I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
Purchased a pair of faux leather (not sure it was advertised as such). When I received them, I noticed that the finish was peeling. I sent a clear photo and asked for replacement shoes or a full refund. I was told "as it did not affect the operation of the product they would not do that. They then made the grand offer of 30% of cost or $6+ dollars and I could keep the shoes. I laughingly accepted as I determined that this was less than a reputable company. They then made the incredible offer of 50% or $11+ dollars. Both offers did not include refunds for taxes or shipping. I will now wear my damaged shoes everywhere and get an opinion of my new shoes. I WILL CERTAINLY tell them I purchased them from NewChic.

It's my first order with Newchic. I hoped to get %15 off as a new customer, but, apparently, it's only for purchasing full price items with order total being over $90. The checkout process was smooth though. And the website is cool :) I received the boots in 3 weeks. They are pretty much like on the picture and the size is right; but they are kind of loose on the foot, not really designed for walking much.

Some years ago I found this company. At the beginning it seemed that the company is too slow but now when time is passing so fast you even can't notice this month. I understand that local Institutions make the purchase delivering also longer as it could be. So, thanks a lot for your care and attention to your clients.

I bought some little boots, slip on winter in black quilted top. They fit true to North American sizing and are so adorable, comfortable and easy to put on and off. I bought 2 pairs of casual shoes from this website they arrived in good time. I tried them on, and they were incredibly narrow, and I am a wide fitting, and I found them uncomfortable. I contacted the customer service department about their returns policy. It took a day or two to receive a response, only to be told - and I quote "it was what you ordered" and "it is your mistake" After a string of emails, some of which offered a refund, and then back tracked, and said I could have £5 - I am at the point now where - for the sake of what I paid for the shoes against my time and effort - I am going to drop it - and never order anything from them again.

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and waited about 7 weeks for all of them. Finally, I had to sign for the last pair, unlike the previous two pair of shoes that came. Now, I know why... They sent the wrong shoes all together and I bet it was not a mistake. So, to confuse the situation, they have proof that they sent them because they required me to sign for the package. The other two shoes arrived, no signature required and they were the correct ordered shoes. Yes! I did receive the ugliest pair of shoes ever! This company just cheated me out of money!. I bet this is where the communication breaks down, but we were able to communicate enough to get my hard earned money! SHAME... I hate being taken advantage of.

Ordered leggings 3 weeks ago and still no notice that my order has even shipped. I found out it was coming from China so I figured it would take a while. I emailed them to see if it shipped but they did not answer. Filed another with paypal and still waiting to hear from seller. Will NOT use them again. I strongly do not recommend anything from this website because the products are crap and the return policy is non-existent. They'll torture you with overly-polite email responses asking you a million questions requesting pictures of your shoes, feet, measurements, etc. And no matter how many of their questions you answer, they will continue asking more and more until you realize that you will never get a refund and this was all pointless.

The absolute WORST customer service ever. I made the mistake of returning an item that didn't fit. Not only was I out the expensive return cost but was never successful in getting a refund. There is no phone number to contact them only online chat with someone who either doesn't understand English (or is just pretending not to understand) and email which they NEVER respond to. I would have been better off to have re-sold the item on eBay! Would not even give this company one star!

It was OK... Delivery time took about 2 weeks. The shirt was super thin and felt like it would rip with a sudden movement. I believe the shirt was $20. Not really worth that price. I can find clothes in Hollister, American Eagle, Old Navy, Forever 21, ETC that cost less and the fabric is better and lasts longer. I Will definitely not buy with NewChic again.
My brother wanted the shirt as a gift. I thought the pattern was beautiful but the quality was horrendous.

