering that they contacted me after my bad review on the latter item, I did not contact them.
NewChic was very slow to send this bra. I ordered 2 sizes larger as their catalog recommended. The band size was okay, but the cup size was 6 to 8 sizes smaller than I ordered! After placing my order, I ran into someone who was wearing the same shoe I had ordered. I had ordered an upside because of something I read from someone stating a bigger size was needed. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and agreeable to changing the shoe size. I will be doing business with them again because of their kind willingness to accommodate my request.
I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too big. When I contacted the company via email, their response was quick. They said I could keep the shoes because shipping them back is too expensive. They offered me either a refund, or to send me a smaller size at no additional cost. I got the smaller size. The shipping takes 2-3 weeks but the product is good and the customer service is very responsive and courteous.

In addition, I had ordered pajamas European size L for my husband - the size of all his clothes. Instead, we received an item which, while marked "L", was two sizes too small for him.

The bra I bought is cute, supportive and fits well. It does take a little while to come if you're to amazon next day like I am. Took off a star because I've unsubscribed from their mailing list 3 times and I keep get mail from them.
This company is a rip off! Newchic take your money but your orders never arrive! They say it will take weeks to arrive but take so long you forget about it! On chasing up the order you are then told it's gone missing. Apparently getting your refund is just as bad. Would never buy off newchic again!

I'm putting on the blame on me for not confirming but I have never had to measure my body to make sure it aligned with the sizes of a particular website and I ordered 6 shirts and none of them fit. I'm not going to waste my time returning anything, just know to never buy here again.
I can't praise customer service i. E., Rebecca enough. She was polite, efficient and prompt. The ONLY problem I experienced was delivery and that was due to sloppy postal service in Canada. Finally, my parcel arrived and I am delighted with the contents. I will definitely use their services again and make allowances for extra delivery time.
Sizing is very questionable, some items listed as small but fit a 40 inch bust? My wife is a size 12/14 but a pair of Medium pants are never going to fit? 1 out of three items satisfactory, two were a wasted effort. Will be more selective in which type of items I will buy in future!

I purchased Vintage DIY Clock Mechanism Clock Movement Retro Gear Large Wall Clock, SKU*******. It arrived nearly two months later. I hung it up, but it would not keep time. I even moved it around the house and changed the batteries numerous times. Nothing worked. New Chic has refunded me the cost of the clock, but not the shipping which was $7. Although $7 is really not that much, it's the principle! The clock is utterly useless with its inability to keep time. In fact, it is hours off, not just a few minutes. Don't even consider buying this item!

I ordered a dress nearly a month ago, it was back ordered, and they were supposed to have it in stock on august 8th. As of right now, there is still no communication from the company on when to expect a shipment, despite the couple of emails I sent. Nothing sent back. Very poor/nonexistent customer service. I didn't realize my order was coming from China! I ordered 3 tops. Going by the size chart. None fit. They are very small. It's not worth it to send them back all the way to China. I will donate to a shelter. I learned my lesson. Will stick to American Companies.
