I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

I have been professionally measured in the past on several occasions, and ordered 4 bras, size 36E. I recently lost weight, and I'm actually down at least one or two cup sizes, but followed their advice on their website and ordered larger cup to accommodate for their smaller sizes. When it was received product was beautiful, however it was about three sizes too small in the cup. When I contacted the website to see about exchanging they offered me a 42 C. The reasoning, sizes are Chinese. I don't care what side of the world you come from, a C cup is smaller than a E cup. So if the E is too small, why in God's name would you offer something even smaller. Completely moronic, not satisfied at all. The only thing they were willing to do for me was offer a $15 refund for the shipping fee and I'm stuck with four bras valued at $80 that will never in a lifetime fit me. Thanks for nothing!

I received my dress in good time, and am very pleased with it! The colour is as in the picture Ii purchased the green one) It is very comfortable and true to size (I purchased a 14 UK) and it's perfect. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather, to be able to wear it out and about.
I aim to buy a straw hat to wear with it, and would recommend to others! If you are feeling unsure whether or not to order; I'd say 'GO FOR IT' as it's well worth it :)

I ordered a total of 5 pairs 2 ruined couldn't wear them threw them away the other 3 were great shape. When I had issue Miu helped me through all of it. Very appreciative, thank you Miu. I'm getting one more pair of shoes hope it works out I too had to wait approximately 1 month for each product

Love the feel but I am in trouble if they shrink. I purchased the 46D which I normally wear 44 DD but my size was not offered. They are cut smaller then US sizes. That being said they are wonderful quality cotton. Love how they feel when I wear them. Excellent product and would have given 5* if it was made to US sizes and maybe even offer more sizes. It was what I needed so had to try them.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too large and also noticed the low quality so I contacted them to provide me with a refund. They insisted on me taking pictures of the shoes to ensure that the shoes were in original new condition. Then they asked me to provide them with a picture of my foot next to a tape measure. I sent the shoes back and demanded a refund. The shipping fee to return the shoes to China is exorbitant. They finally sent my refund but it took many emails. I would never deal with this company again. Terrible...

Saw the CUTEST blouse in my Facebook feed and my husband decided to order it for me as a bday present. It arrived two months later. It's hideous and doesn't match the advertisement I saw! The sewing pattern is the plainest I've ever seen. Looks and feels like a nurse's smock. Completely shapeless. My first thought was that it looked like it was sown by a middle schooler for a home economics project. ZERO fashion and awful fabric. Do not buy from this company.
Their only positive is that they're willing to give us a refund.

I ordered panties that were supposed to be made of soft cotton according to description. They are actually made of rubber-like poly/elastane blend. The other item I ordered - a pair of ankle boots - arrived in an open fabric sack inside a thin plastic envelope - no box or padding. No surprise that the zipper pull was broken off and the zipper is mangled so bad it won't open. I emailed their customer service asking to return. They replied 2 days later, telling me that the panties have cotton inside and asked for a picture of the boots. I explained about the cotton situation again. The next email was asking me where they didn't fit. WTF? I am not used to this "customer service". I am going to continue writing bad reviews all over the internet until I get my money back.

I ordered something on January 28th. It's now April 2nd and I still don't have my order. They have stopped responding to my emails and I can't get them on the phone. Everything they ship is from China and the sizing is WAY off. So unless you are naturally very thin, don't bother ordering even their plus size will be way too small. These people are nothing but scammers selling sweat shop cheap merchandise. Do NOT support them or buy from them!

I bought a pair of shoes and they dos not fit. Try to return it. It is impossible. They respond that i'll have news in 24 hours to get the backup procedure. Never have news. It looks like a $#*!ing chineese website. The worst custumer service i ever seen. In our days it is just unthinkable that has this kind of service with all the seller on the web. Just scratch it from the map.

I ordered a blouse in a size Medium but received a Large. Very difficult trying to figure out how to return or exchange, I'm going to try to sell it for what I paid for it. I will NEVER order from NewChic again! I will also spread the word to my friends to not order from them. This is a rip off!

160.00 worth of clothing sent to wrong adress. Robot emails are worthless. Last time they will get my money. Check with neghbors... I live in idaho and items delivered to texas. Worthless service will never do business with this company again!

2 of my 4 items were very good. The sizes for the jumper however meant it didn't fit very well. There doesn't seem to be a size for tall, thin men. To get the arm length I had to order a massive chest size. I have a 44 chest but the arm length with that chest size is way too short. This all meant that it doesn't fit very well

I was a little apprehensive about making the purchase but liked the look of the jacket I wanted to buy. The package arrived without any worries but I had somehow given them the wrong size. After a couple of emails with the customer service department, a replacement was sent without a fuss, which arrived earlier than expected. I was very pleased.

I ordered a cap from NewChic at an excellent price. When it arrived it was better than I expected, the cap feels great, looks better than the picture advertising it, and appears to be of excellent quality. It is indeed adjustable, and fit me well. All in all I am very satisfied, and feel I got excellent value for the price.

I ordered two sizes larger then I normally wear for a shoe due to checking Newchics order sizing. They were still too small. When I tried to contact them my email wouldn't go through. I wish I had checked this review site sooner. I had no idea these clothes came from China. I thought it was within the USA. I have had way to many problems with order clothing from China. It is always to small. Makes me leary of ordering anything on line.

My first order was a pair of shoes. I paid for quick delivery, and they arrived within a week.
I ordered a size bigger than normal as I'd read that the sizes come up on the small side. They are still far too small.
It took almost 2weeks of daily emailing to get any resolution, including having to take photos of my feet and the shoes with a tape measure!
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered some socks on 3Rd November. They were supposed to be a Christmas present, but I still haven't had them. After 4 days of emails I was offered a refund which may take up to 2 weeks.

I have finally been able to deal with NewChic. Once I sent lots of furious replies about their horrible website and non-functioning LiveChat and phone... and they realized that I had contested the charges on my credit card, I suddenly got less dismissive replies. I paid for one order and am still working with them to figure out how they can pick up the second (repeat) order if they wish to do so. I did get the order x 2 (only wanted one of course). The quality is OK, not great. One shirt and pair of pants looked like it had an embroidery design in the photos but it is just a cheap decal. The cuts are poor overall but I guess I expected that. I rarely order clothes but with pandemic I decided to try. In the end, NewChic was fair but only when it was clear they would not get away with ignoring me. I would be very wary of them, esp the website that can trick you into multiple orders.

The website sucks and this is a scam

Here is the letter I sent them when they refused to refund the second order that I tried to cancel the next day because their horrible website allowed be to unknowingly send the order 4 times. I luckily caught the 3rd and 4th and was able to cancel them. --
This is not acceptable. Your badly designed website said my order did not go through and then immediately sent 2 duplicate orders. I will not be paying for one of these and will tell this cautionary tale and report you. I will contest the charge on my credit card. I see that many customers have had very bad experiences with you. You lie in saying shipping orders quickly is for customer satisfaction since the online complaints say that shipping takes months to arrive. Anyway, I will not be paying for the second order that your website caused to happen and should have been obvious to you was a mistake. So if the clothes arrive 2 x, I will donate them.
