I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!
Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
While it might be possible to get what you were expecting, it is highly unlikely. If you have any problems with your order, good luck with a return or refund. I agree with other reviews that any 5 star ratings are from Newchic. If you do make a return, shipping will be at your expense (to China) and possibly even include their original shipping fee. Everything looks nice in the advertising, but don't fall for it!

Fantastic customer service at NewChic... I was having problems with a coat I bought and thought I should send it back. I contacted Customer Services (who replied immediately) and were very sympathetic to my problem and tried to help any way they could. I said I would pay to return the item but rather than that NewChic contacted me with a complete refund. I have bought some fantastic shoes and belt from them previously and am very happy, people always comment on how classy they look. Shop here with confidence... unlike some of the other online rip-offs like Cocosa!
I've made several purchases from NewChic.com and been very pleased with everything until last week when the delivery of coats showed a much lower quality than I had grown to expect from NewChic. I emailed them my concern and very quickly received instruction from them on returning the goods. I followed the instructions which included sending a copy of the postage receipt to prove I had sent the parcel and without waiting to receive the parcel back, NewChic refunded me in full via Paypal. Placed my first order with this organization and all went well. The items I received were in good quality and reasonably priced. No complaints and delivery was decent considering these came from outside the US.
I placed an order on April 27,2020. It is still "in transit." I have no expectation that it will ever get to me. Pretty website but there is nothing behind it. When complaining to customer service or Live Chat, all they do is apologize. I paid for shipping. Where is the merchandize. Do not do business directly with China. Always go through an American retailer which you can contact if there are problems. I am shocked that there are actually a few positive reviews? Those positive reviews are probably prepared by New Chic employees or New Chic paid for the positive reviews. How can one review merchandize that has never arrived?!

I still have not received my order. It took a week to ship it and then 33 days is what they quote for getting it in hand. So if you are wanting this for a gift on a certain date, order it a couple months ahead of time. The customer service person, Alexandra, refused about 6 times to give me an expected delivery date. It gave me an uncomfortable feeling that they don't live up to their word.

I ordered one hat which I was satisfied with, and then I ordered 3 more of different kind as presents for my family. These three were horrible, with threads hanging out on the inside. Returning them would cost about $20, which is slightly less than what I paid for them. Customer service did offer me 500 points which is about $5 as credit for future purchases, but why would I want to put myself through this experience again?

Ordered some items that were comparably priced on other popular online websites and should have gone with them. The recent orders that I have placed for China made products have been very disappointing and this supplier is no different. Pay a little more and get quality service, return options and guaranteed products. This site does not offer anything about returns that is easy. The products were cheaply made and not what I wanted, but I did not return - due to the hassle! What I thought were true Mandala's are printed on a thin double knit that they probably use in Chinese brothels. Another lesson learned, sadly. :(

While the items (once received late) were as expected and fit according to size chart (which can be confusing), it was hard to wrap a nonexistent gift to go under the Christmas tree.
The prices are good but when selecting shipping, be prepared to pay an additional 1/3 to 1/2 of the total in shipping. Still was willing to pay for unique items requested by our son for Christmas. The order was placed with 3 weeks before the holiday. The extra shipping was to receive the fastest delivery, within 9-15 days. This would still provide plenty of time for our deadline. Did not arrive until the week after Christmas.
If you are afforded the luxury to purchase items which may not get to you prior to the next clothing season, then by all means, I would recommend New Chic. If you are purchasing items for an event, vacation, or anything you need before 4-6 weeks time is up... keep scrolling.

Purchased 3 pair of shoes. One sort of fits, two are too small. Return policy is shipping both ways to China. Ordered my regular size, their sizes were in a different format- they chose the sizes that supposedly correlate. Now am stuck paying shipping to and from China, which was a long wait- and almost equals the cost of the shoes. These will either be passed to a friend or Goodwill, still in their new packaging. Very disappointing.

They are easier to deal with than others, if it didn't cost so much to return stuff it would be easier too.

Bought two dresses and upon receipt could not understand the sizing. Apparently they have no idea of American sizes. Purchase price of about US$60 total seemed attractive but return rules made it impossible to reasonably return. Required postal return with tracking number - estimate of $52.00! Ended up giving the dresses to skinny teenager.

New chic company is located overseas "CHINA" if you guys are thinking about getting anything from them you better think twice. The freight service is the worst experience for an online company. They ship over the national postal service all the way no matter where you are located you purchase is going to arrive at least 3 or 4 after your placed the order. They dont use a faster carrier like ups or FeDex, it means that probably you never received your order as you think or the package got lost in transit. Very bad experience

Saw these cute looking shoes on their website. Ordered them and they finally arrived today; 32 days later. Chinese writing on the front of the bag was the first tip off. The shoes were inside of two flimsy bags. No box, just a plastic bag. They were so misshapen from being folded over, neither of the two pairs fit. Looking for a way to return them but there is no documentation inside the bags nor can I seem to find a "contact us" on the website. Looks like we're just out $52. Buyer beware.
I made an order, the site indicated that items were available. I made payment and it's been over 2 months still no order confirmation. Every correspondence says items are coming, however still nothing.
Very poor customer service as it takes days for a response only to be fobbed off and told to wait.

Shipping Fee is quite expensive. There are also COD charges. So single item purchases is not advisable unless price meets free shipping limits. It was difficult to learn from other buyers feedback as majority are in foreign languages other than English. Overall, the products I purchased were good and in accordance to product descriptions. Sizing charts provided on the products was also accurate.

Sent in an initial order to make sure the sizing was right, it arrived within 5 days, shoes exactly the right size(I did take the time to measure my feet to be sure!) and as good as they looks. Excellent quality. Put in further order for two pairs of shoes, they took a little longer but arrived within a day of each other. Both as per description, beautiful! Would advise though, reading others comments, that you allow at least two weeks for delivery and be surprised if it's sooner.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes for an upcoming trip. When the
Order arrived, one pair happened to be 2 different sizes. I sent an email to customer service and they promptly replied. I have corresponded with them a few times and received a prompt response each time. The new shoes are now on their way.
