I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
My husband bought this item for me for Valentine's Day. It should of taken between 7-20 working days to get to us but he ordered it on 2/2 and it arrived on 13/2. Perfect timing! I have had great service and contact with th company throughout. I ordered the large bag but I think I would have ordered the small had I realised it was so big. (and this is my fault as the sizes are in the product description). I am, however, delighted with my bag and cannot wait to use it today. Happy Valentine's Day to you all.
The package was exactly as described. I chose normal post instead of express, so it took longer for it to arrive. The bra is exactly as advertised. Very supportive. No underwire. It's comfortable and looks really pretty on.

My shirts are so cheaply made, I will be lucky to get two or three wears out of them. Just as bad, they refuse to stop sending spam emails. I have unsubscribed and when I do it again it tells me that I cannot unsubscribe as I have already unsubscribed. What a pain in the butt. Do not buy here.
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. I followed the site for a few weeks, as they did not ship. I called customer service- and held over 30 min., so tried live chat-also about a 30 min wait. But, once they came on line they explained 2 pairs were out of stock. I asked them to ship the other two pairs- and they did, and I received a very prompt credit for the two that did not. The quality of the shoes is actually good. The sizing chart seems to be about 2 sizes too small to American sizing. I ordered a 9- for someone that fits 8 half- she cannot fit them. I ordered an 11 for my daughter-no way could she get her foot into it, BUT the 8 1/2 fit into the 11 perfectly.

I placed an order for two coats after seeing a promotion on Facebook. They said delivery would be within 7-10 days. After 7 days of placing the order, I received an email that one of my items was out of stock so there would be a delay. They expected new stock within 48 hours. Those 48 hours passed, I heard nothing. I gave it another 24 hours then chased for a status update. I got a response from customer services 48 hours later and was told now both items were out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 8 days. I cancelled my order and am currently waiting up to 14 days for my refund.
I plan on posting this review everywhere I can for the simple fact: a company should not be marketing promotions on global social media if they cannot meet demand and do not have the customer service to deal with issues promptly. Such a massive waste of time! Avoid them!

After item arrived (jeans, did not fit at calves and embroidery was not as pictured- cheaply made and half of details missing or stitched-on patches not dyed). Complained about it in writing and wanted to send it back. They wrote back that I should keep the item (as too expensive to send back) and they'll refund my money. I got the money back into my bank account though (would have posted a pic of photo, but the pixels are too large to send). Delivery took a few months, no correspondence inbetween.

I always order different style of shoes to NewChic, but the last one was slightly damage. I wrote NewChic and told them the issue. Right away one of the Staff/Morris, politely responded, apologized and resolved the issue by "replacing" another shoes. I love the shoes, very comfy

I thought I was going to pay-without-receiving my shoes for I didn't receive it during good sense times and I claimed refund. They sent me another pair quite soon and now I received the first one. I am very glad that everything went just fine, appart from my nervous behaviour!
When I ordered a leather shoe from NewChic, one of my favorites. I was afraid whether it would send the right size. Because you know that if the shoe is not the right size, it can not be used anymore. My size is Us: 10.5. But now with my foot on the shoe, I saw that the NewChic sent me the right sais. This company has been amazing! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and really did not pay close attention to the sizing chart and they arrived too small. I contacted the company newchic and they promptly helped solve the problem to my great satisfaction. Truly an outstanding company and courteous to customers. Do not be worried about using this site.
I have read a lot of customer complaints and now I join the crowd. I have no problem with what I order being made in China. But they don't tell you your order will ship from China which is totally BS. When they say it will take 45 days to deliver they mean it. WTF keeps this site in business. MY first and last order was made glad they only got me $20.00.

The only thing I can say is that NewChic is a want-to-be internet company at best or that they are a total scam. Made two orders both of which were incorrect or never received. Tried to get authorization for a return and Soey in Customer Service played dumb repeatedly. I do not have the time to deal with it. Do not shop at NewChic you will regret it.

Of the three different pairs of pants I ordered, the first pair came with open seams, and after repairing them the garment tore in another area. On the second pair a seam tore open the first time I wore them. The third pair has not torn yet. But I've only worn them once. The fabric is of such poor quality it cannot handle any stress from bending over or sitting down. I will never buy another garment from them.

I had a large order and ultimately removed all but 2 items. The price at checkout was different than what was quoted in my cart. And the 15 and 20 percent coupons were not calculated correctly. And live chat was not much help.

The order arrived a predetermined time. Unfortunately, one of the ordered products was defective and I wanted to return it. The emailing with Newchic service was friendly and caring. We reached quickly a mutually acceptable solution. Refund also came quickly.

I contacted customer service to cancel one order as I ordered one item twice by mistake and they directly responded by email! That was really quick. They cancelled the order and I am expecting a refund in few business days. Thank you newchic. Cant wait to receive my order.
Just received my Socofy Boots... I absolutely love them. I was worried which size to order I'm normally a size 40, some reviews said the sizes come up big others say small. These were are a perfect size 40, really impressed with the quality and design.
The ordering process was smart and easy, delivery fast and reliable. I ordered two blouses at very low prices, so I did not expect high quality products. The blouses look nice though the material is not great but I was not disappointed. Quite another story with the jacket I ordered at the same time. £32 for a spring jacket is not dear but the jacket I got did not meet the expectations for even that price. It has been cheaply sewn together with no lining and two fake flaps instead of any pocket. The size does not really correspond with the size chart on the website, which means it is too small for me. So I think that £32 for something rather useless to me is not cheap. The description of the products on the websites should be more precise and detailed.
I was attracted by the prices but alsoby the original design of some products.
I needed to stock up my outfit and liked the looks of the articles. Because of the low prices it did not seem to be a risk to try out the newly found shop.

I ordered a size large skirt that was too small. Many of their customer reviews complain of this but New Chic refuses to adjust its sizing. They emailed me a form to review their customer service, but there was no option to comment on their product. The same is true at their website. I don't believe this is a trustworthy company.
