I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. After ordering an article and it didn't arrive i contacted the helpdesk, a few mails later, and because my package was not arrived and the article was out of stock, i get a mail to tell me that a refund would happen on my Paypal account.
A day later the refund was done!
Especially the friendly tone in the mails was great for me as i am Dutch speaking.

Spent a load of money and tried to get a refund and they only refunded half of the amount I spent. Spoke to customer service about it and they asked me to send a picture of my bank statement to prove this was the case. Obviously there's no way I'm doing that! Steer clear of this site!
Also they claim you can pay with PayPal but it wouldn't let me do that.
Placed an order the end of May and as of today, July 4th, still have not received. Contacted customer service, they told me to tack the package. The tracking service only tracks the package in Asia. Once in the US, it's untraceable. I did receive a package and I have no idea what it was. I was definitely not what I ordered. It was a package of small foam pads. Not the shorts I ordered. I finally asked for my money back. Hopefully that won't take over a month also!

I ordered a size bigger than my normal shoe size as per advice on the web. But the shoes I received were bigger. They probably gave the advice because of the movable flaps on the back of the shoes which make it so difficult to put on the shoes. I explained that to New Chic and they understood and gave me a refund. They also were not able to respond to my email right away because of the holidays. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the outcome and would recommend them to other people. Just be very careful with the size before ordering anything. It's not a good feeling to be complaining later on.

I ordered two items from this company. One was shipped within several days of my order, but failed to arrive within three weeks in spite of my payment for "expedited delivery." The second item was reported to be out of stock. I requested a refund, but my request was ignored. Ten days later I was informed that the item was shipped. I contacted a customer service rep who claimed that both orders were delayed due to a storm. Since the tracking info that they provided was useless, I requested information on the physical whereabouts of my order. I was told that both shipments are in Houangzhou, China, awaiting shipment to the United States. I have requested a refund, but was told that I would be responsible for payment of shipping fees. Ordering from this company was a disaster and I encourage everyone reading this review to boycott them for their dishonesty.

The products they sell are of OK to good, but shipping is terrible. They take the order, and your money within 24 hours but they may not ship for 4 weeks, then they expect you to wait 45 days after that before you put in a missing shipment report. Customer service does respond within 24 hours but every time it is the same... sorry, for the delay... please wait a little long... (Its the Pandemic, Its the Airlines, Yada yada yada). Good luck trying to get your money back. No company I have ever ordered from takes 10 weeks from taking payment to actually expecting your shipping date. Very Low "Quality of Materials" in products. Adequate assembly/construction of products however. Expectations were way higher, and was let down by how the sweaters and coats material being low quality.
Unfortunately it was "Faith in quality materials", which was a let down once received.

The website is hard to use. They switched the colour of one of my items at checkout, and i didn't notice, so i bought the wrong item. When i complained, since i did in fact order that colour item from checkout, i didn't get a full refund. The quality of shirts is not good enough for the price they charge.
they responded faster than i would have expected from the mess that is their website, but it still took some waiting for correspondence.
I chose it because i thought they had good, unique designs, but they screwed me over

Had an item that was VERY late as a gift and the friendly staff helped me a lot, re-send item and when the second one came, they let me keep it as gift! The products are amazing, not the first time buying will buy more!
What you see is not what you get. They post misleading photos of their items.
See, for instance, the attached photos. A "3D pillow" turns to be a regular pillow with cheap 2D print.
If I knew what I would get in advance, I would never pay for their incredibly expensive shipment.

DENIM DRESS fabric is thin and more like shirt weight fabric. Tried to contact about sending 2 back and there is no return address other than CHINA. They want a tracking no. Which I understand but sending it that method costs a lot and would basically eat up my return! I have contacted them and not gotten the answer to my questions. I would not recommend ordering from CHINA if you think you may need to send it back! I gave it a 1 star review!

I bought a shoe from NewChic and it was slightly small. I wrote to their customer service and they asked me my foot length. I took pictures and sent them. Now they are sending me my size. This is best they can do and they did it. Im so impressed with their customer service and will shop again.
I loved the pink jacket I ordered but the sizing was wrong and it didn't fit. NewChic went out of their way to make restitution. I sent them photos and they offered to refund, I have ordered a larger size in a different colour because the jacket was so lovely and so well made.
I ordered two pairs of sandals and measured ahead of time. They arrived and were at the very low end of the 'measurements' and even then the fit was very small. Usually with sandals you have more flexabillity with sizing, not so with NewChic. To return you have to pay highway robbery level shipping to return them to China. The rep told me to 'just keep them and give them to someone and use my 'points' on something else. BTW, that is 5.00 credit on a 50.00 order. Buyer beware. Also, shipping took forever to arrive.

Soey has been amazing! My boots were out of stock so she asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, but then a day later I had to cancel my visa debit card because it was compromised. The refund would not have gone through as the card had changed. So I decided to email her and tell her what happened. She got back to me and said the boots I wanted were now in stock so she is making a new order. I will be getting my boots! I have never received such a quick response and great service on an online store like NewChic! I saw the ad for this store on Facebook and I am so glad I found it. This is my second purchase from NewChic and I love how fast the order comes. My first set of boots are absolutely perfect! I know my second pair will be the same! Absolutely worth buying from NewChic!
Placed an order and never received confirmation. Found out two weeks later that items were back ordered. No contact at all from company, I had to call in and investigate. Responded with a script.
They didn't care they were going to lose a sale, I canceled my order via paypal.

Overpromise, underdeliver. Don't buy anything from these people. The junk from China, ordered in November is actually sent via Chinese Junk, then sled dog, mule train and rickshaw. Still not delivered despite all their promises. This appears to be a scam that should be investigated by the authorities.

I love some of the items they sell but the reviews make me reluctant to buy any thing else, I bought a jumper from them in Jan this year it never arrived, got the same bs as everyone else, delayed shipment! Go collect from post office! The best one is bad weather! Got a £5.68 refund after 2 mths even though I paid out over £14, nice money makeing scam, you get punished for their mistake, like I said dresses look stunning but very wary of you'r reputation plus some of you'r good reviews obs done by someone with a limited grasp of the English language, could it be the same people who work on you customer service perhaps?