The items are not as seeing on the image took them over a month to arrive, the material and qualities are horrible. I think they made samples with regular materials to post on the site. And then use cheapest materials and stitch quality in the factory use for online sales. I thought I was wearing cheap poor-quality clothes make for barbie dolls lol. I am living at USA, it cost more to return shipping than what I purchased. So, I fix 1 to wear and trashed the other 4 I purchased. They are taking the advantages of high-cost shipping fees to return orders from overseas. I would give 0 star but have no choice but to give 1. I learned that never purchase anything that doesn't offer free shipping returns.
I was under the impression I was buying from a U.S. company when I purchased a dress from NewChic for our granddaughter. And when I tracked her item to see how long it would take to get to her, it showed an address in New York but in reality, it's coming from China. And that's something that was withheld from me when I used their chat services. No wonder it's going to take 45 days to arrive. I took the precaution of using PayPal for payment and right now I'm on hold with Chase's resolution center. Buyer beware!

I got this page through my Facebook ads and just like that I ordered as I liked the dresses as shown in pictures. My bad I ordered almost 12 dresses without reading reviews. I ordered Sep 20th 2017 and its 25 days already. After ordering and payment cleared every week I started getting emails from them that items are out of stock. Then after requesting them how to cancel order as your site not allowing me to cancel they didn't respond properly. Few items they shipped but tracking is showing item is not found please contact customer service. I emailed again for the same and no response. I am really disappointed that first they allowing customers to purchase items which are out of stock and not responding properly if we want to cancel the order so we can get refund. I ordered a pair of shoes, but found when they arrived that I needed a larger size. I was quite sad as the shoes were brilliant, exactly the colour and quality I wanted at an amazing price. Delivery to Spain was also very very good. I should have checked the sizing guide before ordering, rather than rely on UK sizes being similar to sizes in China, so all my fault really. I emailed NewChic and got a reply immediately with an offer of another pair of the correct size but in a different colour (the original choice was out of stock and no replacement order date) all at their expense. The product was very good quality, delivery very quick, pricing amazing and the best bit was the quality and efficiency of Customer Service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other buyers. I will certainly be revisiting the site and ordering more products in the near future.

I ordered several blouses and eventually was told that all were out of stock and could not be supplied. My card had already been charged. They did refund one item but I still am waiting for a refund on three items totalling over £50. It is a shame. My order has been stuck in China since December 29,2016, it has not moved. Customer service is polite but no help. I have ordered from companies in China before and it has NEVER taken this long. There is obviously a problem and they could have shipped out another one. I have demanded a full refund so we shall see how long I have to fight for that. I will let you all know if I get my refund.

I think their operations in Asia, and in Philippines are better than in other countries. Once you order, someone calls back to confirm the order and you generally wait 3 weeks. Additionally there is COD option which is very convenient. I have ordered previously & fit was ok (same as their charts).
Please don't waste your money on this company all the way in China. I assure you that if something goes wrong with your order, the company will do nothing to rectify the situation. They shipped my boots to the wrong address (on PayPal instead of the "Default" address that I requested. Although it is no fault of mine, the company refuses to be accommodating and flexible to negotiate the loss. They kept asking me to check my local Post Office -- who had no idea what happened to my order. PLEASE! Please don't place any orders to NewChic due to the fact that they do not hold themselves responsible for the error. I'm out $100's of US dollars. If something does go wrong, this company is in China and it's hard (impossible) to deal with so far away. If something goes wrong with the order, you're out of luck!

Excellent so far, easy to use. However, I wish to find out if my last purchase has been fully dispatched. I ordered four trousers, only two sent, and one of the trousers was a wrong colour. Am trying to obtain the invoice to be certain.
My order did take some time to arrive and, in this regard, I emailed Customer Service. They asked me to check if the item was at my local PO. Having then checked, I replied to them saying the item was not held there. Within one day I received a full refund into my paypal account. Also a very kind reply and apology from the Customer Service. They also gave me the option of re-sending the item but as I had wanted if for Christmas I decided not to take this option. They politely asked me that, should the item arrive, I repay them the refund. As it happened the item arrived later that day - by coincidence! I notified them and they send me clear instructions of how to pay back their refund which I have now done. The whole process was easy and the Customer Service operative was, at all times, polite and helpful. I would recommend this company and I will definitely shop with them again. Items shipped from China will always take 3-5 weeks to deliver - this should be expected.
