It took about 4 months for the items to be delivered. I got a partial refund for late ones, which is good. Nevertheless, it is frustrating and irritation to try and track the orders. Emails and phone calls were not accessible. One of the items that was on display was not what I expected in terms of size.

After more than 10 days I cannot track the parcel I paid! On every other places from China you don t need to pay nothing for flat delivery and I received parcels in 10-14 days(Romania). On this site I paid 13 euros just for flat delivery (for26 euros a pair of sneakers!) and still I cannot see where is my parcel! I hope I ll receive it! If not I ll write here and everywhere on FB! Very BAD! Be aware!

I ordered an incorrect size and tried to get it altered with tailors in the area. After discovering that it would cost more than the dress, I dealt with Anita in customer services and asked if I could exchange it, even though I had now had the dress in my possession for a reasonably long time. She was more than accommodating and gave me many options to try and make it easier for me. I returned the dress and received a replacement about 3 days later. What a pleasure dealing with people like Anita and a company with a policy for being understanding!

Horrible company. They dont even speak english. They took my money, and charged me $60 for expedited delivery 5-8 business days and items arrived 16 business days later. They are liars.

Purchased some bras from this company. They are poorly made and only about half the size of the U.S. size they were supposed to match, so don't even come close to fitting. All packing information is in Chinese, so unable to read or verify any of it. Although I explained all of this courteously to the company, they would not do anything except tell me to send them back to China at my own expense, then they would decide if they would refund or replace. At least the bras were inexpensive, but the product and the service reflect this--I guess you get what you pay for, especially from this company. I have bought things from online from all over the world and have NEVER had this problem with another company. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from this company!

Newchic is a great online shopping site for those, who like to save or get clothes with a good material, utility or home decor with a good quality for a cheaper price. The categories are very easy to access. There are many wonderful and cute things for everyone. The communication is smooth and friendly. It might take a few days to get a reply, but usually there are no problems.
The shoes I ordered only came in whole sizes so I ordered the next size up. They're a little too big. I would have exchanged for a smaller size, but shipping was too dear. They did give me a refund on the shipping which was appreciated. I will use gel inserts or another type to fill in the extra room.

I ordered an item and 5 weeks later, when it had still not arrived I contacted Newchic by email to ask it they could help. 24 hours later, they have advised they are re-sending the item to me, even though it's not their fault the item did not reach me.
The customer service person who helped me was polite, friendly and very quick to respond and assist me.
Expect it to take over a month if not longer to get your items... Plus, Items always on back order. Customer service almost non existent... Buyer beware!
I ordered these on June 10th for 4th of July Celebrations. Items came on the 5th of July. Thank a lot for slow shipping! Then the items were described as "Mens large", they are in fact "Childrens medium" in size. Oh but wait, there is an "International" sizing chart that not really explained on the sizing menu... If your in USA, Europe or Canada/ UK then expect everything to be very very small in comparison... a mens large in USA is actually a men XXL in "international"...
To send back and get a refund it would cost me $61.00 to send to China with tracking. RIP OFF! Plus they want photos of package and contents... HUGE HUGE SCAM!

Order a product and it came the wrong size. I know my size but their garments do not fit that way. The claim this if I want a return I have to pay to ship and they will not refund the cost of shipping to me. I loose twice for their mistake. Stay away unless you like to loose money.

I ordered a top which was advertised as cotton, but which turned out to be polyester. Complained and was told i would have to send it back to China at my own expense!. In fact there was a uk address on the parcel, but all in all I am £7.45 out of pocket in postage fees for paying for the item and sending it back. Don't touch them.

I ordered $200 worth of bras. One came. The remainder were on back order, but company was responsive & asked if I wanted to wait or rewind.
I opted for refund.
Pay attention to sizing charts as the Chinese sizing is VERY different from US. Also shipping times.
Good prices but pay argentum to all of the description before ordering.

The sandals I ordered are adorable and I love them. Very stylish. I did now ever fail to read the sizing chart and I ordered my usual size not realizing I should order one size larger. The Newchic company is extremely unreliable. It might even be some kind of a scheme. They charged my credit card the day I ordered a couple of items but 2 weeks later nothing was shipped to my address (according to their website). Once I complained 2 weeks later, I was told it's going to be shipped out the very next day. In any case, a month later and I still have not received the items I ordered.

I have had to cancel subsequent orders due to the high cost of shipping which doubles up on the price of the product.
The items are light weight and do not warrant such high costs. For this reason I now cannot continue to buy items from NewChic although I would like to. Please consult with NewChic for a cheaper cost of shipping their products.

I ordered two types of Knitting needles. When I got my order one of the items was missing. I wrote to Customer Service and they promptly replied. They sent out my missing item and kept in touch until it was delivered. I will be ordering from NewChic again.
I bought a pair of beautiful shoes but there were too small for me; so I contact the company back, via email, and as soon they got my email they took care of the issue by sending me a brand new pair of shoes and letting me keep the little ones.

I purchased the cutest pair of Socofy pumps. I bought them to go with a retro style dress for a wedding. The shoes were gorgeous, exactly as pictured right down to colour and details, and VERY well made! First time I wore them, I wore them comfortably all day long without blisters or sore feet. One of the best pair of shoes I have ever owned! They are my favourite shoes and would definitely purchase this brand of shoes from Newchic again. Very pleased with this experience!

I ordered a lightweight coat, received after several weeks of being "out of stock"
My opinion is this is a VERY cheap manufacturer in China. It was very slender fitting, and the zipper was so sticky I had a hard time zipping it up... not what I want to do is struggle every time to get it zipped... I emailed customer service... they wanted a picture of the defect!
They then emailed me that the zipper is not broken... well it works horribly... such a hassle and nothing like most USA usual 100% customer. Satisfaction. They then offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase as a solution! Really?! I won't ever purchase from new chic again!

I ordered my shirt on 12/7/2020 and did not receive it until 12/31/2020 - 24 days later. Since it was a Christmas present with an estimated slowest delivery time of 16 days, I obviously was not pleased. It also was very, very small for an XL size and was too small for the person I gave it to - so, overall, a poor purchase by me.
