I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!
Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
The purchased items finally arrived (it took almost two months), so it is not a fully blown scam after all. However, shipping is ridiculously long, company does not provide a tracking number and dealing with customer service is a nightmare. Shop at your own risk.
My order never arrived, trying to recover my money. Dealing with crooks like NewChick is one thing, but why Facebook is allowing advertising from scam companies like NewChick is totally beyond me. In this case Facebook is eqally, if not more, responsible for scams like that. I'd say stay away from both.
Hey! Newchic is an online store that has a website that is run very smoothly with clear categories and sub categories along with weekly releases and hot items. They provide affordable, chic, trendy goods ranging from clothing to accessories to toys and what's really awesome about the store is that they provide coupon codes and constantly have sales and/or discounts. They items are in good condition and are overall satisfying for online purchasers. You can always get in touch with their staff for queries.
Overall performance of company and products were very good. Customer relations were prompt and very courteous. Only complaint is shoes not boxed during transit making them a bit squashed on arrival. Otherwise very happy with first order will probably order again.
Encountered a use issue with new shoes. After contacting customer service and providing details about my experience that included photographs their customer service accepted responsibility and provided full refund. They followed up on my issue and went to great lengths to understand the problem. Rarely if ever has any firm done that with me before.
The sandals I received from New Chic were fabulous! Great fit and colors! I have had many compliments on them and have ordered a similar pair already! Thank you. Shipping was reasonably fast considering they came all the way from China.
I chatting with a rep on the website and went through a few things I wanted to order to see what the fabric content was, expecting a content blend for the items that were listed as "material: cotton". The rep, in broken English, explained that those item numbers were 100% rayon and therefore incorrectly advertised.? If you don't care about cotton or not cotton then there is no issue for you.

The sandals I ordered are being advertised all over the web, yet they sent an email informing me they had no stock and it took them over 2 weeks to let me know! I have been waiting for the delivery as I bought them to take on my holiday. 2 weeks is way too long to inform me they don't have any in stock. I will never order from them again as they obviously hide a crap company behind their shiny adverts.

The fur-lined, backless slippers I ordered from New Chic were just as advertised on their website. They are true to size, very comfortable, and well made. I feel that I got great shoes that will last and at a great price!

I love the looks of almost all your items, but you don't describe the fabric very well, it is always much thinner and transparent than one would expect. I can't wear something that my body can be seen through. Consequently, so far I have wasted my money and I can't return it since it will probably cost as much as the item itself to post it.

Why do all the great reviews with pictures have pictures that look like stock photos? It would be super helpful if actual people with actual reviews post pictures of what they received. The ones that did post photos I can't thank you enough. As they say, a picture is very much worth a 1000 words. I had an order ready to place but after seeing actual photos, I'm not going to! I would't care about delivery time all that much. But I would care if after waiting a couple months what I received was ill fitting cheap garbage. Thank you for all your reviews. Very helpful.

The materials were correct, the size was true for blouses, one package out of 2 was minus a dress I was charged for. Both sets of pants were tag sized right, but were at least two sizes smaller than ordered. I am pleased with blouses and hats. Don't know what to do about pants and missing dress yet. Having hard time determining from internet where to deal with this. Would like to exchange pants for right size if possible.

I ordered face masks from then and after 70 days all I got was emails saying that they had been shipped. I requested that the order be cancelled I was advised that they could not cancel it but that once received to let them know and they would send instructions on how to return the masks for a refund
After two months I am still waiting for those instructions and all I get is to send them the details of why I am dissatisfied... now my third time sending the same info.
If this is an example of their customer service, stay away.

One star taken off because when you order an item they don't provide "in stock/back ordered/discontinued" information. Second star taken off because customer service doesn't even seem to know this information either AND I was told my order could take up to 20 business days! I can see the items are coming from Japan, but are they sending them by boat? The three stars are because the six items I finally received were even better than I thought they would be, sized perfectly since I followed their charts and MUCH cheaper than I would pay here in NYC. You also get notified when an item on your wish list has been reduced in price and you earn points for ordering and giving reviews. I'm going to hang in there. If you're not in a hurry, it's worth it.

I ordered the cloth for my wife and necklace, the cloth is really cheap and size doesn't fit and material not in the pictures (color and material so different), another shipment is necklace and they cancel my order and not return money. Only I could say, never buy anything shipping from China, it is disaster for your life. I closed Paypal account after, and just give them ~ $200 of lesson to learn on my life and I could share with other that to stay away from shopping only and shipping from China.

I have ordered from NewChic five times and have ALWAYS received my items. Granted, sometimes it has been over a month, but they always contact me via email if something is out of stock and will be delayed. The shoes and boots are amazing and wonderful quality, have only had one pair too small and they were quick to respond to my email and we will be exchanging for one size larger. I will continue to order for myself and gifts for friends and family!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and when I got them they were so extremely small it was ridiculous. Then I tried calling the 800 number for returns and the number is not a good number. You have to call China to get a hold of anyone. The online chat is of no help what so ever. My suggestion is do not order from this Chinese company. Total rip off!

I have found New Chic a useful site as I'm small and their small sizes fit me. I have found some really unusual garments and the ones that are not a success are generally my fault for choosing them. Sometimes I've waited a couple of months but eventually everything has arrived
Yes, the prices are cheap, but so is the quality. I got the men's hand stitched slip- ons. They look great in the picture, but very cheap material that doesn't look or act like leather at all. I know I'll never wear them. And they took almost 2 months to arrive.

I ordered two hats at the beginning of December and I received them just after Boxing Day. The cost was £15 including delivery, the products are very good quality, very stylish and a perfect fit. I think the delivery time is acceptable, it took 6 weeks for an Apple watch to arrive from the same part of the world. 10 out of 10 New Chic.
This is a very dishonest and disreputable retailer. They treat customers unfairly and have horrible Customer Service! I will never order from them again and I advised everyone that reads this to do the same! If anyone thinks this is a friendly site must be smoking something and should share it.
