The moccasin style shoes that I ordered are the most comfortable I have ever worn. Light and flexible they hug the foot like a glove. The only problem is with the size on certain styles, they are too long-46 rather than 44 for a size 12. Great price too.

I orders some safety shoes for work at a real decent price, but it took a month & a half to get to me! I understand delays due to Covid, but y'all really should let consumers know that orders from CHINA could take a month or longer before taking their money! I picked express shipping because I needed my shoes at a certain time! Thank god my boss at work was understanding & I didn't get penalized for not having my safety shoes on time!

Given the price of the 2 pairs of leather shoes I ordered (14.95), I wasn't expecting much. I did order a size much larger than I usually wear, as was suggested. The shoes arrived yesterday after 3 weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. They are indeed real leather, have a nice thick sole, great color (hot pink) and fit perfectly. I will definitely order again.
My first order never arrived. I wrote to customer service many times and was told to be patient. After 9 weeks I was finally issued a refund. My second order was done with expedited shipping, for which I paid much more. The carrier returned my order to China. They never even attempted a delivery and never contacted me. This went on for 6 weeks before they finally agreed to issue a refund. They have the absolute worst customer service. I cannot speak to the quality of the merchandise since I have never actually received an order.

Today I finally received 2 pair of lovely boots, however 1 pair is too small. Called the number ( 10 digit USA number) and the customer support man said he was from newchic - not socofy and I needed to Google the socofy #. I did and it says newchic owns socofy co. Then he said I needed to contact my bank and he couldn't hold as he claimed to be in Hong Kong! Untrustworthy scoundrel! All I want to do is make an honest size exchange. Don't use this company.

I was supremely stupid to give newchic my money. They never sent the n95 masks I ordered over a month ago, they gouged the hell out of me on price when masks were scarce and 30 days later, no masks. I should have known they were Chinese thieves but they hide this on their site. They should be banned from the USA. Liars and crooks.

I was initially excitement about a product I saw in an online ad, but the delivery time of 10-15 days was on the verge of arriving late for Christmas. I took the chance because the item was just perfect for a Christmas gift. Five days after I placed the order, they updated my delivery to 15-20 days. The item actually came in 26 days. I realized after I ordered that Newchic is out of Hong Kong, so possibly I should have expected this, but the company was negligent in relaying correct information. I should at least have been refunded my shipping cost, since the item came 11 days after their initial shipping estimate.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one came in a 9 rather than a six, emailed back and they are replacing with correct size, Did gave to send some info and pictures back,, but that was much easier than returning the product. Very satisfied with customer service and shoes are very comport able.
The shirts I received at home are much larger than what their website describes... I tried to contact their Customer Service several times and no answer, so I cannot exchange the shirts for a smaller number... My advice, NEVER buy from NewChic, cause if u want to change anything, they will ghost you!
I just read a response to the review, " Customer service is a Joke." If you read the response from NewChic, you will notice that they give the same comment that several other reviewers have been given regarding the unbelievable nightmare concerning the return and refund of merchandise. I have had my NewChic loafers for several months. The fake leather and soles are quite thin, but they look great and I have received several nice comments about them. The delivery was prompt, the fit was fine and they are as comfy as house slippers.

It's a shame that the dress i ordered took so long, as when it did arrive, i was very pleased with it, very good quality for the price, a little too big as i wasn't sure of the sizes, but it won't be a problem to take it in and i'll know next time. Very good customer care service, they sent me a tracking number, but it did take a month to get here, so you don't have to order anything in a hurry!

After 2 weeks my order was cancelled without my knowledge. I went back to the site to see where my items were and it showed cancelled. When i contacted them my refund would take 7 to 10 business days. I will never use this site again.

Ordered knit hats from NewChic and when I received them, I was more than thrilled with my order. They were for a friend who recently had cancer and they worked out perfect for her. I would order again from this website, very happy with my experience.
I call them computer commercials, you know, the pop up advertising that appears on your computer screen when you're doing some work... well that's where I first the hats. I was in the market to purchase one or two for myself that didn't have any wool in it- wool itches, so I did as well as two for my mother. One of the hats I purchased is very colorful and I like it, but it doesn't really like my head. I'm going to figure out a way to make it work though- somehow. My mother likes hers.
I didn't really, it just was in the right place at the right time when I turned on my computer and so I clicked on it and I saw all these hats...
I like the style and colors; sadly only one of them fit the way I expected, the other one - with all the colors, I will have to work on before wearing it.
