Here is my experience: Order Mens retro enlish boots ******* for xmas present for my husband. Order arrived before Xmas but when my husband opened the boots there was that chemical odor, and the boots did not look like leather but rather a plastic looking synthetic. After several days on snap chat and jumping thru every possible hoop they throw at you, I finally got a return address. Here is the thing, cost of boots was $62.48, I paid $39.00 to return them! It seems that US Postal service does not allow you to ship them back in the same packaging they came in. So the next order ******* shipped out from China Dec 1st (their words) has never been received. $61.73 of course they charged my visa on Dec 1 2018. So if I ever receive the shoes and they are crap I will donate them and consider this a lesson well learned.

Over the past two weeks I saw a couple things I liked and decided to buy them. In both instances, I found the price to be attractive but when I (finally) got to the checkout, the price had tripled. Instead of actually buying the product, I closed out the site and went on with other things.

I placed a first time order with NewChic and expected my purchase to arrive the same week like with most online purchases I make with other companies. I skipped by the option to expedite the order for a few extra dollars. I also didn't read the normal shipping time expected of up to several weeks. When it didn't arrive in a week, I found out it was because I did not expedite it to arrive quickly. My error. Now that I know, if I need something quickly I can expedite the shipping. If not in a hurry, standard shipping will get the product to me within a month. Like I mentioned, the quality of the product is well worth the price - and the wait! But just in case I need it quicker, I can take the expedite option to arrive quickly. Thanks NewChic. Awesome products!
Some packages are trackable and some are not, which is stressful because I like knowing where my packages are. One came quickly and was trackable. One came on day 20 with no tracking updates for two weeks. Still waiting on one more package with no updates for five days other than that it's in the US. If tracking was more accurate, I'd give a better rating. We do love the products that made it to us.
Ordered a cheap pair of clogs for the beach. Thought it was a good price. While ordering the instructions were to order the next size larger because they run small. So I did. Well they were too big. So I found out that I have to pay the postage to send these shoes back to China! Also have to send them a photo of shipping receipt as proof I mailed them. Took weeks to get the shoes because they ship them from China. I tried to cancel my order after reading many bad reviews( wish I read them before I ordered) but they just happened to ship my order the day I asked to cancel it. What a waste of money

I had no idea this was a Chinese company. Had I known I would have never purchased their shoes. I wear between size 8 and 8 1/2 shoes, so I ordered the larger shoe and thought I would wear heavy socks if they were too large. When they arrived the quality was OK, not great, but I couldn't begin to get my foot into the shoe. To return them I had to pay postage both ways, so it was more trouble than it would have been worth. I'm looking for a friend with small feet.

These products, mens shoes, are the worst I have ever and I mean ever come across. They not only take forever to get but to product feels like its made out of cardboard. I have been a good customer for 5 years... the last order I got they sent 5 size eight pieces of clothing!... I have tried and tried to contacted them how I could get a refund or credit to no avail... they wont help me or tell me where to send the cloths for refund and I now feel that they are waiting for the 30 days to be over... Man, I ordered a mens ring to give it to my friend as a wedding gift. Guess wat, his wedding got over, he has a kid now (just sarcasm) still I didnt get the ring, I dono y they have kept live chat, everytime they tell the same bull $#*!, its in transit, it is on its way. I would like to express my satisfaction with the way NewChic reacted in the case of a damaged cross-body bag I had ordered: They accepted the problem (evident through a picture I sent them) and they agreed to send me a new one at no additional cost for me. Such a treatment is the best way to ensure that a customer comes back to the e-shop.
Waited ages for delivery ridiculous waiting times on live chat 4 hours to 40 mins for customer service, goods ordered on 4th arrived 27th. Shoes stunk of glue and ridiculous sizing. Could not be bothered to send back threw them in the bin. 1st time customer never ever again. I will make sure i never recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased two very pretty bras. After reading the suggestions before I purchased the bras that they ran small, I decided to order two sizes up from what I normally wear. The order came and the bras were still too small. I would say not sized for American women. The company refused to exchange them and suggested that I should just take the loss and donate them to the goodwill. I will do that but they will not get another dime from me or anyone that I know on social media. Ie. Facebook, Instagram. They left me with a poor customer experience then sent me this link to review them. Well here is my review.

Paid for my Order June 2nd. To date, (Judy 6th), nothing! I have sent numerous emails and tried initializing a live chat, but you sit on your computer waiting for something that never happens. I spent over 45 minutes. I looked for a phone number and all they have is some international number. The only email I did receive was in some Asian writing. This is some foreign company that seems shady to me. They don't provide you a way to track your order, either. I opened up a case with PayPal an hour ago. Don't do it. Avoid these people.

Recently purchased a man bag for a gift. The photo displayed was of high quality and the price the reasonable. My order was placed 10/15 and did not arrive until 11/4! Upon arrival I knew I'd been scammed. The bag looked cheap and was 3x smaller than what they displayed on their website. I realize now that a lot of these Chinese online sites steal photos from other sites and sell you a replica. Not to mention poor customer service. No return label sent, no refund option. I was totally embarrassed after presenting the gift. I will never purchase anything from this business.

Excellent website, very easy to use and find exactly what you want. Lovely designs but had to deduct a star as dress took a long time to get to me. But was exactly what I expected when I got it. All correspondence very courteous and prompt throughout.

I am small/petite, a few pounds overweight. I ordered size medium which should have fit, but sadly the dress is too small. On the positive side, I can use the dress as a pattern to make a dress that fits me, and yesterday's email from NewChic said I would be receiving a refund of the purchase price in 2-3 days. I suppose I will know in a couple days.

I ordered some tops which I thought looked beautiful on line - when they arrived I am sorry to say they were not what I expected and too small I had to return them. I was very happy with the customer service in particularly with Alis who kept in touch with me all the way and my payment was returned promptly. I would and will use your services again, I found Alis to be most helpful and very pleasant throughout this process.
When I received my order I was very unhappy. I received 2 pair of mens shoes. I contacted customer service and after several emails I finally got Sindy. She assisted me through all of the emails and photos needed to verify the order. I became very irritated with the process. Finally she corrected the situation and I have received my order. I am pleased with the 5 pair of shoes I ordered. They are attractive and comfortable. A special thank you to Sindy for her composure even when some of my emails were not so pleasant.

As of today 5/19/2020 I still don't have the products and the tracking shows the packages have not moved. I was told to be patient and give it a few more days. I received my dress in good time, and am very pleased with it! The colour is as in the picture Ii purchased the green one) It is very comfortable and true to size (I purchased a 14 UK) and it's perfect. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather, to be able to wear it out and about.
I aim to buy a straw hat to wear with it, and would recommend to others! If you are feeling unsure whether or not to order; I'd say 'GO FOR IT' as it's well worth it :)

I hope I'm not ultimately disappointed in this company since I love the dress I ordered on 9/9 2016... even though policy says no payment until item ships the money is already paid to them via PayPal. If that's because PayPal took $$ already I'm ok with it... but I had to send an email to find out why shipping had stalled. Someone named Yuki Wong responded to say the dress was on backorder and that they fill orders in order received. The due date for the dress is 4 Oct. Now but have no way to know what my priority is to have it sent... I emailed Wong asking why noone had courtesy to let me know why the item shipped especially since they've got my money... no answer from her yet! I would like to give them more stars if dress ships around 4 Oct. Stay tuned!
