I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!
Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
I ordered two pairs of sandals at the beginning of June and got them delivered mid-July but the waiting was worth it. The sandals are exactly as described/pictured in the ad, fit very well, and are of good quality - light and soft. The price I paid was about 1/3 of what other stores currently charge, and the delivery information they had provided was quite clear about a 20 business day "in transit" period for US and Canada. Next time I order from them I'll do it way in advance of when I need the items. Thank you very much!
Had to contact customer service for something, got an immediate reply, and I found them very helpful and genuine. In fact I emailed them several times, and everytime, they replied within a few hours. I cannot count how many companies, totally ignore your contact to them. This is a BIG thing to me, and because I feel confident in their customer service, I would recommend this website. The cushion covers I bought were lovely! I also appreciated the tracking of my parcel, so I was able to know exactly where it was at all times.
I'll wait until I receive ordering can't review the jacket as it is a Christmas present for my grandson. I was nit impressed with the delivery by Hermes. I had no notification that It was going to be delivered. On Saturday afternoon the parcel was brought to me by a very kind gentleman who lived quite a few houses along from me, although the correct address was on the parcel. Ive heard from several people how appalling Hermes are at delivering to the wrong address. Maybe you should reconsider them as your agents.

Shoes were extremely poor quality - material not leather as described and had almost no tread making them unsafe.
Furthermore extremely narrow fit.
Trying to find a contact email to arrange a refund/return was incredibly frustrating as the site just kept looping back to the same message without providing any contact details.
I ordered a product and paid shipping to receive it within 1 week. It has been 2 months... I received an email stating due to being so busy it could take 4 to 6 weeks just for the item to be packaged. If you are fine with waiting 2-3 months for your order than NewChic is your place!

Product was very poor quality. Size way off. Ordered a size 12. I looked like a size 16 or 20. Only got 50% refund. Will not order from them again. Also shipping info was wrong. Could get correct tracking on order I paid for express shipping. Took 18 days to receive.

For my initial order, I followed the steps for ordering one size up. When the items arrived, they were a bit tight in band size. I contacted Customer Service (via email) and they agreed to send me two new items at a larger size than I'd ordered at no charge. They also allowed me to keep the original items so there was no hassle to return them. Sure it takes awhile to ship, but for the price and the fact that they are coming from China, I don't have a problem waiting a week or two. Thanks NewChic!
I ordered my wife 5 pairs of the most unique shoes ever. It took a while to receive them, but very expected because they are shipped from Asia. When they arrived they were small so I contacted the company, they got back to me within 24 hours and to make a long story short the customer service rep was amazing and they sent me all new replacements. Just had to pay the shipping. What a great company.
It is now going on 40 days since I placed an order with these losers and there isn't an update to the tracking info in 30 days. 24/7 Messenger does not exist, you email them and there is no response. Is there anything China is good at besides theft and technology grabs? Newchic should be out of business. Go to Amazon if you want anything delivered in a reasonable time. Never order anything from these scam artists.

I'm so satisfied with the Newchic articles and their business, as well. Yes, it takes nearly a month for the package to reach me from China, but, what to do, it's really a long distance. What is important is that I like the fashion they sell! :)
I needed to get a size up, but could not return for refund or exchange without paying for shipping back to China (very expensive). It came from a US-based distribution center, but returns could only be made overseas. What a scam. They know no one will return shoes when it results in a net loss of money. And they offer a partial refund if you don't want to pay the shipping, but that means they still get to keep half of your money. Better hope the shoe fits you right...
Stay away! They lie, they lie! I ordered something and first it was delayed over and over again Then all of a sudden is was discontinued, only to find a few days later after I demanded my money back, the item was back on line for more fools to buy it! What a scam. I ordered a pair of the little floral moccasin type shoes in pink. I had done my research and knew this was a Chinese company so I fully expected to have issues. For that reason, I paid with PayPal so that if I didn't receive my order I would have recourse through them. My order took about three weeks to arrive, which was about what I expected. The shoes are super cute, just like the picture and are pretty darned comfortable. I wore them to the state Fair where I was on my feet for six hours straight and handled it as good as could be expected, plus looked really cute at the same time. My only issue is the sizing. I am always, always a size 8, but these shoes are just a bit short. My big toe goes all the way to the end. Since they don't offer half sizes, I would still go with an 8 because I'm sure a 9 would be too big. I seriously like these shoes enough that I bought a new pink shirt to wear with them. Keep your expectations reasonable and pay with PayPal and you should be fine.
I've always received good customer service from the newchic at Best Buy. I would like to purchase a bag or anything else that always helps me, customer manager. Even if there was a problem with something I purchased. If I notified them timely. They made it right.

I purchased these shoes in blue and they are adorable! Look great with jeans for sure. They are wide width which works for me. The length is slightly short but I have read that the leather stretches and I am anticipating this to be true. Once they stretch they will be perfect. I plan on wearing them a lot. The shoes are very comfortable and stylish. And the bottoms are so cool! Who doesn't want to feel like part octopus? I will buy another pair of shoes similar to these. Newchic has so many cute choices!
Ordered 3 bags, 2 small (about 30 cm and cheap-£7) and 1 large 42 cms and £20. (The large one would hold a laptop)
2 bags came roughly on time, the third had still not arrived a month later, after contacting them I was thanked for not cancelling and after being told to go to my PO and search.(which I did) They sent me another, it is even smaller than the other 2 bags and of no use to me. I therefore wasted over £20 and have a bag that would carry a hamster. Their customer service has obviously not received the 11 emails I sent them! Complete waste of time and money.

Ordered two items as birthday gifts. After two weeks of not hearing anything, so sent an email asking about goods - then received email telling me that the goods were out of stock and would be some time. A bit disappointing as this information should have been given at the point of ordering. Aftercare has been good so far as the order has been cancelled, but just waiting for refund.

I ordered a pair of sandals however when I received them they were a little too small. I started an online chat and explained why I wanted to return. They contacted customer service who in turn emailed me and after sending them my foot measurements they are sending out a bigger size. I love the shoes so am very happy with the outcome and looking forward to ordering more things from them. Great company.
I just got a pair of shoes from new chic and the next day they fell apart. Only had them on for a few hours and seam came apart. From what I am reading it is going to be very difficult to return them. I gave this company a second chance cause I really liked these shoes. I went through numerous email back and forth. There was a problem with the purse I received -- poor quality of sewing. I wrote to discuss the problem, and had an answer in less than 24 hours. They sent me a replacement, and it is fine. Now that I know that problems are addressed promptly, I would definitely order from this company again.
English and now in my 70's and just getting used to internet shopping. Friends and family were surprised when I owned up to ordering shoes off this Chinese site as I am usually so careful, but I just fell in love with them. After reading reviews and listening to my family I was convinced that I had wasted my money, especially as they would take so long to arrive. However, less than 2 weeks later they arrived and they are the most comfortable and colourful shoes I have ever owned and I can't wait to order more. Thank you Newchic.
