I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

I ordered Gracila Bohemian Women Vintage Floral Printed Loose Short Sleeve Maxi Dresses from NewChic. I appreciate the product for its appearance and price. Sizing is different from regular American sizing, so be alert. Shipped relatively quickly. I did have an issue with the item at first, but customer service resolved it to my complete satisfaction. I'm very pleased.

I ordered two dresses on May 18,2020 and the charge was processed that same date. The order still has not arrived on July 5,2020. I emailed the company on July1, and they were to reply within 24 hours. Yes, I am still awaiting a reply. No, I will never order from them again and would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy! I am looking into fraud charges as well as robbery/deception... whatever I can sue for.

Please do not buy from this site, it's bunch of fraudulent people. When you place the order they will tell you 35 working days which obviously is a sophisticated way to get your money and with draw it and made it impossible to recover your money.

I ordered two dresses, one shirt and two pairs of shoes. Luckily, the shoe size was very close, and I love one pair. The other pair is very cheaply put together. The clothing is another matter. Although the sizes were correct, the cut of all three had issues with the upper arm. Only at the very top. Way too tight. The company is in China, and I think the cut of the shoulder is not standard US sizing. In other words, we have wider shoulders here I think. Anyway, they kindly offered a refund if I returned the clothing and paid for shipping, but I erroneously removed the tags so I am not taking a chance in being out both the money and clothing. Will re-gift.

The delivery time and ordering system were fine. What I wasnt happy with was the actual quality of the fabric. It looked so beautiful in the picture but when I got the dresses, the fabric was a cheap lawn type material like I used to have in Grade 3 when we learnt how to sew a sampler. It looked as though it had much more substance in the picture. The other major problem was that I ordered my normal size but the dresses were way too small for me. The top on the other hand was fine. Go figure!

Reason I chose this business:

I loved the look of the designs of the clothes, just need to have better quality in the material of the dresses.

I'll never ever use it again, it's a total scam and they have never refunded me for my 2 dresses that I've sent them back and paid £50 for the parcels and to be sure they'll receive it. It's somewhere in China and you'll never ever see your money back.

Will be never buy from these again.
Item didn't fit. Said they would give me 35% refund if I kept it, but have to send them photos and measurements... what a joke. They have lost my business forever. And I will warn everyone I can not to buy from them.

I odered a pair of walking trousers that were great value for money. When they arrived I was very pleased with the comfort and the fit. After a few wears the zip on the pocket came apart and I immediately contacted the company and sent photos of the broken zip. They got back to me by return and politely made me an offer. We settled on a new pair being immediately dispatched. They were sent the same day. I would definately deal with this company again. My problem was dealt with promptly and with respect. Many UK companies could; earn from this service.

Beware, do not cancel an order. I ordered some winter jackets. They were back ordered and would not be available until spring. Since that would not work for me I cancelled the order; what a mistake. The process of cancellation and getting a refund is long and convoluted. The biggest surprise is that they do not refund the shipping charges, $35.00 in my case. So I've learned a $35.00 lesson, stick to a trusted vendor from now on.

Have bought about 8 dresses one of which was a little small even though it was the size l asked for. Another dress was sent and l could keep the smaller dress too. If something was out of stock l was informed promptly and could either order a replacement or get a refund. I chose a cheaper replacement and the difference was refunded happily. After many emails to sort all this out l was very pleased with how the problems were fixed - excellent customer service... and l love the dresses.

There is some setback at first because they sent wrong item to me. But they quickly reply and set it right upon receipt of my complaint email. For item that i like to cancel, the refund info email immediately arrive as soon as i cancel order and i can get back my money within one week as per they said. I am very happy. Usually after-online-sales-service is not that efficient. I usually losy my money when my order was not delivered or returned. I am recommending my friends to enjoy shopping with this Newchic website.

Ordered two pairs. The first was NOTHING like what was described in the photo. Sent 2 photos, side by side and they still tried to tell me it was the same shoe. Different colors and all! The shoes are CHEAP, they weigh nothing and feel like they would fall apart in no time. Customer service wanted to credit me 1/2 the cost and keep going back and forth. The shoes are crap... customer service are bs artists... reviews are obviously staged... save your money.

For those of you that used a credit card for your order, dispute it with the credit card company and most likely they'll credit your account back. My dad ordered some men shoes (not knowing the size was international size) and they didn't fix. He was told it would cost him $43.00 to ship the shoes back to China.

I had a shipping problem due to a move before my order was delivered. I contacted customer service and explain how my order got loss in the mail forwarding process. My order was replace, I must say I appreciate a company that bends over backwards to make you happy. Love my shoes! They're very comfortable... I will order again!

I bought a very pretty dress in black. But the dye was unstable. But, once washed, it was perfect. Newchic offered me points for the inconvenience of the unstable dye. The replacement service was excellent. A second dress arrived too large. The sizing is strange. 44 is marked as XL. And 42 marked as L. So be warned!
Overall, the service has been very good.

I have bought several items from this website, in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality, and speed of despatch of the goods ordered. On this last occasion there was a problem with the items (shoes) ordered, but after an exchange of emails, I was given a full refund to my Paypal account. I shall definitely buy from NewChic again!

I ordered two pair of shoes. After about 2 weeks I received and email that they were on back order and what would I like to do. Within 3 days of receiving email I responded to cancel the order. I received an email stating too late item has shipped. When the shoes finally arrived I discovered that a size that I always purchase and typically runs slightly big was too small and narrow. I contacted the company and they stated since the product was not defective then I would have to pay for return to China. The return shipping fees are more than the cost of the shoes, so off to the homeless shelter they go. This is a situation where the price was too good to be true.

I have had nothing but great service. Ordered a pair of shoes which arrived within 10 days of placing the order. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and with help of Ashley a correct size was replaced within few week. So thank you Ashley for all your help... you provided great service!

Although there were a few glitches, I was delighted with the things I bought and with the quality of service from newchic. When my dress took a very long time to arrive, they tracked it down and discovered it was still in customs. They sent me another dress and I didn't have to return the first one.

The boots I bought were beautiful and fitted perfectly. Unfortunately, the zip broke, but again, when I got in touch with them they were very helpful and will send me a second pair of boots (I do not have to return the first pair.)

I purchased a back pack for $33. It arrived and had a disgusting chemical smell. I emailed them & was told to " air & ventilate it". After many emails I was told to return it to them at my expense and they would only refund the original purchase price.
What a joke, the bag is in the bin as it is unusable.

I got a wonderful product - a hat with a visor, but it took 3 months to arrive.
But more than that, the problem was I got very evasive replies about its arrival which created a lot of insecurity. They need to update the customer about the exact time of delivery and stick to that schedule. Customer service needs to be prompt and reliable.

"Customer service emailed me 6 days after my purchase informing me that the product I ordered will be available within 7 to 10 days and offered me to check other products instead. I said No and informed them them I will wait for 10 days and requested that they keep me posted. The 10-day waiting period is way over so I sent them emails... I got no response and the status of my order is still "Back Order". I am almost resigned to the fact that I already lost my money and will not be receiving my order anymore. Oh, when I placed my order, the amount has been debited from my account same day!

Ordered and received a pair of shoes I ordered in size 11 which the info suggested I order larger since their shoes run small. Received them and they were still too small. Contacted them, measured my feet and they said they didn't have any that would work. Instead of returning them they instead refunded me $8.31 for shoes I pd. $22.82 for. Beware seems to me to be a scam.
